So lovely! I bought 4 little plants to brighten up my dorm and my room is so much nicer now that its filled with growing things.The shop is an incredibly cute place and very reasonably priced :)

Surprisingly more than just plants. Lots of furniture and home decor available. Store is well kept and staff was pleasant. You can definitely find some treasures here. Be sure to walk through each section, lots to cover.

I stopped in for a specific plant and was impressed by the selection and how much more they have to offer, from a great selection of planters to all sorts of furniture and decorative items for your home. I received friendly, welcoming assistance, and she put my plants in a nice box for transporting them home. I will definitely be back when I have more time to spend exploring this great store.

I’ve been a frequent shopper. I always have my support animal with me. Last Thursday we went shopping ( we’ve spent thousands of dollars at paradise plants)A pregnant woman told us that no dogs are allowed! I informed her that she is a service animal. She insisted that no animals are allowed per the owners instruction! So we had to leave without purchasing anything!

Friendly and helpful staff. Found plants that I couldnt find anywhere else. Prices are reasonable. As far as furniture and home decor, prices where very high on sofas. And accessories where high compare to TJ Max.Very clean store

I bought two puakenikeni here. They were the only two they had, and both looked a little sad. I asked the person who rung me up if they looked healthy, and she snipped off the saddest branch and said “there ya go!”. I should have left right then but instead I spent more cash planting and fertilizing only to watch both wither and die. I’ve never had these issues at garden exchange and I will not return to paradise plants.

Found some indoor plants like my golden pothos and hoya. Bought a bunch of succulents for my mini terracotta garden as well. They also carry air plants that I purchase. Very reasonable prices on plants and 2nd best place to load up on cinder bags, coconut coir, and some supplies for repotting. They also have awesome wood furniture and island decor!

Love this place. They have tropical and subtropical plants, including orchids and water plants. Fertilizers, insecticides, etc. Furniture of all sorts. For indoors and out. Other house/home items such as lamps and bedspreads. Gifts/ souvenirs. Wind chimes, fancy soap, rugs, all types of pots for plants and statues too.

Excellent selection of not only great plants, but beautiful furniture as well. Prices are reasonable, service is very knowledgeable and friendly. We love this place. Mahalo

Im super impressed with the quality of the plants here, everything on the floor is well take care of and very healthy. Its a far better quality set of plants than you are going to find at the home and garden centers of the other big box stores around Hilo.Likewise, I was very surprised at the furniture and home decore selection. I wasnt expecting to find high quality furniture at fairly reasonable prices. It turns out they will also special order for you from their suppliers for custom work. There is a small upcharge for shipping since it wouldnt be coming in their normal container shipment, but otherwise its not more expensive for the non standard orders.

Fresh and specialty foods are available here as are hot and cold luncheon foods, great coffees, teas, baked goods, sandwiches, and sushi.
