We initially hired Frank to install a new large flat screen TV over our fireplace. He worked with a woodworking specialist to design a beautiful piece along side and above the fireplace to provide an attractive and perfect installation, with the wiring run through the wood panels and underneath the house. Our DVD, smart phone and other devices synch seamlessly with the system installed, which is controlled by a universal remote. We recently had Frank out to upgrade the cable wiring for our home, which was old and outdated. Again, he did an excellent job. His pricing is always fair, and he stands behind his products and his work. When we have had a glitch in the remote or a product failure (rare, but it happens), Frank handled those issues in a timely manner. Frank is extremely knowledgeable and has consistently been responsive and professional. We recommend him with the highest regard.

We hired Frank to solve some long standing home theater issues involving outdated equipment, remote control issues, and outdated cables. Frank analyzed the system and came up with solutions, some of which involved running new cable behind a fireplace (without any wall damage). He also researched and updated software on several devices and came up with workable solutions to our problems, giving us a single working remote for the first time ever. Hes not only technically astute, but he understands building structure and how to solve problems with a minimum of disruption and mess.
