If I could rate this store minus 1, I would. Terrible service. I have my service with Boost, purchased 2 new phones from Boost website. It clearly states on the website to take the phone into the store to have it activated. The man that was working was very rude didn’t want to be bothered told us that we had to call customer service. I’ve had dealings with other Boost stores in the Lake Station & Hobart area in the last few years. The people that work in these stores are rude & just plain ignorant. I’m sure there are nice employees that work there but unfortunately for me I’ve never encountered any of them. The male employees are especially rude to women. Very condescending treat you like they’re doing you a favor by even talking to you. Bottom line.... if you don’t have to go into any of these stores DONT! Go to Merrillville. These stores don’t deserve your business or your money.

Took my fiancé there to get a phone because her AT&T Samsung the third one blew up again. Maria was a lot of help, got us set up under $100 for a beautiful new phone and that also included a month service. Id recommend anybody to go there and get a phone from Maria at Boost
