Ive tried going to this place 20 times to pick up wish orders and Ive never seen the doors open and no one has ever answer the phone or return my calls. They need to put up a out of business sign or take their stupid name off of wish delivery

Great workers, fixed my phone that had gotten wet, he put a lot of time in to try and save my phone, and he was able to. Very reasonable price. I highly recommended them.

The people who work there are awesome, they genuinely care for their customers. Unlike other places, they dont rip you off. Definitely would come here for phone fixes and whatever else. Owner is also ambitious and easy to talk to.

I had an iPad and computer stolen from me and ended up tracking it to this place. The gentleman who purchased my items from the thief clearly knew that they were stolen seeing as he only paid the thief $30 total for an iPad and laptop. He also ripped the SIM card out of my iPad as soon as he turned it on and realized it was being tracked. Luckily I ended up getting my stuff back thanks to the Hobart police.Overall, if you don’t mind dealing with businesses that knowingly buy stolen merchandise then go ahead and shop here. Also, if you have had something stolen from you maybe you should check here.I understand that some people have had good experiences with this place but this is the experience I had.

I decided to take a shot with this place despite the less than rave feedback I heard from a friend because I like to base my own opinion on places at times. Well they kept my sons phone for over a week and every time I would check it on it they were waiting on a part. Even after saying to my son that it would be ready the afternoon he checked. I got fed up with the delay and just asked for the phone back to get repaired elsewhere. The owner/management seems to lives up to his name---Shady🧐🤨

I brought my phone in this morning 3/7 with the fear that it would probably never work again. Severely water damaged. Within 2 hours Shady had my phone back to full working condition &ready to be picked up! He had to replace a few parts but I expected that! I am just thankful that it was so quick and cost friendly! Thank you Shady! I will be back if ever needed!

If I could put 0 stars I would. They make up prices at this location. They charged me $95 for my phone screen and took 5 hours to fix. Realized a day later 2 speakers didn’t work and I had a bleeding in my screen. Didn’t want to go back to waist another 5 hours. Also a friend just went with the same exact phone and got it fixed for $75 with a free phone protector. If you were wondering what type of phone 7+. This place is bogus. I don’t recommend. Save your time.

Stay away from this place, I caught Shady going thru my pictures after asking for my password and found out as overheard them talking about them and how I caught that they looked at them.DONT EVER GIVE THEM YOUR PASSWORD its never needed for a screen repair & this man there is clearly a pervert.The guy is well known criminal, he does have cases on him as the cops know him as I filed a police report on him.

I had a water damage phone that was turned in the beginning of April. I have still not gotten that back. Every time I call there is no answer or they just say that he is still working on it. Every time I go in they say the will call me within the next few days. Its been almost TWO MONTHS. In addition to that I turned in a phone with a cracked screen. When I picked up the finished phone the sensor was messed up and the phone was unusable. We had to go back to get it fixed correctly. Ive never had a more unprofessional experience with a business in my life. I dont understand what happened seeing as friends and family have used this business before.

This place is pretty bad. They gaved me a different phone then the one I bought in for repair. The one I bought in just needed a screen replaced, they gaved me one with a board claiming that how it came in. AVOID this place. BTW this review is not fake as owner seem to like to claim on every negative review. Calling the cops they will just laugh at this guy as leaving a negative review is not illegal. If anything we sure call the cops on this owner for stealing parts put of our ☎.

A quaint little phone place. Sells used cell phones and computers and other devices of sorts. Somethings are priced ok, but others are just rediculous. Used phones in bad condition and want to sell them almost new. Thats not how you do business!

Made this account to write a review because I use iPhone. DONT go here. Ifix and sunkissed do way better work. Took mine here for a screen repair, but the screen went white about a week later. Took it to ifix and they said something about missing shields and screws caused the wires to come unplugged. Had to get the screen re done. Not cool!

Definitely a good spot to go to & they dont hit you in the pockets like some of the other places around here.

I would avoid this place since there are many other phone repair places around northwest Indiana. I wasnt approached for help or anything when I walked in, and I had to get the girls attention by almost yelling because she had her earphones in. After that she was kinda rude, probably because I interrupted her music. Felt like I was being rushed out.
