0/10 customer satisfaction if I could give 0 stars I would, I switched carriers and the sales man damaged my phone and when I brought it up there they tried to make me pay $75 in restock fees for something they damaged. Clerk ported all the numbers over and pulled it from the box before I even received it put my screen protector off my old phone on to my new one and damaged that as well, I received the phone box opened and scratches all down the back glass. All they told me for my problems was that is T-Mobile policy. T mobile policy is gonna go right out the window when I take this phone and trade it in to another provider. I’ve had T-Mobile two days and I’m already super unimpressed and underwhelmed.

I went in to get my plan at Verizon bought out from t mobile. James and crystal were the two employees working, they did a wonderful job and had great customer service. I will definitely be returning!

Love this store . While I do work here keep in mind I am still a customer. Crystal has sold me all of my tech . My watch, my phone, my last phone, my wireless charger and as of yesterday two AirPods. Not only am I a happy customer but I love being part of the team here. We are former sprint customers we walked in this T-mobile store for upgrades. Since the merge happened 5 days ago they didnt have any phones or products in stock for us. Jason and Javy both went above and beyond just to make sure we were 100% satisfied. We were misinformed by other sales associates and customer service representatives they better explained everything. They called every store to see if they had the phones in stock for us & even called managers to see if we can become T-mobile customers. Unfortunately because they are a T-mobile store they have limited access we were there for 3 hours on hold with customer service just for upgrades. Jason and Javy asked and wanted to be kept informed what was going on. Like I had previously stated we were former sprint customers, Jason and Javy were doing everything they could to help, they even tried to make us T-mobile customers. They were hands down the BEST sales associates Ive ever experienced before. Very positive and hardworking, they need to be recognized for all the hard work they did!

Josh helped us get out issues with our phones for my wife and I fixed quickly. Great store experience.

I had the best customer service at this location that I ever experienced at a cell phone store! Ahmad and Crystal were amazing and so knowledgeable and helpful! They explained everything clearly and helped me switch my costly previous cell phone service to a better plan with T-Mobile and also got a great deal on new upgraded phones. I would highly recommend coming to this store if your looking for great service and affordable plans!

First off i must state that this is the MOST help i have ever received at a T-Mobile location. The staff helped me find answers i needed as well as correcting the wrongs that i have been told from other locations. This location will be the only location i visit from here on out. Wasnt pleased with the service I received. The guy at the counter spent more time flirting with me than assisting me with my phone issues. Clearly did not care about my issues. Wont be back.

Very good customer service! They moved my wife’s contacts over from her very old phone to the new phone manually when they could not do it electronically. There were only 20 contacts, but I do not think another store would have gone out of their way to do that manually for you. Hungry? Jimmy John’s is located next door.

Just read reviews and decided to go and find out for myself how true these reviews were. Frankly speaking the customer service was better than any other T-Mobile store I had been to.Mr Ahmad Yousef the store manager was very informative and attended to my needs. I would recommend and refer people to this establishment. I indeed left this store very satisfied.

I went into the Hobart store to return my phone. I ordered the phone online and was told I needed to contact customer service to return since it was purchased online. Crystal Gudino offered to try and assist me with the return in the store. She took the extra step to help me. That is so rare that people offer to take that extra step to assist customers. I truly appreciate her help. She was so friendly and very helpful and I trully appreciate her help. I will definitely come to this store for future assistance and would recommend T-Mobile to others because of Crystal.

I love going to this place! Anytime I have something to deal with like.... getting a new phone, paying my bill, fixing broken things ECT. They are very friendly and get things done fast. Ahmed is one of the coolest people there. He literally took the shirt off his back and gave it to me because I told him I liked it and wanted one!
