I have been with Metro PCs for MANY years. I have dealt with a lot of sales people who were nice but it was just a sale. Yesterday Jacoby helped me and he was AMAZING. I did not feel pressured. He took his time with me. Didnt make me feel stupid and Helped me find the phone I needed. I walked out of the store feeling good about my purchase because of Jacoby. THANK YOU JACOBY...YOUR AWESOME.

Today while making a purchase of a cell upgrade through credit card the clerk took a picture of my drivers license in her personal cell phone without my consent. I then asked her to delete the picture and she refused stating that its their store policy to keep customers personal information and send it to the owner. Just in case the customers reverse the charges She never asked for my permission or notified me, before I made the transaction or before she took the picture. After the payment had already went through on my card thats when she took the picture. This is completely against the law. So now she walking around with my personal info in her personal phone and her icloud, FOREVER...TIME TO GET A LAWYER....Thanks Carolina for making a customer feel protected against identity theft at your store!!😡😡😡

This is a good store abe the owner hes a good boss April is a good employee I can say about her a good one they have pretty good employees here a clean store I dont care wat any one says im in here all the time Ive seen on here some rude comments in general I am saying I can say this is a good store I can say aprils the best

Great service. Leonel was very helpful and I saved a lot of money compared to my previous carrier. The phone is great -- easy to use and very clear voice. Coverage is excellent -- just as good as my previous, more expensive carrier. So glad I switched. Definitely recommend.

Yoo, this place got crazy deals.Switched over from Boost and got a free moto g stylus! It was between that or a Stylo 6, they told me its only for a limited time only so be quick!The staff was also super friendly, and the inside of the store was really tidy. Will definitely be paying my bills here.

Worst phone carrier I’ve been with. Laura (Also in portage) told me that my bill would be $40 a month but it turns out to be $50 when I wanted the $40. Very ugly on them. Terrible service.

I came in the other day looking for a new phone couldn’t find anything but had such lovely service from a young gentleman jordan, he helped me to the best of his ability and its much more then anyone else would have done.
