Good to do deal with. Just hard to get a hold of after deal was done. Don’t follow through with things unless you keep calling. Called six times Saturday to get copy of paperwork as promised and keep getting ignored. Can’t get the technology items working till we get it due to not be unregistered by the dealer like they were supposed to.

Called to make an appointment in AUGUST for September 27th for one thing with PLENTY of time for them to acquire the part I requested be replaced. Upon arriving, at 7:45am like the appointment that was made, the truck did not go in to the shop til well after 10 so I went home and waited for their call. First call I received was at 11:30am where they diagnosed the problem and were quoting me a $1,200 job on a 2021 with 3,000 miles. I told them thats not what it was there for and again requested just the part be replaced. Second call came at 12:30pm and was told they did not have the part in stock and that it would not fix the problem, finally decided to just go pick up the truck and order the part elsewhere to be done somewhere else. Part was $180 and repairs were done in 45 minutes AT HOME BY MY DAD.Safe to say we will not be going anywhere near this place again with such poor preparation, listening skills, and overall communication.

I understand that getting a vehicle serviced in hobbs is backed up, but when I have a check engine light on giving me options as to who else might get it in quicker or saying something “do you want me to schedule you an appointment to get the diagnostic done and you can cancel it if you find somewhere else that can get it in quicker” instead of being completely rude. This is not the first time this lady has been rude to me. I will not ever buy a vehicle from y’all and depending on how my service goes in midland I will drive somewhere else for now on. Very awful customer service. The male next to her was more helpful then her. She flat ignored me when I was asking questions.

I was a little disappointed traveling to Hobbs from Albuquerque to say the least. The truck was not ready when I arrived, it was filthy after making the deal over the phone. i spent 4 hours their running to the tire shop twice, the detail shop twice, and to fuel up the truck. I feel like all of this should have been handled by the employees of Permian Ford on a $70k vehicle especially traveling 10 hours that day.

I never felt pressured they delivered on my wants and my expectations, I work in the oilfield so I spoke with Raul at 9:00pm first of all he answered his cell. phone and answered all my questions that is dedication and the best customer service I have seen. We had our 2020 suburban serviced on May 13, 2021, at Permian Chevrolet, for an oil change and tire rotation. Our appointment was at 10: 45, we arrived at 10:30. We told the person at the desk that we would wait in the lobby, and gave them our cell number. He said it would be about an hour. After 2 hours I asked if my suburban was ready? No body seemed to know. We called Nathan at 1: 08 and left a message, no reply. We waited for over 3 hours, nobody said anything, Finally at 1: 30 I asked again they said my suburban had been ready over an hour ago. We got in our vehicle and left ! Nathan called our home phone at 2:39 and said our vehicle was ready. WE WILL NOT BE BACK! I can get my vehicle serviced in Carlsbad faster and as cheaper considering the gas to drive to from Hobbs and the time. Travis Reese

Went in to look at a 2014 Cadillac never saw the Cadillac. was asked a lot of questions about our finances (we had cash) didnt want to tell them about what we had. not comfortable telling them what we really could do. They showed us a filthy 2020 Nissan versa we were not interested in. It looked like someone had abused it before we looked at it. Then they gave us the run around and tried to show us a Buick SUV (mom Vehicle) again we were not interested. At that point we got fed up and left. Still never saw the Cadillac we originally went there for. Dont think we will ever shop there for a vehicle.Although we have dealt with their service department and they always gave us great service. overall I think their sales department can learn a thing or 2 from their service department. Quit being so pushy.

I went in for an oil change. Someone decided to change out the filter without letting me know or asking me if I wanted that. I was at the dealership the whole 3 hours they had it and they also had my number. That’s not very fair considering an oil change is $69ish and adding the filter made it $123. That’s what I call a rip off. Thanks Permian! You never fail to disappoint me!

It took longer than expected, due to damages that where not seen. I hit a deer and until they tore it apart, they couldnt see all that needed replacing. However, they where gracious enough to give me a loaner car, so time in this case wasnt an issue. They fixed it like new and Angela, my car care agent was beyond nice and helpful. A big Thanks!

Denise is such an amazing sales woman. I was looking for a Honda for some time and she called me as soon as they got one in. She said it would be great for me so I went and looked at it. I loved it! It was hard to get a bank to finance me, since it was my first car but she was able to do it with a low interest rate as well. We were really unsatisfied after the first car we purchased from there just because the salesman and the finance dept. didnt really work with us. We didnt even get anyone asking if we needed anything im assuming because we looked young so took awhile for someone to finally help us. We needed another vehicle so we thought to give them a try again and they did so much better this round. I was really satisfied with our service. Denise was a great salesperson as well as Marcus with the financing. They didnt just try getting us into any bank but actually the best rates without running credit a ridiculous amount of times. We got an incredible interest rate on a used pick up that beat our rate on our new car. I highly recommend using both Denise and Marcus especially if you are a first time buyer. I travel for work around the country and I felt like when I had to bring my truck to this out fit that while trying to plan a return day of my vehicle to me. there was a lack of communication. I had to text the service guy several times and call several times. I ended up speaking with someone else in the service department to get answers while I was with this new to me service rep. my original service rep had over heard our phone call since he was sitting right there it was not till then that I was passed to my original service rep. and I finally got to talk with him to get answers. I felt as though I was being avoided till the new to me service rep had pretty much said here answer your customers questions.I also got my truck back with no wash I was expecting Permian to at least wash my truck after completing the fix with my DPF exhaust problem. just over all not satisfied at all with the service rep. the mechanic did a great job I inspected his job and looked very clean.

Our experience was all from our home and over text messages and phone calls due to Covid-19. Our salesman brought the new vehicle to our house to be test driven while he also took pictures of our trade and sent them to his appraisers. They then offered us a fair amount and told us it was guaranteed. Over the next few days we bargained a deal for the new vehicle. Never again was anything mentioned about having our vehicle appraised further. Our salesman had us go as far as accepting the loan from our finance company and purchasing insurance for the new vehicle. We were put under the impression that our vehicle was appraised and the deal was done. We were told they would bring the new vehicle and the final paperwork to be signed that evening. They would also be picking up our trade vehicle at that time. No one showed up at the time they said they would and kept telling us they were waiting on paperwork. Then they completely back tracked on their offer. Their finance manager, Marcus, called me to tell me our trade still needed to be appraised and the amount they had AGREED upon for our trade was “contingent” on the condition of the vehicle. He acted as if we were hiding information about our car when we had been completely candid from the beginning. He told me if there were no surprises they would stick with the offer they already gave. It seemed he had no idea of the conversation and the deal made between myself and his salesperson. His customer service was poor and he was very condescending. Perhaps he was taken back at my surprise that he was unaware of what his salesperson was doing. Wasting even more of our time we agreed they could pick up our trade to appraise it. They offered us less money because of cosmetic damages that they were already well aware of when their salesperson saw the vehicle the first time. Never in the ten years my husband and I have been purchasing and trading in vehicles have we experienced such poor communication. We’ve also never experienced having our trade vehicle appraised AFTER the deals have been made. Go to any Chevrolet but this one. If you do go to this one, don’t deal with Marcus.

I called the service desk needing an oil change on short notice. I told them I had a medical emergency and needed my oil changed so I could travel out of town and that I would also need someone to pick-up and drop-off. WARNING TO PEOPLE LOOKING TO BUY A 2018-2020 CHEVY / GMC 1500The warranty that comes with this truck is NOT as advertised. The evap code PO466 came on at 18,000 miles. Im having to pay 600 for parts and labor to have the problem fixed.The truck is not engineered to go down dirt roads, which is what led to my PO466 code triggering. When examined by the team at Permian Chevy, I was told due to dirt entering this EVAP CANISTER it needed to be relocated and replaced to fix the problem. I was informed that this problem is a common occurrence with all models and can not be covered under the 30,000 BUMPER TO BUMPER warranty. It would have been nice to know during the time of purchase about this issue with these models .Buyers Beware!!

I spent a day and a half trying to get interior photos of a truck from a salesman. Evidently this was too challenging a task for him to handle so I agreed to look at the truck after work one evening. We discussed this in the afternoon and arranged a time, I drove 100 miles one way to look at it the same day. He said he would be there til 7. The salesman was not there and didn’t even offer the courtesy of letting me know he was leaving. Another person trying and failing to handle the situation told me to come back tomorrow.If you want to buy a car from an imbecile this is the place for you.

She spent a lot of time calculating her budget, shopping for the what she wanted etc. Got there, the salesman was great ..sold her on the truck, ran some numbers, shook her hand, congratulated her on her new truck.
