Working with the team at Zeigler infinity of Hoffman Estates was an absolute pleasure. With the dealership being in IL and me living in NJ, the team went out of their way to still provide a detailed view of the car. This included multiple pictures, a personalized virtual vehicle walk around video, and a FaceTime walk around. Both Joel and Duane kept me thoroughly informed about the process throughout the day and answered any questions I had in a timely fashion. They were always available via calls, text, and email and provided a speedy and seamless car buying experience. I would absolutely buy from them again! Thank you guys!
I dreaded having this recall performed after putting it off for years I finally decided to have the recall fixed. The whole process was great setting up the servicethe service desk agent was great. The whole process was great, heres the bad. I Came in to have an air bag recall fixed. It looked like the dash was taken apart with a butter knife. The center Bose speaker grill cover appears to had been removed with a spoon. If damages were to be done during this recall I would expect new parts to be ordered and installed. If this car was 3yrs old, I would be furious to had received this work done. Im sure the dealership is great . But I assume they had the kitchen staff next door performing the dash/trim removal.
I expressed interest in a specific used car listed on the dealer website. I was contacted by phone at 7:10 pm on Sunday evening. I was assured the car was available and scheduled an appointment for 4:30 Monday. I was contacted several times during the day Monday to confirm my appointment. When I arrived on time the sales associate whos contact Id been given was unavailable. The manager who called Sunday night was unavailable. Good thing he stressed how much they like to work on an appointment basis. I was dumped off to another salesman. Wouldnt you know it the great car at a great price was sold Monday morning. They had all day to tell me the car was gone, if it even existed in the first place. Similar experience less than a week prior at another dealer down the street owned by same group. And that car is still listed on the website. Doesnt exist. Make sure the car you want is right in front of you before you get roped in. Good luck.Edit: I received a call and email from Duane Morton Sunday evening. On Monday I received text messages from Steve Lore and was asked to seek him out when I arrived. Neither Steve nor Duane Morton were available. But then again neither was the car I came for. Checkbook in hand.Edit 2: Hard to believe I’m not anywhere in the database. Your manager Mr. Morton and salesman Steven Lore each contacted me. Phone call, email and text. Perhaps they’re freelancing.
No frills, people are super nice - no hassle, in and out fast for my oil change, and a very nice car wash to boot. Absolutely no complaint - great experience.

Duane Johnson the sales manager took a ton of time with us exploring new and used car options when we turned in our lease. He was also extremely helpful and responsive when there was a paperwork issue caused by one of the other staff members in gounding our old lease. We havent purchased our next vehicle yet but when I do decide what I want Duane will be on our list to call based on his excellent customer service.

Jacob Was a great salesman. The car was listed on car guru and when I went to the dealership the car was as expected. The dealership was top notch inside and our. I was looking for a used BMW X5 and the car was in great shape inside and out. Jacob and his manager worked with my via the phone and text message. Actually, I would give negative if I could. Just went to get my car washed and was told that I was previously informed that my car would not longer be washed for free, since it is not Motor Works anymore. The manager came out and called me a liar when I told him that I had not been given a flyer or told anything by previous staff. He finally relented and washed my car. This would have never happened if this place were still Motor Works. I will never go back to this dealership again.
On Saturday 8-14-21 at about noon I walked into the dealership (without an appointment) to get a standard oil change. I guess when changing the oil & topping off all fluids a leak (I had absolutely no knowledge of) was discovered in a hose. Trevor informed me of the technicians findings and stated “it’s a minor problem but we want to fix it before it becomes a bigger problem “. Parts were ordered & I was give a loaner same make & model as my car. I received a call & text Monday 8-16-21 stating my vehicle was ready at no charge to me. I am so happy I chose Ziegler Infiniti of Hoffman Estates to purchase my vehicle (2017 Q50). I’m ALWAYS treated well & my time is never taken for granted. I was an absolute pleasure to work with Trevor in the service department. You guys are the absolute BEST in customer service. Thank you for an awesome experience every time I visit.

I Bought a car from here 2 months ago and my check engine came on the day I left the lot. Since then they still have not done anything but clear the code and have it come back on in 5 minutes. My car has also been wasting a lot of gas and recently it started sounding a lot worse. I spoke to the manager Oscar Lozada and he wasn’t very much of a help either, he said they need to prioritize customer with actual break downs. Till then I guess I just have to wait until my car breaks down as well. Very disappointed

Be warned that the prices they quote online are only to get you to waste your time with the sales department.Advertised was a Porsche at 64,799 but the real price is over 72,000 not including tax. I had a quick and easy experience during my visit. I had the car in mind I wanted and they helped me complete my purchase in a thorough and transparent way.
Multiple visits for same concern, yet they “fix” a different part every time just so you can go home a happy camper. They need to work on their bedside manner along with trying to use their experience to undermine a customers knowings of car service. I first had Sebastian helping me out trying to “downplay” the situation, once I sprouted with questions he went and got his manager David to “finish off” the outcome. At the end of the day, they didn’t know cause of noise regardless. I wanted to trade in the SUV in the next few months for something new but it’s safe to say I will not give them the business.

BUY BEWARE, this dealership engages in Bait and Switch advertising. I inquired about a car on Monday, and while I was working with the Advisor sending pics of my trade in, they increased the price of the car $3500 on Tues, and would not honor the original price that initiated my inquiry. When I asked, they stated Dealership can raise prices according to market conditions and only a $500 deposit can hold that price and then 10 min later stated the car was sold! Clearly this is playing one consumer off another in an effort to obtain a higher sales price. Advertising one price and then changing it or not having the product at that price is illegal and against the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS UNETHICAL DEALERSHIP!
The team has gone above and beyond...and for someone theyve never met in person! No amount of thanks and praise for Rich A. and Joe V. can accurately capture this teams diligence, patience, and genuine understanding. (And I dont want to leave out anyone, because I know the folks in the back office also jumped through hoops too!) In all my years and in all my car purchase experiences, this was the only purchase from which I walked away with true peace of mind--not only was it a more than fair transaction, but also an enjoyable experience working to solve for solutions. (Yes, I said enjoyable in a review about a car purchase.) Having to fly in to Chicago and drive the car back to Austin was a little scary, but Joel Gappa took great care of us! He made sure the car was ready and was road-worthy for the trip. My Volvo was exactly as expected. The pictures and description online left nothing to the imagination. They arent local, but with the shortage of used cars in Texas, I took a chance on Infiniti of Hoffman Estates and Joel. I would do it again in a heartbeat!

I inquired about a used non Infiniti vehicle and got replies with boilerplate come over for a test drive. Which really frustrated me because I asked a yes or no question and two people emailed me with boilerplate text snippets.I thought ... whatever ... Typical dealership. Been here before. I then asked them Do you have a carfax report? and their reply started with yes it is which is wrong and most likely because it is another boilerplate answer snippet. Their reply had a link to an AutoCheck report... Why cant you just say we dont have CarFax, we have this one instead.I said, I cant get an answer to my simple questions ... I am out. They replied with oh so sorry for the confusion, we do not use Carfax but we have AutoCheck (Oh so you knew what I was talking about but now you come clear... why this not included in their prev reply, I do not know) and may be you did not get the first email saying that the vehicle is available.. yea ummm do you mean the email I replied to asking about a Carfax report which then you send me an AutoCheck report thinking thats a valid reply? Your excuse that I may not have gotten it even though you replied to my reply to it? Are you serious?Its been couple of days since I said I am no longer interested (verbatim) but then I get another message oh our manager will be more willing to cut a deal to meet the end of the month quota ... yea well you had every chance to build trust but you blew it with your non direct pre made answer snippets and decided to be straight with me AFTER I said I am no longer interested. At this point there is no way I am going to trust anything you say.And I still was not going to take my time to write this review because that is not something I enjoy doing or honestly, care enough to do... but I could not stay idle. What drove me to write this review is that I was browsing another marketplace just now and saw an add for an exact make model car but it had a different price tag on it... I was like man that looks pretty close let me check that out, and lo and behold it is the same car from same dealer. They bumped the price $500 after telling me theyd be more inclined to do a deal. I even went and checked the price on their own website.. Wow ... Stay away ...
Avoid unless the bait and switch game is what your into. The worst treatment ever! Everything was prepared, drove an hour in snowy terrible conditions, wasted money on gas and tolls, left work early to get there for safety because of the weather. We wait around and wait around, they all congratulated us on the infinity purchase, we get taken on the test drive, come back and wait some more. This deal was in the works for over a week, they promised us it was done deal ! Then bam!!! Sorry but your trade is only worth uh...! NOT what was said and complete waste of our time! No offer for our headache, no apologies. Contingency upon looking at my trade when in fact you had the exact condition,(excellent) and all the trade in numbers. Would have been better business to be honest and up front. Mike and Duane should be ashamed!!!!
Great service since the moment you drive your car into their service garage. Employees are very respectful and keep it professional. All areas were clean as expected. It is a 45 minute drive for me but will definitely be coming back for any service to my vehicle. I have a dealer 10 mins from my house but they were really disrespectful and unprofessional. Pretty good experience overall but it is after all a “car dealer”. A couple things (2 so far) were promised but not received but that’s kinda par for the course. They had the vehicle we wanted at a fair price and were able to drive it home several hours later, relatively unscathed by the whole process

The dealership practices physical distancing but mask wearing is evidently on a back burner.

This is by far was the best car buying experience I have EVER had. My husband and I looked at an Acura at another dealership, as well as a Nissan SUV and our last visit was Infiniti of Hoffman Estates. I came to buy Lexus from Infinity Dealer. They kept me 3hrs untill we made a final decision. Because of a bulky down payment they ask even with a perfect score almoust 20% from the equity of the truck.Ok,I agree and we lock the deal on 4 weeks collecting these amount. Beginning of the 1st week keep gaining down to 5G. Sales rep Dakota young kid who runs to the managers for almoust every decision was out, he called me after with a news. Basically what they did, they didnt take off the truck from the sales platforms on the web and whole bunch of people start coming for this vehicle. They sold the truck to the highest bidder. Truck was overpriced 6G extra from the begginning. Aftermath:1. Disrespectful treatment of the customers.2. Their words mean nothing.3, Waist of time, gas and money.4. Hard to reach on the phone, almost impossible.5. Dont buy even a pen from this place.6. They dont respect each other inside the dealership. Whats their value.....below 0.

Horrible experience...everyone had horrible attitudes too! My partner went in to get his sunroof fixed because it came out while he driving home. He had to wait 1 hour for a quote then the guy told my partner again that he had to wait a few more minutes which then turned to another hour and a half.. told him it 1300 which is crazy overpriced!!! And charged him $175 for labor which they didn’t even do anything first of alll??
Pleasant dealership. No hard sellers. Actually the guys I dealt with I wouldn’t mind sitting down and having a few beers with. Both hockey fans and down to earth people( even though one of them who shall be nameless) drives a Mopar.Almost closed the deal but numbers didn’t work out right for me. But wouldn’t hesitate to walk into that dealership again to buy a vehicle
Absolutely horrible experience with infiniti qx60. Engine died and infiniti refused to repair it under warranty. I will never buy an infiniti again.
