I was so frustrated with the Dealer services for my Bentley! I was introduced to KJ the owner by a exotic car parts supplier in Hallandale. I visited BMW support and meet KJ. A very skilled and business savvy owner. An owner that knows what it takes to please a Bentley operator. He give me a price I dropped the car off and he kept in touch with me with progress reports. I have been desperately looking for a driver side headlamp for my BMW for a very long time and couldn’t seem to find anyone selling a light without them abusing the rarity of those lights and bumping up the price almost triple. When I was close to giving up I decided to give BMW support a shot before I end my search. I was surprised to hear that they had a light available for me at a fair price and in practically brand new condition. Once I purchased the light I noticed that they were truthful about the condition of the light and noticed that Their customer service is great and their professionalism is outstanding. After having an awful experience with 3 other shops in South Florida, I finally asked the tow truck driver for a recommendation as I was frustrated at that point. He mentioned Kj and how professional he was and to give it a shot. I took the advice and towed my car in. Within 3 days the lagging suspension issues were resolved. The shop is always clean and the labor rates are reasonable. What more could you want? Honesty and integrity is a lost art these days among most businesses so meeting KJ was refreshing.

Heaven for BMW owners. These guys made all malfunctions go away for 1/2 of the cost I was quoted at previous repair shops. Would recommend anyone to get your BMW evaluated by them. Took my 335XI to BMW Support. TPMS lights on, dot on in the middle of the cluster as well as a triangle light. KJ was able to remove all of the lights and program the cluster to function correctly. He also fixed the bluetooth function for my phone, which never worked since I got the car. I took my car to a few other shops with no success. I highly recommend them to resolve your BMW issue. Friendly and reasonably priced for their services. Give KJ a call, you will not be disappointed

Hi folks,these guys at BMW SUPPORT are no joke..They dont only sells parts for your BMW they help fix with unimaginably charge..I had a 2014 bmw 535i flooded, a certain bmw dealership in Ga was going to charge me $15k parts and labour and they not sure Im not going to pay more as they progress on the job.BMW support got me with less than a quarter of what that dealership wanted.It doesnt matter what part of usa you are..Find a way to get your to BMW support in Florida and youll be glad indeed..george

Came to replace parts on my car.
