I called to purchase a vehicle and was told the vehicle was there, made an appointment and everything was fine until the day of the appointment we were told the vehicle was sold but still on the website for sale. The day after we called again to see more cars and was told by someone else the car was still there. A couple of days later I called to make an appointment to see the car and wad told again it was sold. Now today I checked the website and the car is still on sale at a much higher price. I feel like I have been lied to so I wouldn’t purchase the car at the original price.

I am from The Bahamas and this is the second truck I purchased from this dealership. The first truck was fine. However, the second one was not!!! We looked for particular details regarding flood damages and according to details, it mentioned that there were none. After having the car checked out for other issues, the mechanic said that the car was indeed in a flood as it was extremely rusty in hidden areas. I am extremely upset and will not be purchasing again.

Very bad experience. Do not trust the online advertised price. I called, confirmed and was told they have the SUV in stock. Showed up in 30 minutes and was told SUV was sold. Do not trust these individuals. The SUV was not even their parking lot. And instead of being apologetic these people are arguing that the SUV was sold in 30 minutes. Non sense.
