I purchased a 2015 Maserati Gran Turismo MC about a year ago. The car did have a few dings, but at the time it was 5 years old and its a given. Outside of that the car has performed much better then expected. Anytime I have her out, Im complimented on how she looks and rides.My only advice to MAB is to lay off bidding the transport and find a company that provides a solid price first time. But again great price for an almost perfect used car.o

My experience began when I found a rare car I’d been looking all over the country for. But it was 13 hrs from me in Fort Lauderdale, Fl. I flew down and looked at it. I loved it but the very small used dealer that had it needed to change out the wheels for me so I couldn’t do the deal while there. I fly back home and realized I needed someone to conduct this deal for me. A car broker. So I searched and found Al at Miami Auto Brokers. I explained that I wanted him to confirm the title and serial numbers all matched and that I need him to arrange transport. He confirmed that he could do that. And that he did!Al took care of all the paperwork, handled my cashiers check made to the small dealer, drove the car to his inside facility and arranged for excellent transport from Florida to me in Alabama.Al made the entire process flow so smoothly. Most reviews are always talking about how dealers fail, I have been a savvy buyer of higher end cars for years and have experienced a very mixed bag, I actually shopped 4 dealers in the FTL area with late model Range Rovers on my current purchase and it was no easy task as I wanted fair money for my Yukon as trade and a solid price on a gently owned late model Range Rover in white. My carfax came up incorrect on my Vin and had been reported for more miles and I was lucky to shop at Miami Auto Brokers because my salesperson/owner (AL)not only gave me fair value for my Yukon (that needed a little paint work and had a car fax discrepancy) he also was good at communication and follow through. We bundled a roof wrap and wheel coating into the price and he made sure all was done for me as I visited family over Christmas break, when I returned another great guy and salesman named Marc picked my wife up from the airport in my completed Range Rover.. Al, although very busy always makes you feel important and valued which can be a challenge because they also maintain a beautiful showroom on high-end pre-owned cars. He is ex military and is all business but very personable and will work every angle to make sure you are a happy customer. I purchased a beautiful ultra low mileage 2016 Mercedes Benz S 550 and I absolutely love the car....Blake was kind enough to broker the sale of a car I wanted to use as a trade and that car sold quickly going to a new home in Denver... He also allowed me to sell another car on my own and process the paperwork for the out of state purchaser as a courtesy to me... I and the purchaser were both very grateful....the process was seamless.The delivery process was not exactly stellar and a very non-conventional experience. My experience with miami auto broker couldnt have been better,, Just bought a 2012 Bentley GT Coupe and when I say this car was clean as the pictures displayed it really was. I was hesitant to purchase a vehicle that I couldnt see as I live in NY, but pulled the trigger anyway. Car delivered with no issues on enclosed trailer and these guys answered every question I had. This is my first review for this company and I will review everywhere so can to warn people of the shady business practice.Both owners were very responsive before the sale.Once I received the car and they received payment, they will no longer return a text or call. They sent me multiple pictures of the vehicle I bought, none included any damaged areas. It only had 8000 miles and they told me on several occasions the car was perfect. “Out of the wrapper” is exactly what he said. I received the car and sent to My detail guy and found that the back bumper was damaged from a shoe or something and needed to be repainted. One wheel had a curb rash, a large dent in driver quarter panel. Front bumper had been repainted and is clearly a different color. Several scratches and paint chips. BEWARE people, these guys are all about the sale and will not make anything right.

I spoke with Blake over the phone he said he would call me back. He is suppose to be part owner, he called me back on a Sunday night @ 10 pm not very professional to make things worse I think he may have been drunk. Needless to say said he would call me on Monday no call sent me text that said sorry he was off said he would call Tuesday between 730-830 am no call again. Wednesday I called the number listed on the website a person answered and said he was Blakes business partner and that he would call me back never did. I sent text on Friday he responded with a text meant for someone else. Then responded with call you in a few never did.Saturday I sent another text with no response. I have never tried to give someone money / business and been ignored like this.

I ended up waiting too long to make a decision on the car and it sold. So, whats the point of this review?Point 1 - Active in the sale, but not pushy. Al was gracious to answer all questions I had. He offered the option for the vehicle to be inspected by the local Land Rover dealer without my asking. He was quick to respond and give advice when asked.Point 2 - I found another LR that I am buying from another dealership and I called Al to ask him for a warranty price validation. I was unsure if the place I am purchasing from was charging too much so Al looked up the cost in his system and let me know I was being treated fairly.This is a good person, who in spite of not making a sale was willing to help me. First off I was driving down from Jacksonville Florida 6 hours away I got there an hour after they were supposed to be closed which were they were waiting for me and then got on a business call and they waited another hour for me to finish my call without even asking questions. I purchased a new to me but used Bentley I got great customer service they even had the vehicle shipped back to Jacksonville for me. I dont mind a company making money off of me were all in business to make money but it sure is nice to get excellent customer service it makes things that much better.

I just recently purchased a 2013 BMW 750li from Al and his team at Miami Auto Broker. From the moment I walked in I was treated with nothing but stellar customer service. Most times you go to purchase an automobile you feel a sense of disconnect and as if youre just a number. This was exactly the opposite here. Great experience, straight forward with price. Great service. He opened up shop just for my appointment. Car was in great shape. All terms were discussed and settled before arrival. Good guy too, Christian man seems to have his head on straight. There was a 30 dollar difference on my total tag amount that I paid, I knew nothing about this so he could have easily kept it. The 30 dollar check came in the mail with my tag though. That was a good representation of the whole experience. I would buy another car from him without question.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Though this dealership sells high end vehicles, looks can be deceiving. Right after I purchased my car, I called concerning the oil light coming on. I was told the vehicle just had an oil change and I was quickly dismissed. I followed my gut and took it to the dealership. Not only did the car have oil leaks, it is internally burning oil since the pistons are bad. In order to fix the pistons, I have to fork out another $6000. So, either I have to pay that or add oil to the car every two weeks. I strongly encourage anyone buying a vehicle here to have it inspected closely by the dealership first. I am so upset and as a single mother trying to get a kid through college, this is the last expense I can take on.

Dealership was reasonable on price and easy to work with but for some reason they push a 3rd party warranty company called Royal Admin. This warranty will not pay for anything that breaks on your car. There is a loop hole for everything. For instance, my BMW X5 needs $12000 worth of repairs from electrical, to leaking oil. Royal Admin has figured out loop holes in the contract to only pay for $800 of it. Even the BMW dealership I brought it to said they are one of the most difficult 3rd party warranty companies they have seen. Especially take note the warranty company will not pay anything that has come out in a Technical Service Bulletin from the manufacturer of your car. That is very unusual and should not be overlooked in the contract. Thats how they got me.I cancelled my contract with Royal Admin and the dealership has informed they have stopped using them as well.

Purchased an expensive used vehicle that was in “perfect “ condition. With in a week we had to spend over $2000 in repairs and soon after we needed to get a new transmission and electrical issues! Still without a car and still paying for it. Miami Auto Broker BLOCKED our calls! This has been a huge nightmare on our family! And FYI they lie! The vehicle was not purchased $4000 under value!!!! I bought a 5-series BMW from Miami Auto Brokers. They were accommodating and presented the car reasonably well. The gave me what I thought was a good price for a car that seemed to run well and had a dealership inspection to show it did not have any major problems. However, the problems came after the sale. After driving it for a week or so, the battery kicked out and the dealer in my town said that someone improperly installed a new battery without the proper programming. No big deal, its a used car. I did get upset when the turbo failed and went back to Al Torres who said I was on my own.Be super diligent when looking at a car here. Dont assume a clean top level inspection means the car is good. Once you buy here, you really are on your own as these guys will be done with you after the sale.

I completed my transaction online. Al delivered the car to me at my residence in Key West from Hollywood. I believe it took all of 30 minutes to signing documents to switching tags on my trade onto the new car. Great customer service!

My 1st visit to the place it looked underwhelming but after I walked in with my wife and daughter the sales manager Al did nothing but an excellent job of showing of the SUV we were interested and explained in-depth on financing options. We brought a 2011 Porsha Cayenne S today, my husband flew from SC to pick it up and not even 70 miles down the road the check engine light is on, the brakes are squeaking and as with previous reviews we are getting the run around from Al and Blake. Please if you value your time and money find another dealership as this one is a total rip off... My husband is still stuck in FL trying to get a car fixed that we haven’t had for 6 hours and they have yet to offer a resolution.

WOW....I was skeptical at first due to dealing with people online and also being in Miami. However, Blake, Al, and Bruce were all A Class! These are brothers in Christ who have a servant heart for the Lord and it shows in their customer service and their cars. Man, all their cars are AWESOME. I purchased a 2012 BMW 740 LI Sport Package low mileage with all the bells and whistles and there was available warranty still left on the car through August 2016. I took the car a week later to get some minor warranty things done and the technician wanted to purchase it from me. That spoke volumes of Miami Auto Broker!! I would recommend this awesome dealership to everyone who wants high end cars with very fair pricing! Cheats and crooks. Bought a BMW X5 eight months ago. Was assured it was perfect. I am now $6500 worth of repairs with a check engine and emissions light covered up by electric tape so it wouldnt shine. With lowMiles and all these problems, starting to wonder what the real miles are and if they rolled them back which is a federal offense. The black emission tapes may be an offense and having lawyers look into it. They said initially when I reached out to them that theyd help, but seems like they want to skirt the law. They had my bad Yelp review taken down and I wasnt going to pursue. Now that they had yelp take that down, time to get busy. Pleasure doing business with you folks. People, KEEP AWAY. DONt believe the good reviews.

Engine ended up being cracked and went through months of legal processes to avoid paying for a entire new engine.Car has been a lemon since the day it was purchased. Told it was completely perfect and a clean record. Was the exact opposite.Never buy from these scammers!!!!

I found vehicle on eBay, called and spoke with Al, very prompt and courteous. Purchase process was easy and he did everything I asked. I bought a 12 RR SC, I requested a pre purchase inspection andhe took it to the dealership for an inspection for me which I paid for. The Land Rover dealership missed along with Miami Auto brokers the fact that 3 of the 4 tires were actually put on inside out.... there was was also another repair I had to make relatively minor for a Land Rover (meaning under $1000), that I had the dealership make for me when I got the vehicle home and to my Land Rover dealership do a vehicle inspection. That repair is not something Miami auto would have caught but Land Rover should have easily caugh in Florida. Al did have made,at my request, a second key for the car and programmed for his cost which was $250 less than what I would have paid. My opinion is whenever you buy a used car, especially a high end luxury vehicle, expect a couple minor things to do right away, that’s why it’s a used car....The condition of the vehicle was perfect and clean, I would have no problem buying another car based on this experience from Miami Auto Brokers.

Purchased from Miami Auto Broker from MD.Sales guy Elias was very thorough and helpful, made the entire purchase experience very smooth, even though I was making a big purchase from out of state w/o even being there in person.Clear explainations and thoughtful recommendations cleared out lots of worrisome.Received the Range Rover SC, met my expectation, is as good as listing pictures and descriptions.Everything seems to operate beautifully.Couple small scuffs werent visible from pictures but will Get serviced to buff some out.Highly recommend Elias and this company, they r solid.I would def. purchase another vehicle from them and i’d recommend Elias and this company. My husband called them several times from over seas to buy a range rover. They were full of excuses and hot air. ¨Flake¨¨ never send the forms or offer finance help. We bought from Land Rover dealer. These guys are full of themselves. Christians.......highly doubtful. Looks like to us we think they take cars with problems and sell them to people and then give them the I cant answer routine. CAVEAT EMPTOR Some of these positive comments in my opinion looks bought - BEWARE

I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership via internet and the sales process went routinely until I sent a check. The individual I dealt with said his name was Blake. After receipt of the check, the communication process broke down and it became extremely difficult to contact this person. After leaving numerous texts and calling repeatedly, I rarely received responses and when I did, I got replies such as I was at an auction or I will call you back or some other statement that was never honored. This morning I managed to call the dealership since my calls to the cell were to no avail. The Blake guy answered the phone and seemed surprised to hear that it was me since he ignored or neglected my texts or calls to his cell. He told me he would call me back in 5 mins and that my car had been assigned a transport and that it was unusual to take this long to get a transport assigned. That was three hours ago and counting, yet no call. It is as if everything changed once they received the funds and I became insignificant. Knowing what I know now, it is no way I would ever do future business with this company nor would I ever recommend any one else to do so. If I dont get word soon, Im seriously considering legal action to rescind this deal. Disgusted and disrespected...Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

Most as is warranties only cover explicit things like if the motor breaksdown three months after you buy the car, the dealer is not responsible. That makes absolute sense, but, Al and Blakes as is warrenty ALSO takes away the responsibility of the dealer EVEN IF WHAT THEY SELL YOU DOES NOT EVEN FUNCTION AS A VEHICLE, that is, if it stops functioning as a working vehicle the second you leave the dealership! According to our attorney, THEIR AS IS WARRANTY CAN EVEN PROTECT THEM FROM FRAUD CLAIMS!!! Even if you do sue, Their AS IS warrenty does not allow you to include legal fees in your suit AND MANDATES mediation!We bought a vehichle here in the top range of the Kelly Blue Book Value because the owner/salesman, Al, said it was in perfect condition. He said they had put a lot of money into the car and for that reason could not reduce the price. My wife and I both test drove the car and it seemed good, we even had a mechanic look it over. He found some issues but they were worth fixing so we split the bill with the dealership. Just prior to us picking up the car (we already had the check in hand), Al, the salesman/part-owner told us that we may expierience some rocking because the tires were cupping due to the work they did to the car and that we may want to replace them at some point. My wife and I thought nothing of it because on our test drive we expierienced no such thing. We left with the car and drove to our house which was right around the corner without incident. The next day, after driving the car for about 25 minutes, the car began shaking violently. I called Al, the salesman/owner, and told him what had happened. He said that what I was experiencing was due to the cupping of the tires, (we soon learned it wasnt and that in fact it was much worse). We ordered new tires through Al and had them put on but we still expierienced the same violent shaking.We later took the car to a Chevy Dealership and found out that the entire transmission needed to be replaced and that the reason we did not know about the issue when we took the car on a test drive or that our mechanic did not know about it was because you have to wait till the transmission warms up, around 25 minutes, before you can expierience the problem! On top of this, the warranty that Al sold us would not cover the transmission because they said that it was CLEARLY a pre existing condition that the dealership HAD to have known about! On top of that, Al called the warranty company, so that HE would not have to deal with a law suit, and said that they should cover the transmission because he gives them thousands of dollars in buisness!!!!The electrical in the car went out within days of purchasing the vehicle and that turned out to be a pre-existing condition! We have had to spend $2,800 just to fix the electrical in the car and that hasnt been fixed for sure yet! In total, we have had to spend over $5000 in repairs for a car we purchased just over two months ago AND ALL OF IT WAS FOUND TO BE PRE-EXISTING AND HIDDEN BECAUSE YOU CAN NOT FIND THESE ISSUES EXCEPT ONCE THE CAR HEATS UP, AFTER DRIVING THE CAR FOR 25 MINUTES.

We bought a used infinity from this dealership in March 2017. It had a cracked windshield and the brakes squeaked however, it was written into our purchase contract that both issues would be repaired. It took me hounding the owner of the company, Blake, 4 months before he got around to assisting in getting the cracked windshield fixed. The brakes were never fixed as they were supposed to be per the purchase contract. I contacted Blake over and over nearly 100 times and I was just ignored. Buy at your own risk, the owner is sleazy and only cares about himself, not the customer... Be warned!

Sketchy in ever way. Title problems. The car was delivered with black tar smudges on red leather throughout the car. Required multiple interior cleanings. Tires had to replaced. Never got paid $259 I was promised for the Interior cleanings
