Having inspected four different self storage companies in the area, the staff at the Public Storage consisting of Claudio and Darryl were found to be professional, polite, helpful, attentive, and just plain awesome in the manner by which that I was served as a potential client! The storage unit was very cleaned and in excellent condition. It was exactly as posted by the company. The unit was rented by me due to the presentation, appearance and outright courtesy of the staff. Keep up the good work, gents!

Had my stuff stored there for a few months. I never had any problems. The facilities were always clean and accessible when I needed to get to my stuff. Getting back to my unit was challenging at times as the space was a little cramped at times. I would not advise taking a big vehicle back there, but on average, a very respectable place to store your things.

Needed storage for 30 days, Shai was very helpful. I am disappointing that the company makes you buy a $20 lock that cannot be used for other than Public Storage lock types. Basically add $20 to the total cost of rental.

Shai is a very positive storage employee. She reflects with her knowledge and patience for dealing with people. She knows how to correct issues in a timely manner. Her smile greets you as soon as yo walk in.

A special thanks to Shai for an outstanding customer service.

They recently did a renovation here painting replacing the doors installed a public restroom which they did not have before. thats good looking to get a unit most of them are outside. They have long rows of outside units and there is no room to park and most of the rows. People get confused your supposed to drive on the left here not everybody gets it. The staff is really strict they freaked out saying that there is only one person allowed in the office at a time when I just needed to walk through they lock the door on me and would not allow me to pass. I think theyre on a power trip and were very rude. I am sure they will be very nice to you if youre looking to rent a unit.

Juana customer service was amazing. He helped me find a 5x10 Storage unit at an amazing price. I highly Recommend.

I went along with my mother and brother to rent a storage and we were met by Isaiah who helped us with the process. It went smooth and easy he even informed us on promotional deals which was a plus even though we didnt purchase anything extra it was nice to know we had the option. Kelly helped me get what I needed in storage space due to my needs and also recommended things that were helpful to the safety of my belongings. Vaughn was friendly, professional, clear and efficient. Explained everything and was patient. Storage was clean and lighting was good, rented a 5x5 for a month. Expect the usual in pricing for these kinds of places, no pro-rating, over priced lock if you dont have your own, some kind of move in charge. I would give it five stars if the web promotions and the like were transparent about cost.

Very nice courteous people, Vaughn was especially helpful and nice. Its so refreshing to deal with people who give great customer service like Vaughn. The manager was also nice and helpful. The only complaint is its dark by my unit so a little extra light would be nice.

I live in the Miami area and have to travel to this Hollywood location, but its worth the trip. I would recommend this location on Knights Road....10 star rating!!

Customer service is good. The storage is bad. Rats ate up some of my property. You have to be insured even against problems the company causes.

I recently relocated to Hollywood area and while I looked for apartments, I stayed at an airBnB. I work for driving company using my own car so I got a small storage unit to keep my stuff in to get when I needed it.Shay provided excellent customer service, she was very helpful in choosing what I needed. She is very polite, professional and has a great personality/interaction with people.DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this storage company and location!!

They keep raising the rent EVERY year . We started at $124 and 3 years later it is $204 . Only ONE dolly for use in the entire complex for our building on the second floor They said the second dolly was stolen . We complained but a second one was never provided. The sprayed installation ceiling keeps falling down and gets all over everything inside. When calling the corporate office to complain I never get a return callback. The boy who was on duty was no help and was rude.

If I could give a rating of ZERO, I would. There are no words to describe how awful this location is. Everything in your unit gets ruined because the location is severely infested with RATS, and all kinds of INSECTS. I properly cleaned and wrapped everything that went in the unit, only to have rats chew through and destroy basically everything. There was rat droppings everywhere in the unit, plus INSIDE all my boxes that they chewed through. Everything you put in the unit, comes out absolutely FILTHY because RATS CRAWL/CHEW EVERYTHING; things that I put in clean, came out black with filth. You spend a lot of money to preserve your stuff, only to have to throw out most of it because everything gets ruined. Plus on top of basically losing everything, they charge you fees before theyre supposed to, and they increased the rate multiple times.A friend of mine has a unit at another facility, and didnt have to deal with any of the issues I did. Do yourself a favor, and GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION!

I didn’t know there was a public storage in here next to my house, actually this is the best costumer service I have receive in a long time form them and Cleeff and juan helped me with every question I had.

I have to give this public storage a full five stars. I had an issue with my storageand the lovely Denise and Destiny helped me out tremendously. If you need storage space this is the place to go!
