What a great experience. Sam and Daniel were amazing. Customer service was over the top! Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable about leaving our company equipment at their location. We have dealt with a lot of storage facilities and have never come across this type of service. Wish we would of come here years ago. Thank you gentlemen. Keep up the good work. Very polite and professional. Wide hallways, climate control areas were just right and the building ( including the bathrooms) very clean. I was also shown intercom systems on the floor to call for help. I dont know if Public storage has this but if they did they they didnt mention it. This manager did. Kim was our rep and she was a pleasure to work with.

The office staff Ms. Kim is very professional and friendly. She manage that office very well despite the fact that sometimes she was the only one working and had few clients waiting for service. The storage location is safe and accessible. I used their services for about a year and didn’t have any issues closing the account like other storage places do. I would recommend this place for sure. We where looking for storage for the next 10 months and were going to go to multiple places but our first stop was here and after Dealing with Kimberly Johnson we couldn’t leave, so we went ahead and signed up for 210x20 units... Unfortunately, I no longer store there because I moved out of the state. Must say this is by far the best storage facility Ive been to. All staff that I have dealt with are very helpful and nice. Facility is very clean. And Oh! They have 24 hour access. Ive never had a problem with them. Always made payments ON TIME and my experience was Awesome! Keep up the good work

This is a great facility. Its always very clean and the staff really takes their time to help me find exactly what I am looking for. I love that they have a play area for the kids because I have a 5 year old who would not let me do what I need to do, this really helped me and kept her attention while I was doing business. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for storage. For the amenities given, they are very affordable.

Overpriced, convenient to my location but very overpriced. Plus no one ever brings back the 4 carts they have. I have talked to the office about getting 2 more carts. You have a storage place with 3 floors and you only have 4 carts. Two of them are so small they equal one so they really have 3 carts. I was disappointed with my experience. I was in need of my storage spot for about 1 year. I got rid of everything in 4 months because it was too much of a hassle to show up and spend 10 20 30 mins looking for carts that should be in the lobby. And dont let me start on the Super Overpriced Insurance plan they have to protect your stuff. I went and found insurance on my own!

I made arrangement with Henry to come from Orlando over 300 miles away with my family, 7 & 9 yr old kids. Henry told me he had (2) spot available and he would hold one for me overnight until I drove over in the morning. I called Henry back a second time to confirm and he said yes come. I went in this morning at 11:45 from driving 300 miles to be told they do not have the spot and pathetic Henry, told me he does not remember speaking too me not to many people have a 45 Ft tour bus. Very unprofessional and low class people. The lady that was there is another loser, I did not even want to speak to her. Her demeanor was as if she wanted me to get on my hands and knees to beg to dear life. I ask for Henry she said hes not available. Well Henry, was right in front of me however, he was with someone. He just ignore my entire conversation, and stay quite. Sin for you to do that to me.Poorly, and inconsiderate ran place. I would not stay here for even for free!!!Something would happen and they would deny it. Put your self in my shoes, and see how you would feel..Better to pay a more professional organization... Do not take my word roll the dice.

5 stars for Miguel in management, 0 stars for rogue parkers.Weve been using this facilitys parking lot for about a year now, and it seems that every time we pull our vehicle out of storage, someone takes up our spot (which we pay for specifically). I cant place the full blame on the management, but it is a real pain to find your spot taken up.Miguel, who was recently moved there, made the experience a lot less frustrating. I flagged him down the other day (when they were technically closed), but he still talked with us. I called him early the next morning and hed already contacted the guy in our spot and let me know hed be moving his stuff. We came back later and found the spot empty.It may not be a perfect storage place, but he did sort out our problem as quickly as he possibly could, and I greatly appreciate that. At the very least, the service there is pretty dang good and Miguel was proactive in sorting out issues.

This place is great if you like having your stuff stolen. Many people have had trailers boats and equipment stolen you can verify this with the local police department. I had one of my trailer stolen with $30,000 worth of equipment minute, they would not let me see the security cameras, they would not tell me where there security guard was at the time it happened, the theif easily dismantle the exit gate, and they except no responsibility for what happened. My friend who parks there had some guys jump the wall and cut a hole on the top of his trailer and steal $10,000 worth of stuff, nothing was done about it. I asked for a discount they said no. I even asked if I could personally pay to install some security poles behind my trucks and trailers to keep them more secure, they said no. Not to mention that every other month they shut down my account and say Im not paying them when Ive never missed a payment then they asked me to be put on auto bill pay but I was on auto bill pay I stopped it because they kept double and triple billing me. They do the bare minimum and dont care about the customers.

I agree with Luke. I am one of the people who got their boat stolen. It was a brand new $140,000 boat. I could only own it for like 6 months because of the irresponsible people working in this place.And I am being really nice by only calling them irresponsible. If you ask me, it was an inside job. The gate supposedly malfunctioned one night, and check this coincidence out... that night was the night that 6 trucks showed up and picked up 6 boats that were on trailers... what a coincidence!!! The best part is that they display those screens in the office, that are connected to the on-site cameras... What a joke that system is!!! The thieves were all caught on camera, but the resolution of the cameras were so low that the police department could not make out the license plates. READ your contract; you will see in the fine print, that this facility does not assume responsibility for theft. Why not? Because they know that, either they are not geared to prevent it, or they are in on it. After going thru what I went thru, I truly believe they are in on it. I found out later on that there it a large web of boat thieves in south florida, and that boats are used to either smuggle drugs or people into south florida. Once they do a run or two, they either sink the boats, or ride them to foreign countries to sell them. Think about it, all they have to do to snatch your boat is to give the employees in that facility a few thousand dollars, and they get access to your boat. If memory serves me right, my incident happened in 2008. I have filed a police report. Check the local police department, I am sure other people had similar things happen to them and reported it to the police. DO NOT PUT YOUR BOAT HERE UNLESS YOU DONT MIND LOSING IT !!!

I was there getting a uhaul cargo van i was Reserve before and the guy Henry give the van to another costumer without telling me and make me go all away there, umprofesional, his nasty actitud, never come back there in my life .......
