I like using these storage units because theyre so clean and theres always enough space for all of your belongings. They also have good customer service, ready and eager to help with a smile.

They are not a good company -0 stars they will rip you off

Beware! They lure you in with low rates and then hit you with 30 to 40 percent increases every six months. I’ve called to complain and tried to negotiate with no success. Beware of this scam.The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility was clean, dry and easy to access. The price was also very competitive.

My appointment was for 9:30 am to rent my space. Nobody showed up until 11. Management finally called me today 4 days later to offer $25 credit. Doesnt make up for my time or my rental truck being late. The local management leaves little to be desired.

I came to Extra Space Storage to get a tour of the facility. Ms. Snertha, the assistant store manager, was cordial and nice enough to take the time to show me a couple units and answer any questions I had. Rates for units are reasonable. Facility was very clean and the amenities that are offered is sufficient for customers.

Great customer service. All the staff is helpful with a positive attitude. This is my second unit at this facility. It is clean and rates are good. PJ is the best.

I went to a couple storage solution spaces in miami and Extra space was the best choice. It’s easy to access your storage, its clean(check the ceiling; lots of other places have mold), and i got a good deal for a 10x15. While i didnt have to use my storage long, I was happy with what i got.

PJ Pierre, the store manager, was super attentive. He provided great service, showed us a few different units, honored the online price and offered to upgrade my current unit to a larger one if my movers find that it is too small to hold my stuff.

The best storage facility in East Hollywood. Building is well-maintained and always clean. Upgrading and maintaining a professional facility is clearly a top priority. Even more important to me, however, is their extremely professional and courteous staff! Christina is always helpful and knows her customers well. Ive been a customer for over four years and since day one Kip was the most professional and customer-oriented manager in the business. Now hat Christina is manager, little has changed. They are always willing to go the extra step to provide excellent service.
