Horrible customer service. Showed up to pickup my U-Haul reservation and no one was in the office at all. Tried calling and got sent to voicemail. Sign says will return at 3PM when it’s 12:30PM. Who is allowed to leave the office for 3 hours???? Such an inconvenience. Just trying to pickup a U-Haul reservation trailer on my lunch break and now I’ve wasted my whole lunch and now have to go back again to pickup my reservation once someone decides to go back

This property is filthy, trash everywhere. I truly dont know how they have this location open. I have never seen anything in such poor conditions. It is a hazard. Management should really do something to put this property in compliance. Its a shame that we pay so much rent and that they keep this like this.

Nobody was there I cant enter to my unit because the office has a sign with well back at 2 pm was 1 pm and I was working, didnt spend time to wait, I cant believe it, the service is too bad, to be honest

I am so excited! Miss Kimberly was so kind - very polite & friendly - extremely knowledgeable - explained my options - she was /is a great representative for UHaul! Also, she helped me even though the sale may go to another UHal store - great customer service and no bs!!!

This storage facility was spacious and affordable, an answer to my prayers. Dwayne and Kimberly are both professional and courteous. In light of all the stress that comes with relocating and adapting to circumstantial changes, Kimberly was a breath of fresh air to work with and Dwayne always lifted my spirits. Good people❤️great space🙂

From the first time that I had went into the office, I was treated with respect. The service was very helpful, I got to rent a truck and storage unit, every time I go to check my things, I feel like I know that my things are going to be alright and safe.The staff was very helpful also, they really enjoy helping their customers. I would recommend this facility to the public for a great low price every month. The USA Storage is awesome, thank you so much for helping me.

Great Storage place. Staff is extremely helpful. I have been so stressed with moving and Kimberly was just AWESOME. She knew exactly what I would need and even helped me with Uhaul and getting boxes and tape. My opinion is this will be my permanent storage company from now on. Oh and if you need to cool off real quick. The office A/C is ice cold and refreshing. I brought our dog and Kimberly even went out her way all on her own without us asking to get him water as well as for us to. Awesome lady

They are fraud overcharge . I moved middle of month but They charge me for whole month when I say then I want to stay whole month they refuse me and move me out but charge for whole month

My brother and I have been using the USA Storage for years for both business and personal stuff with no complains. The prices for the air-conditioned units are very affordable; the staff is very helpful and professional. The location is very convenient right on 441 and Hollywood Blvd. The area is still under construction but you can see the improvements of the neighborhood.

This storage unit is perfect. There is ample parking, friendly and efficient staff, and is kept very clean. The temperature is excellent and the building is secure. Thanks for a great deal.

Other than it may be a little dirty at times and the specific hours to let the renters enter into there own storage unit is not practical at all. They are flexible and are willing to work around a few things, bills, problems and with Direct payment issues. Employees are nice and willing to assist and help with whatever is needed.

The people are friendly and very helpful. If they cant help you, they call other places for you

The young lady at the front desk was very professional and courteous. I booked and checked in on the computer and when I arrived they had every detail and I was out in 5 minutes.

Been a client for 5+ years. Kim and Dwayne are always helpful, facility is reasonably clean and rates are average or a little better than other places.

BEWARE!! If you like to be greeted by drunk crackheads everytime you go to your storage unit this is the place for you! No matter what time you show up you will either find people digging in the dumpster, asking for money or sleeping on the side of the building. My storage unit is located on the outside, they have a security gate that i suppose is to keep the crackheads out but the gates never seem to work.

I would and will make USA self storage my first stop. Dwayne is a great worker who always make business easy and less of headache.

Assistant Manager Kimie falsely accuses me of sexual pretenses twice Sense I been here which is very stressful, one day told me I need to go back were I come from, what​ ever that supposed to mean, always got the maintenance man following me to the rest room which is Harrassment,Public Embarrassme,&Discrimination an maintenance told me today Dewite, this pass weekend was on the phone trying to get me kick out an Im new in town never disrespect no one here known Im waiting on a couple lawyers to meet with this Mr.Dewayne Good but ignore my reports of her constant(Harrassments) tried to report but a corporate under manager who over everyone here has a relationship built were no one can get to the report her to the hire BOSS An still here being harrass an from maintenance man telling me as name Dewite I might be gone 500 S.State rd.7 an people here besides me knows her dirt. Apologize it came out this way Im fed up being discriminated an harrass tried to do it nicely but was neglected by judgement

Rented a Uhaul truck from here, windows were filthy, back 4 tires were bald, wouldnt rent from this location again.I would rent from Uhaul in the future from other locations!
