Overall, I got what and where I wanted to be. My trade in value wasnt as high as I wanted, but they made up for it on the other end. Where other dealers had the exact same truck $2000+ over sticker, they were not over sticker and even dropped some off.Exavier was a cool down to earth guy that I enjoyed talking to, and will look to do business with again when that time arrives.

I was a bit worried about Leasing a vehicle for the first time, I had been looking for a Bronco Sport in Area 51 for a long time and the dealer I went to out in Mendon MA marked up their models nearly $3000 over sticker price. I found the same model and trim level with the 200A package at Marcotte with NO markup. This dealer is so much more professional and helps give a relaxed car buying experience. Chad helped me through the whole lease process and was transparent about everything and made me feel like I was a human being with specific needs, not a quota target. I ended up being under what I estimated for monthly payments too. Marcotte is great, the staff is super nice, and anyone looking for Fords should stop in sometime!

He was instrumental in my search for a new F150, at a time when it’s extremely difficult to find one. Furthermore, his efforts did not end with the sale. The dealership has a different atmosphere. Not - or + just different. I always felt like I was treated like family but perhaps Mr. Marcotte’s passing has brought on some changes.I went in for works package and was told my lug nuts needed to be replaced. I have extended warranty for wheels and tires……but not covered. Too expensive can get done elsewhere cheaper.The package I ordered included tire rotation. I later saw on the service receipt that they did not rotate tires or check pressure. Seems odd to me.I’ll give them the benefit of doubt and give them another try.

This dealership does not get it. The service department talks out of both sides of the mouth, and does not tell you exactly what will be covered when your car goes in for service. There is an attitude there; you feel it over the phone and when you drop your vehicle off. Their courtesy shuttle service is half baked also as they will get you to work but not back. The cafe is great if you want to buy coffee and a snack before paying 100’s of dollars and waiting forever for your vehicle. Do not expect your car cleaned or washed as a service courtesy like so many other local dealers. How this place stays in business is a miracle, maybe because the good folks in Holyoke do not know what a quality dealership looks like.

I enjoyed buying process, Steve G was super.Service dept a whole different experience. I bought prepaid maintenance and extended warranty. In August I was in for oil change, reported problems with front nav system and front end. They found problem and said they needed about two weeks to locate parts. A month later, I called for update. After 8 unanswered calls and no return effort to my message I drove to dealer. 3 of four stations were occupied, no customer visible, no one on phone. I explained my situation and they said they were just too shorthanded to answer phone or return calls. Of course the only one that could help they said was the one guy out. I left details and was told to expect a call. Days went by, again no one answers phone. After asking for manager, ground hog day. They didnt have parts, no idea in when it can be solved.Bottom line, before you buy a service plan, try calling service from sales office. Tell sales if it goes to voice mail you will buy car somewhere else. Perhaps that will wake up someone in service.

In this crazy time of trying to purchase a car, we had an excellent experience buying our new F150 from Marcotte Ford. They listened to what our concerns / questions were and answered our questions. They never tried to upsell us or push us into anything. Our salesmen was new but was great (Halil Kuzu). When he didnt know the answer to something, he didnt make it up but found out the answer. I recently bought a 2020 Subaru Forester here, and the experience was miles better than anywhere else! Because my husband and I are military, registering us is a bit tricky to navigate (Florida licenses stationed here) and we had gone to several other dealers to purchase. At each one of those, we were shuffled off to a salesperson who kept having to go back and ask every single question of their manager, and wouldnt work with us at all or had no clue how to deal with our out of state info. I called Exavier at Marcotte and explained what I wanted and our issues, and he had himself and his manager waiting when we arrived. And because we had to drive an hour and a half there to do this, they offered to deliver the car after it was registered, without my even having to ask! It just got delivered today and it is lovely. When we left the first time (after purchasing and submitting all our records), my husband turned to me and said, See, thats the car buying experience I was expecting, that we didnt get elsewhere. And to shorten our time there, Exavier collected everything from me and had it all ready when we arrived.I am beyond happy with their service and how conscientious they were through the whole process. I strongly recommend that anyone go through Marcotte for their car needs!

I am happy to report our experience at Marcotte Ford was completely uneventful. We saw a truck we liked online, went in and bought it. Our salesman Andrew Tesini was friendly and efficient. We were in and out in about 2 hours and the transaction was quick. Financial dept. was very clear about charges. As for the truck we bought, so far so good but time will tell. will definitely go back for the next car.

Leased a escape from Marcotte Ford in Holyoke MA. First time doing a lease from any dealer. Didnt know what to expect.I did some research. But one never knows until one goes through the process. Met with a salesperson named Koren who really knew his product and passed valuable information along. Finale price with rebates and trade in seemed what I was looking for. To finalize the deal met with Bill who took care of the business side and contracts. All I can say both treated me as if I was family. I would do it again. I found the vehicle I was looking for on Cars.com, sent an inquiry and was contacted right away to discuss seeing the vehicle in person. My husband and I worked with Andrew Tesini when we arrived at the dealership. Andrew was great to work with, he made sure we were happy with the vehicle and I never felt pressured to buy anything other than what I wanted. This was my 2nd Ford F-150 purchased from Marcotte and once again I am very satisfied with their service. DeSean Martinez was excellent in communicating with me during and after the sale of the truck. We had some ongoing issues with the brakes and an unfortunate stain and smell of fuel in the bed from the previous owner that went undetected by all during the sale. DeSean didnt hesitate to get these issues addressed. The service dept at Marcotte is one of the reasons I came back to them and with sales staff like DeSean, I will continue to best a Marcotte customer for years to come.

At first, this company seemed to be going above and beyond for us. We purchased an Expedition from Marcotte Ford. Our salesman, Leo, worked with us even on his day off. We were so thrilled because we had been looking for an Expedition for awhile. They gave us a great value on our trade in as well. However, after Leo was paid for this sale, he did not care to call my husband back with our concerns. We needed information on the brake control for towing purposes. My husband had called Leo numerous times to find out information because Leo was not returning his calls.Next, we noticed there were large scratches on the windshield. We called and my husband spoke with Bill Filiault, the General Sales Manager. Bill was very helpful at first. He said the scratches should have been taken care of before they sold us the vehicle. We live out of state, so Bill allowed us to find a local glass company to replace the windshield and Marcotte would pay the bill. This was great and we appreciate it. My husband spoke with Bill regarding the company we found, and they sent Marcotte Ford an invoice. When they received the invoice, Bill handed the information to the department that handles it. Bill told us the check would go out in the mail at the end of the month, which was March. A couple weeks went by and my husband and I were wondering what was going on. Andrew called the Glass company and they hadnt heard from Marcotte Ford either. So I emailed Bill on a Monday later in the day, Tuesday came and went with no response. I did call the office Tuesday late afternoon and was told Bill was not working that day. So I called back on Wednesday after still no email response. Bill had an attitude with me and I simply was asking to be included with any updates on what was going on. He gave me the impression he did not care that we wanted to be kept in the loop because it had been weeks without hearing any update on the windshield getting replaced. Bill also seemed upset that I called him instead of my husband and told me he spoke with my husband an hour ago. Shortly after we hung up, which he hung up on me after I said, thank you, good bye. I called my husband and he told me he JUST got off the phone with Bill about 10 mins ago. I have received a couple emails from Bill asking if the glass company has received the check yet, and they have not. Bill responses and said he was sorry for the inconvenience. Then today I received an email from Bill saying the check should be going out in the mail TODAY. Completely unacceptable when we were told the check went out in the mail at the END OF MARCH.Needless to say, the people weve dealt with have been great in the beginning, but then change their attitudes and have poor customer service when all were looking for is an update.I will say, the one person who was awesome through the whole financial aspect was Steve Gurau. Very personable and honest. Hands down, amazing customer service and he made our experience with Marcotte Ford fantastic.It was after we completed the buying process is when the customer service went way downhill.Just something to keep in the back of your mind, folks.

Service coordinator Rob did a great job explaining what my truck needed and potential options for the repair. Options included re-use of some of my old parts if needed to keep the repair costs down. Because of this detailed explanation of my truck’s needs and condition I was able to make an informed decision about what was right for me considering that I intend to keep my truck for years to come. While many service centers often inflate their statements regarding what needs to be repaired on a vehicle I feel that Rob and other service writers at Marcotte can be trusted to provide an honest assessment.

The beginning was a bit tough but I brought up the situation with the sales manager, he met more than half way & within 20 minutes I was finalizing my paperwork with the finance manager. Best deal I thimk Ive ever received when buying a vehicle. I dont like to purchase vehicles, its always more of a chore for me, but that day I talked to the manager he made me think of buying a vehicle completely different. The service departments main function is to rip you off as much as they can get away with. They charged $140 to confirm the windshield washer switch is broken. Something we already knew. And they want to charge $220 for the replacement part. A part that costs less than $50 if you order it yourself. And quoted $100 labor to install it. This part takes less than 2 minutes to install yourself. A total of $320 to install a part thats almost as easy as changing a light bulb.

Steve in the service department was very helpful in guiding me through the process and even checked in on me while I was in the waiting room! The staff is also very welcoming! As I sat in the waiting area, each employee who passed by made sure to acknowledge me and say hello. Great service!!

Fantastic customer service! I dropped my car off for recall work, and was provided a free shuttle back to my home. They called me to inform me that my car was all set, and that they were sending the shuttle back to pick me up so I could get my car back. The gentleman that drove the shuttle was absolutely amazing as well!Great customer service is few and far between these days. This dealership still has it!! Highly recommend!

I bought my F-350 Diesel Pickup at Marcotte Ford in December 2008. My wife has purchased a Ford Explorer and most recently a Ford Escape, and I will purchase a new F-350 Diesel Pickup someday when this truck wears out. The best compliment a business could receive is when a costumer comes back many times over a decade’s time. The Sales Department is exceptional, very personable and well informed about every aspect of the vehicle. The new facility is outstanding.Marcotte Ford Service is really why I am writing this five-start review. John and Pia are so nice, knowledgeable and patient. When a costumer has to bring in a vehicle for repair, that person is already upset and stressed over the loss of the vehicle for awhile (how do I get to work, how do I pick up the children and so on) and the expense of fixing the vehicle (do I have enough money in the bank, will this expense not allow me to pay rent this month), John and Pia are very calm, courteous, and make you feel assured that the repair will be completed as quickly as possible and they will tell you if this repair has to be done now, if money is an issue. I brought my truck in for multiple issues to be fixed; one of them was my cab mounts, the total costs were estimated to be over $5,000.00, I told them I could only spend $3,000.00 at this time. They worked with me and we are going to fix the cab mounts later. John told me; he thought the batteries were weak. I also noticed the truck took a little longer to start. John could have told me I have to have Ford batteries at that time, but he knew money was an issue, so he let take the truck and choose when to buy new batteries and where I wanted to buy them. This is just one of several examples how Marcotte Ford has helped me out. Once before I brought the truck in for service and I told John I think I need brakes, after the mechanics evaluation, he said the brakes 30% wear left on the pads, so no need to spend the money to fix them at this service.

I made an appointment for 11 am and alerted the service person to what i needed to be done got there at 10:45 and it took close to 3 hrs to do the front brakes replace the wipers and fix the broken plastic windshield washer nozzel . Usually i have loved the service from Marcotte maybe it was a bad day

Its a car dealership. Most people dont wanna be there in the first place, but the new building makes the experience a little more bearable. Nice place to sit, wifi, cafe, TV and free coffee. Its simple to set up an appointment for service and they try to get you in and out quickly. The people who work in the parts department are always helpful.
