Theyve got their Fall scents in so we had to go investigate. We decided on blueberry maple pancakes. Im not a fan of foaming soaps so to see that this comes in gentle gel, I had to give it a try. Very happy with my purchase. Will need to go back and see if they have the candle

Wonderful always love coming here the aromatherapy candles and collections are truly amazing. I love the stress relief one and it is perfect for gifts for the holidays or all year round. Just went shopping and they had an amazing Black Friday deal buy 3 get 3 free mix and match including aromatherapy! They had it organized to where there wasnt chaos and everyone who needed to pay could without any hassle at all.

Love the feel of the place, but I couldnt stay for long because the smells were getting to me. I had to put a candle under my nose the whole time, but that wasnt too bad because their candles smell amazing.

Firts and most likely last time in this bath and body Works. Has certain workers that arediscriminatory and rude.I tried to figure out whats going on since my cousins have a small language barrier thinking that it must have been a mistake but nope rude indeed.

This location was very covid friendly. They had customers line up outside the store six feet apart, they also had a worker help customers make sure they stayed 6 feet apart.

I enjoy shopping for bath and shower products here for my kids. Its a fun little shop.

Bath and Body Works frequently has incredible sales. Ensure you read the fine print.Some of the 3-wick candles are on par with Yankee Candle. I recommended Fresh Cut Lilacs.Some of their products are unique and offbeat. Theres a collection of candles representing the elements, corresponding to birth signs.Entering the store is jarring. The right side is bright. Every nook is filled with lotions, potions, spritzers, promotional posters. . .. Its overwhelmingly stuffed. With stuff. Everywhere. Its just too much.The left side looks like an entirely different store. Its sophisticated and subdued. The lighting is dim. Its well decorated, mostly with candles and eclectic accents. Its a more comfortable, less frenetic vibe.

No real sales. Higher prices on everything. Not is in regular price ticket. EVERYTHING is ticketed to much high price then it usually was. 1star. Wouldnt want to let anyone I know shop there.

The store is a little cramped for all the product they have. Overwhelming at time trying to navigate through the store. But the staff was extremely helpful.

I came here to get some body wash, shampoo, lotion, and hand sanitizer for a gift for my gf. The floors were clean the staff was very nice to me. Also they even were very helpful to. The items I got were on sale if you buy 2 items you get 1 for free. I used a coupon that I found on there website to get 10% off on an item that was 30 dollars. This place was inside the holyoke mall. I found everything that I was looking for in this store. Also this place has handicap entrance. The parking lot is big with handicap parking.
