Just because we are muslims and have a hijab (head covering) they didnt let us put a diviter or anything. Very disappointing!!!

My stylist was fantastic!! -Natalie. Also, prices were great. I received fantastic service at this salon for half the price of what I was quoted elsewhere when I was calling around. Super impressed.

THANK YOU VONDA!!!I was able to get a last minute appointment at 6:45 pm and I got a wash, cut, style and dry. by my wonderful stylist Vonda.She was diligent and focused when doing my hair and she has a very calming presence.Side note- The scalp massage when you get your hair washed is so relaxing :>When she finished her work on me and I got to see the end result I was SO HAPPY! I left looking and feeling beautiful!If you want to have an experience where you feel soothed, pampered and to have your self esteem boosted a little I suggest you ask for Vonda at the JCPenny Salon.

Absolutely love my stylist Amber. It doesnt matter where she is, thats where my sister and I will be. One of the absolute greatest people and stylist Ive had the privilege to meet! All of the ladies Ive talked to there are delightful.

I loved it got the hair cut I wanted by a wonderful stylist named Alyssa and she cut 12 inches plus if my hair so I can donate the hair to locks of love.... Will be going back in 6 months to get a refresh cut by Alyssa again. I was nervous cutting my very long hair but Im glad I did.... Thank you Alyssa you are fabulous

I’ve been going to Young for a few years, she is really, really good. If you have never been to the salon before I recommend making an appointment with her. She is a master stylist there, so the highest level. She is super friendly and she also educated to you if you’re curious about that kind of thing… She always happily answers any questions I have. I have never had a stylist that I returned to until I found young. I am in my early 30s if that’s important to you

I been here a few times and i always have great results!I went today after a very long time of not doing my hair at a salon. The girl who did my hair Ambrea was awesome, she was very personable, very professional, and listened to what i wanted done to my hair and made it happen! I got so many compliments on my hair 💇it was ridiculous ❤ i went in today feeling down and stressed out with personal issues and walked out very happy, pretty and confident ❤❤❤

Very nice people that do the best they can to get exactly what you want. The first time I went I wanted a specific cut and also a specific color, I had a picture of both things I wanted and it came out perfect! Julissa is the woman I see every time I go. I go back every few months to get my hair redyed. At one point she was going to redye the whole thing all over again if I didnt like the shade! Of course I loved it and left happy!

The young lady was really nice. But my hair came out so bad. The color was all wrong. The toner didn’t take. I hate trying new people. After this. I hate it even more.

I have been coming to this salon for haircuts for the past 10+ years and have had a great haircut every time. There are some very talented stylists here, who are very knowledgeable and will give you exactly what you ask for.

I had a walk in appointment with Ashly this morning. Not only was I seen immediately as a walk in, but I felt really comfortable getting my hair cut there. Im pretty easy going with how my hair gets cut. Usually stylists dont listen to me and thin it out but she did a great job. Its been well over a year since I got my hair cut and I was honestly putting it off for so long because I dye my hair blue at home. She didnt pressure me into getting anything done other than what I asked for, and was quite gentle with combing my hair (my hairs pretty damaged and is usually impossible to brush) all in all it was a great experience. I dont ever write reviews so that being said I went out of my way just because of how happy I was and how comfortable i felt there.
