The employees they have at the moment are all very personable and knowledgeable. Ive had exclusively good experiences at this particular location. The store appears to be cleaned routinely, which other places in the immediate area cant say.

Went to Best Buy to Buy and Oculus but they didn’t sell them so we crossed the street to make our purchase. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Kids loved them also went above and beyond 💕😁 Rare to find people that enjoy what they do.

My experience was amazing. The staff gave great service. Especially the Manager, Answered all my questions and served me with a smile which was refreshing.

Marcia, the manager, is knowledgeable and all around phenomenal. She always goes out of her way to help my boyfriend and I find exactly what we are looking for. She even calls us when what we are looking for is back in stock. We have also had some of the friendliest service from her associate Tina. Great store! Highly recommended!

Everyone here has been kind and very helpful every time Ive come in and has know exactly how to help me. The only reason for the lack of a 5th star is that every used product (mostly controllers) Ive purchased there had an issue rendering it unusable. On the other hand, the store is always well organized and looks well taken care of. I will continue coming back👍👍

Went to the store during Black Friday. So yes, I was expecting busy. But wish the staff was a bit more aware of where items were in the store. Got some great deals. But staff seem a bit overwhelmed.

Its a GameStop, be prepaid to be pre-order bombarded and have deals be waved in your face. This location is clean and the service is face. The guy who sold me my PS4 said my man every other word it was weird. To be honest Amazon was charging me tax for my purchase so I was like might as well go here. If you can wait two days buy it online otherwise be prepared to be sold a 3 used games, a kitchen sink, and accessories my man.

Shop is nice. But they have some funko pops for 12$ and in different game stop they have the same for 5$ lol

One imparticular will almost definitely address u as my man as in let me check for u my man I got umy man and so on. That guy rocks! And I like to think of myself as Not a pain in the a$# shopper but if its not busy ill ask every ? I see fit cause I hate missing or leaving behind a good deal. That guy will help u to squeeze out everything possible from ur membership, random visit or just frugal attempts to get more. Young guy, slim, short hair light eye guy if ur not the manager u damn well should be.

So I am trying to call Gamestop for an elgato and they told me yesterday to call today after noon and I have been waiting for them to pick up the phone for 5 minutes (literally) and I have been on hold for 38 minutes and 8 seconds until I decided to hang up this service is poor and all I wanted to do was call to ask if they had an item in stock and I called again just for them to tell me that they had just sold it when I called I am just going to start going on amazon for all of my needs because the gamestop in homestead is not as reliable as I thought it would be
