Previously gave a 5 star rating from our visit on 10/02/21, and re-visited on 10/06/21 to make our final purchase and would give 10 stars if I could. Everyone was friendly and accepted that we had a crying baby and two kids acting like monkeys. Jason Dudley took good care of us and was extremely patient with us and the kids. At one point he had two umbrellas in his hands walking us to the car due to the rain. They got our vehicle down to where we wanted it thanks to the sales management team.

The oil change and tire repair was good work. But, I was told and charged for a tire rotation which I asked for but was not done. I was told the rear tires are the best so they did not rotate the tires. Everyone knows tire rotation is important too evenly worn tires. Plus, I had to call back for them to correct the charge for work not done. Then, the tire sensor was not replaced and still not working. They are now ordering a new sensor and they rotated my tires the next visit.
Dont recall being informed of need for new tires but pulled paperwork and a recommendation was made. Apologies. Service was great.

Service dept not responsive and terrible communication....only Infiniti dealership in BHM so no other choice for warranty work will not be taking back for any other non warranty still have warning lights coming on and first time I reported it never heard back, next time the call back was that evening and called 8am about potential fire hazard but there was no urgency on there let clearly. Then I’m told I can bring it in the next weekend so potentially riding around w/bad brakes for a week...great service!

I had been looking at vehicles for months and put off buying just because I dreaded the process. I went to Infiniti of Birmingham with great reservation. I got set up with Regi Palmer, a sales consultant there. He was professional and immediately made me feel comfortable and not pressured. He was extremely friendly and pleasant to talk to. He just has a very easy disposition (you’ll know what I’m talking about when you meet him). I looked at other dealerships and quickly realized I needed to go back to Regi. Even the General Manager, Mark Mitchell, made a great impression on me. I would absolutely recommend working with those two guys!
Im disappointed but I understand the cover up as some individuals are just too afraid to own their faults. My vehicle was towed to Infiniti of Birmingham upon failing while traveling to Atlanta on Sunday April 11th. The thermostat froze in the closed position and the radiator burst according to IOB. I authorized the repair and IOB installed a replacement radiator and thermostat. On Wednesday April 14th I picked up my vehicle, stopped for fuel and again to collect my luggage prior to departing for Atlanta. Within five minutes of the return trip the Service Engine Soon light illuminated. I immediately stopped and checked for any visible issues and peculiar sounds. I didnt discover or identify any critical issues. I continued my journey that evening and notice the vehicle consumed fuel at a higher rate than normal upon my arrival to Atlanta. The next day I contacted the repair facility in Atlanta that maintains the Japanese vehicles in our fleet and shared my travel interruption experience. Upon diagnosis my regular mechanic called me out to the service area and pointed out the broken coolant tank attached to the newly installed radiator. There was fresh glue on the reservoir. Yes, GLUE! Not hard flaky old glue, fresh tacky glue! Upon further inspection the technician discovered the left Intake Boot just beyond the left air filter was broken as well. Why wasnt I made aware of the broken housing? Why didnt IOB attempt to sell me a new reservoir? Because it wasnt broken prior to! Why didnt the mechanic at IOB own the damage? Probably in fear of negative repercussion. What type of ethics do these people operate! I could have been stranded again! When I brought the issues to the attention of the Service Writer Jackson B Callahan of Infiniti of Birmingham he immediately denied any knowledge of the damage. I never accused anyone but Jackson was heavy on the defense. And of course Jackson wouldnt be knowledgeable if he didnt perform the work nor if the mechanic is fearful of disciplinary action. All I wanted was an apology for sending me on my way with a compromised vehicle and the initiative to investigate the issue. Nonetheless, all I received was lack of concern. BTW Jackson didnt return any of my calls for five days. I left messages at his Infiniti voice mailbox and I also left verbal messages in which I was told would be hand written and delivered to Jackson.In my 52 years Ive motored across and throughout the US by car and motorcycle and have visited mostly all 50 states. I must say in my experiences Birmingham Alabama continues to rank highest in dishonesty. Its not my intent to discourage visiting Birmingham and businesses that monopolize the local market. But please be aware of businesses in a town that lacks integrity and diversity!
My vehicle had a dead battery, I brought it in and Jeffrey/Service Rep. got my vehicle in and out in no time.
The guy told me my suspension was messing up because I was too heavy (weighed 180 at the time). My mom kicked him out the car immediately and reported him. We Took it to another dealership and they fixed it. Needless to say it was not caused by my weight. They could really learn some manners.

I specifically requested my battery cable be checked for corosion. Their alleged battery test/performance PASSED. As I checked out I inquired about the cable, they rechecked and noted there was corosion. This isnt the first time Ive made a request for something to be checked and they failed to follow through. I will not be returning for any further service.
