I ordered a decaf drink because I cannot have over a certain amount of caffeine due to health problems. Even the receipt said decaf but regular espresso was used. Had to deal with the side effects of this for over a day and it almost sent me to the hospital. The employees should be more mindful of people with health problems. I usually have great service at this location.

THE BEST STARBUCKS EVER. They’re so fast. After we ordered, we got our food and drinks within a minute or two. The past two times I have been here they have been very sweet.A while back though I was going to put my mask on as I was walking in (and talking on the phone) and a worker screamed at me to put my mask on (as I was putting it on!!) but other than that I’ve had good experiences. If you are “fully vaccinated” you don’t have to wear a mask anymore though lol.

Drive thru was packed but the banana nut bread warmed up was well worth the wait

I am very unhappy with my visit here. Me and my friend both asked for venti drinks and they gave us smalls and I also asked for sweet cream cold foam and they didn’t have it on there and when I told the girl at the window both of our drinks we’re supposed to be venti she replied with “I repeated your order back to you and you didn’t say anything” then proceed to shut the windows down wait for us to pull off. She was very rude and I usually have VERY good experiences at this Starbucks! I am not very pleased :(

They made my coffee perfect. We did not have that long of a wait for our order.

Tables inside are all blocked off. The tables on the patio are open, but no power outlets so if you are planning on doing some computer work here, as I was, youre gonna have to make other plans.

I stop here every morning that I work up here. They are incredible. Super friendly and fun. They make me feel like Im part of the family. I love this location so much. Thanks for making my day

Every time, morning and afternoon, I went to the drive through lately, it was closed. The servers at the window are usually great, but just not there anymore.

Ordered a breakfast sandwich and paid almost 6 dollars. It had 1 piece of bacon cut in half and piece of egg. It looks like cost about 2 dollars. Beneath starbucks.

This location is very clean with super friendly and helpful staff! Sometimes the drive-through line is really long, but you cant fault them for that. Its a great location!

There was no inside sitting. Long line of customers for the drive through. A customer spilled a couple of items in his order before leaving. Staff quickly prepared the items that he spilled at no cost to him. And cleaned up the area.

I give a 1 because I had to select something. Worst experience every especially being a everyday Starbucks customer. The lines were extremely slow and the store was fully staffed. The girl over cooked my cheese danish that I order faithfully and then when I told her could you believe she had the nerve to slam the window in my face.

Line was long, but moved super fast. Low rating due to them being out of alot of items at 1 in the afternoon, like lemonade, mango drink, etc. Came away with some delicious slices of banana nut bread for the fam!

I had A young barista named Christina make me a nitro cold brew and it tasted amazing she made it just right not too sweet and not too bitter it was just right. I’ll def be coming back again😊wish every barista was as nice as her.

Definition of grace under pressure. Was overwhelmingly busy, but staff was on the ball, kept the lines moving and saw not one complaint the entire time I was there. One of the better Starbucks in Birmingham area!

Ethan always is SO kind, encouraging and friendly. I’ve never left the drive through without a huge smile on my face because of how much these baristas care for their customers! Truly stellar customer service and it is so incredible to hear Ethan encouraging people day after day. Every Starbucks should have an Ethan!

Walked in and purchased 3 breakfast sandwiches and 1 regular coffee. My sandwiches were served at 8:43 and my regular coffee was placed on queue with the online orders so 15 minutes later I am still waiting for my coffee with a cold sandwich on hand. My son ate the other two. That system does not make any sense. Drive thru orders get served all at once so walk ins should get the same courtesy service. Requested a refund walked out and my name was yet to be called. Their lack of empathy shows that they must be used to refunding for bad customer service.

Placed a mobile order at this store. When I arrived, the lobby doors were locked. I called and asked if I could come inside and get my mobile order and was told the drive thru line was available to pick up my order. If I had known I was still going to have to wait it line to get my order I never would have placed a mobile order here. If I could have I would have just asked for a refund I would have. Worst service at this starbucks Ive ever received.

I go to this Starbucks (almost) every day on my way to work. One very friendly barista guy in the morning. My drink is always right. No complaints really other than I’ve been going there for a year at about the same time every morning and they still don’t know me lol but they know my BFs car and order as soon as he drives up. 🤷‍♀️

Anyone who pays this much for coffee knows it’s worth it!! They never mess up! Before I leave for work I preorder my food and when I go in to pick it up it’s always there waiting for me and it’s always right!! The staff is always way too happy for that early in the morning and it’s a great way to start the day!!

NOT LATINO FRIENDLY! I went through the drive through and they kept saying they couldn’t understand what i was saying. I finally told them id just go up to the window but it turns out they hadn’t even put my order in. The lady was nice to me and took my order when i tried to get the attention of one of the baristas she had an attitude. I am not sure if their clientele is just not diverse enough for them to not be used to accents but if that is so then some kind of training is needed. This is the only starbucks where I’ve had this problem. Gabe three stars because the lady that took my order was nice but still did not felt welcomed there

The order was correct. Which would have gained a 5 Star rating. However, the free condescending and poor attitude brought the rating to a single star. Do yourself a favor and go to a different Starbucks location.

Hit or miss depending on the staff. Some mornings Ive been in and out very quickly, other times you have to wait or people just arent that friendly. Quality of coffee and food is good it really just depends on who you get when you go.

Love my white chocolate mocha (hot), we never pass one up without getting one. Sometimes you have a little wait, but its not bad.

This is my usual Starbucks location when I go. Today I went and had my dog with me. I ordered my usual and then when I got to the window to pay they asked me if I wanted a pupacino. Having no idea what that was, I asked and they told me it’s a cup of whip cream for your dog. To say the least, my dog now loves Starbucks🐶💕

This is a clean store with friendly staff. My partys service was quick, seating was plentiful, and the ambiance was enjoyable. Drinks were made correctly, even the custom ones. Good place for either a quick drink, or to stay a while.

Had to revise my review. Used to be great here, but the last few months have been pretty bad. Every coffee I get here looks like it lost a bar fight last night. Are they trying to pour the coffee/caramel from three feet away. I like mine in the cup and not on it. Just had my last order from there this morning. The cup was full but half of it was foam. Quit phoning it in.

This Starbucks is hit or miss. On the bright side, the baristas are always friendly!! Today I was served a burnt spinach/feta wrap though and could not return to fix it because I was on my way to work.

My caramel cloud macchiato was perfect! Just the warm pick me up I needed.

Had bad experience one night out with friends. One of the ladies in our party got out to check if they were still open. Cars were also in the drive thru. We got out of the car to go inside. Literally walked to door and woman inside locked it in our face. People sitting outside were shocked as they had just gotten there orders and came outside to drink them. Usually will go through the drive thru and have always had a great experience. The behavior of the worker inside shocked me! Luckily we were able to take a short drive to another local Starbucks down the street (John Hawkins) where we were greeted with a friendly smile and were able to enjoy our coffee and conversation. The manager at this store actually treated us to coffee after we told him about the awful experience at the Medford location. The experience has made it extremely difficult to go back even though this location is closer to my home. I love Starbucks and would drive a bit farther to support another store that appreciates my loyalty!
