That store have really over priced there products. I wanted to screen out loud that they are over charging the people. Power for the people....!

Too many perfect items to purchase. I went to get two items and left with about 25 items. Service was very friendly and professional. I loved that store.

This place was full of good inventory. I didnt have any trouble finding what I was looking for. Many other customers seemed to find what they were looking for okay as well. It was great that I found what I needed being that I was not from the area. As a traveler, a good hair store is always a plus.

The Beauty World in Hopewell always has a great selection of products and hair supplies! And the stores always well stocked, organized and clean! Im always able to find everything I need when I come to this particular beauty supply store! Love it!

I use to love this store but due to covid you cant try on wigs and that pretty much did it for me. I cant buy something that I cant return if I cant even see if it will look right on me first. Ugghhh taking myself to wongs wigs!

Was there for the first time yesterday, and I bought a cute wig and fell in love with the store! Im a licensed cosmetologist, and this place was a wow! They sell to the public, and have everything from hair to makeup and clothing accessories. The young lady, I believe her name was Aya, that helped me was very sweet and pleasant to deal with, will be back lots!😁

They return policy is listed differently on the receipt vs the posted “sign” in the store. I came back the next day with unopened/unused/uncut hair that was sold to me as 100% human hair. They only would offer an exchange despite the posted time at purchase and prior to commencement of the transaction it states I would get a refund if the item is not electrical. Dont waste your money on store that is misrepresenting products (scamming), they have immoral actions like policies that contradict each other. Filed consumer complaint with the state. They refused to respond.

Easy place for me to stop by & pick up items close to home. Not the cheapest, but they do seem to have some of everything there. Fast service & able to get military discount too. 😊

My attendant was super nice and attentive, this was first time shopping for hair. And I probably tried on a million hair pieces and not once did she complain, in fact she helped me purchase exactly what I needed. I ended up getting extension pieces since my color of choice was not in stock. But I would go here again just for the experience :)

This Beauty supply surprise me with carrying items that I cant find in Dallas Texas...had to come way across the country to find something that should be sold every where...Good grief Charlie Brown!! Lol. I am greatly appreciative.

They dont give refunds on hair. If you want a good realistic wig your going to have to pay close to 100 dollars. They have great make-up and braiding weaves tho.

This beauty supply store is full of bs! I went their yesterday to return a wig that I had purchased the following Saturday.. I called and talked to a lady on the phone and she said that I could exchange it but when I got there it was a different story ! I didn’t have time to purchase another wig and I wasn’t trying to spend more many than I came their for .. the hair was for prom and I simply didn’t like it so I wanted to exchange it for something but they’re so money hungry they didn’t let me exchange it 😂 Won’t come their anymore 😂.

The best beauty supply store in the tri- city area. They have everything you need. I go here at least twice a week. The owners are very helpful and nice. They do not tolerate rude people.(who does?) Basically they treat you how you treat them. I love this store!!!

Went there today..helpful but watch you like a hawk like you gonna steal something. Human hair wigs not top quality for the price.Lady did not even thank me for the purchase so I said thank you then she said it. Dont waste your time shopping there. I know I will not.

Local beauty supply store has everything I need when I need it. Only thing, I wish they stayed open til 9 and opens on Sunday but I understand everyone needs a break sometimes. They are friendly, but dont play about their merchandise they watch like a hawk. Makes sense

They have everything...however, if you buy something be prepared to keep it. Mother in law bought a bun accessories and she took it home to try it. She hated it and immediately took it off and packed bacc as if it was brand new. Asian lady didnt accept it nor did she give us store credit. Last day shopping there and I dont recommend it if youre buying hair or if you buying out of curiosity.
