I will never go back here. 🙄 We walked in around 7:10 pm. Google says they close at 8. As soon as we walked in the man said We close in a few minutes. And he had a tone. I politely said ok thanks. Do yall have wax, for hair removal? And he said no. We turned to walk out of the store, because thats what we went for and he followed us to the door. My 7 year old niece was holding the door for the rest of us and held it bc the gentleman looked like he was following us out, and he rudely took the door and pulled it closed. It was overall a very uncomfortable experience. Not friendly, inviting or welcoming.

The hair that they have there is like old fashioned wigs they need new up-to-date wigs in that place

Cons- Very very small and cluttered up with boxes and products.. most things have no price on it.. not as much selection as other beauty stores but they do have a lot of stuff u just can’t really see it as it’s full of boxes and all typa stuff every where.. things do seem more expensive but if this is your only option then it’s ok at that momentPros- dude at counter was very nice and helpful.. very pleasant..I got what I came to get so no complaintsThis wouldn’t b my first choice in beauty stores to go to but it’s not bad and my experience was fine.. I’d go there again.. it’s just a bit to messy and cluttered up and I lik to no the price of my items before I get to the register.

Go here weekly. And often for nothing but I always walk away with something. The only thing is not finding items priced, but Adam has always been helpful so not a big deal. Its a fun place to go with my bestie for just about anything beauty.

No knowledge of productsPoor custumer service...over the market price on most of their products and extensions.Shop online at least you get more information on the products you are wanting to buy. Also the best price of any retail store even with shipping included.They have No Grade A hair.Be careful at this place Bens RipOff more like it.

The store is small, prices are a bit expensive, and the owner is extremely rude. I wouldnt recommend using this beauty supply store.
