My fiancé and I bought a battery for our car, took it home and installed it, figured out it wasn’t the problem with our car so we went back to the store to return it. Whomever the lady GM is, she would not give us a refund on the battery in which I had bought 30 minutes prior WITH a warranty. She said that since we had installed it we couldn’t get a refund because 1) it had been installed and 2) whatever was wrong with our car had damaged the battery. The other lady cashier who was in her car when we walked out the store told us that we CAN return it because it’s Autozone’s policy but since the GM won’t let us, take it to another store. We did just that and got a refund. I will not be returning to this store as long as there is a female GM. She doesn’t know what she is doing let alone know anything about cars. I wish I was close enough to see the name on her name tag.

I recently found out the store manager Antonio went to another store. That was unfortunate news. Antonio was an exceptional manager. His customer service was outstanding and unprecedented. He was extremely helpful always. He was the same every time I visited that location. We need more people in management and retail like Antonio.

Ive been to plenty of Autozones in the tristate area. This one is hands down a model store. 5 stars to the helpful staff, they deserve it.

I called and asked if they could cut a key for me before I drove 30 minutes there. I spoke with guy and explained i had bought they key already and just needed it cut and programmed. He explained that they didnt program it but they would cut the key so I could at least start my car without pliers. I got there and spoke with a lady who was very rude to me when I asked her about cutting the key. She said No we dont do that get out of her with your street keys. I tried to explain that I had spoken with a man earlier who said they could but she literally wouldnt let me speak. We will definitely not be going back for anything!

Love this location, its close to my home. Also the manager Antonio is always very polite and helpful. They also have very reasonable prices.

Staff was extremely helpful and there was actually a man working in this location and I purchased items I needed and didnt get from the last location I recently left.

The store overall needs to hire more help, especially on weekends when its most busy, they should not be over working the great employees there, Antonio is the best, hes knowledgeable and has great customer service, employees are great they are working hard as a team, this message is for management, stop over working these hard workers and hire them more help ASAP

Ms. Hallee is my superwoman! She saved the day for me. I had some issues that I thought would be an expensive fix since I have a luxury car (Volvo XC90) but it was actually very small and inexpensive. Glad I came here first instead of going to a shop and someone getting over on me. Very fast and friendly service from knowledgeable people who care!

This is my local AutoZone. The same experience every time I go in. Its not disappointing its just not like the one on Goodman Road that is closer to Olive Branch. That group there has the bar set for me as far as AutoZones go. I am Avid in the DIY process of my vehicles and need these places to supply me with the parts I need to do what I need to do.

Very pleased with the service at this location. Had trouble locating a fluid inlet on a Buick....the young man behind the counter knew just where it was! Checked the fluid, added fluid....end of problem. GREAT customer service.

I purchased a durolast gold battery at one of the local auto zones in metro Memphis about 1 to 2 years ago ;I’m pretty sure it was this one. On June 22, 2018 I took that battery in for recharging due to it not working properly. The next day I go to pick it up and the technician checks it.... and yes it’s bad! So I’m like I’llJust get another because it’s under warranty. After being there while the tech search’s the system I find out that it’s not even recorded as a purchase under my name. I have 3 automobiles (1 car, 1 truck and 1 SUV) and I’ve gotten batteries and other parts that would require a warranty for years but this time the warranty nor the part couldn’t be found. I ended up purchasing a new battery for $170..,, I’ll keep my receipt moving forward... I may go back and check my name to ensure all I well. I hope they don’t turn into Walmart auto department
