Great place to do business.Had a spray in liner applied inside a new enclosed trailer. Wanted something to protect the floor before it started being used. After I explained what it would be used for, the gentleman at the liner shop suggested applying a thicker than normal coat to withstand the abuse. Very knowledgeable, took the time to listen to my needs/ wants & gave suggestions as well. Made me feel as if they cared about what I needed and not just trying to get my money. Service was fast, same day turnaround and looks amazing. Id highly recommend doing business with these guys.

Camper City has tinted my windows and sprayed my bed liner. They always do a fabulous job! No doubt they are the best in the business.

I purchased what was told to me to be the top of the line ARE bed cover for my brand new 2020 Titan . I paid over$1800 for my bed cover. But the color doesnt match I didnt notice it before I left because there is not much light in the installation bays. But when I got it in the light I could see the color didnt match. So I took it back the manager told me its as close as it can get. And that I was told there was a chance it may not match . Nobody every told me that for $1800 there is a chance it may not match. He never rentioned that when I bought it. If I had known that it may not match, I would have ordered and had Joe Stewart paint it right from the start.. So I got a new truck with a bed cover that does not match and I paid over $1800. For it from Camper City absolutely the worst.

If I could provide negative stars, I would. We dropped off a trailer to have the roof sealed two months ago. Kept getting the runaround over the phone. Went to check on the progress in person and they had not started on it. We picked it up and took it elsewhere.While there, the service advisors seemed to careless about the customers and more about having lunch and socializing with each other. It was as if the customers were more of a bother than business.We spoke with other customers outside who had similar experiences. They had dropped trailers or RVs off for service and waited months without any work performed. One person had bought a brand new trailer in October that had a leak and they either couldn’t repair it properly or just left it on the lot.

Installed a hitch on my vehicle. Very reasonable.

Super fast installation.

We drove 3 hours to go back and have them install our 2nd hitch on a different truck. When everybody kept saying it would take them 8 hrs these guys told us to come on and they got the job done! With a great price they are also fast and efficient!

I purchased a cover for the bed of my truck at the beginning of this year. It was put on in less than five minutes and the guys even showed me how to do it.We ended up having a latch break so we stopped by to get one only to find out that its covered under warranty so they replaced it. We asked about the hole (my own fault). Which I knew wasnt covered but asked about a way to fix it. They offered to fix it for me at no charge. Which was filling it with a black waterproof filler. I declined only because they had done so much already. This is a wonderful place to buy from for sure and they keep the warranty promise.

They are rude and customer service is awful. My mother got her tint did on her truck. The tiny had tiny bubbles in it. So she took it back they never fixed the tint. So she told them she just want her money back. After she told them that the guy that removed the tint purposely scratched her back window. He never even had to do the back windows she only had the front windows did. They refuse to admit they damaged her truck. He got loud and ruff with my mother. I will be posting pictures of the damage.

We took a new Dodge truck in for a bedliner and all seemed good till they put one in that didnt fit right. We pointed it out immediately so they tried a different one that still wasnt right. When the manager came out he just looked and said take it out and walked away. No Im sorry or we can try this . Just rudely walked away. I guess he doesnt want our business. Thats fine we wont be taking our money there again.

This is a decent place the purchase truck parts and camper toppers for your vehicle. The staff is nice and knowledgeable. I ordered a topper for my truck they gave me a time frame and cost and came in well within that number.

Ive done business with Southaven Camper City for years and always an enjoyable experience. Ive had trailer hitch work done, decals printed and put on, window rain guards, window tint and steps for several cars and trucks. Plus a tool box in the truck bed. I have a 94 chevy dually that had a hideaway hitch installed there when no other shop would. Guys were fast and did a very clean job! Will be going back to them everytime from now on

Got a bedliner put in my new truck and they were very nice and helpful. There install staff did a great job and by the time i had walked around the shop checking out the other products they were done!! A+++ job!! Definitely recommend them.
