Associate at Hwy 51 and Nail Rd pointed to where windshield wipers were without any other assistance. He did not offer to help put them on after the purchase. I drove to another location on Goodman Rd and Tulane Rd where they were very happy to help after telling them about experience at first location.

I went to the Horn Lake store (1407) on Goodman Rd which is where Ive purchased parts from since they opened & Im very disappointed that they wouldnt use their computer to diagnose why my check engine light was on. Unfortunately I had to go to OReillys to have my truck diagnosed & bought the parts from them to fix my truck. Im disabled so how I was treated by the Advance employees was extremely unacceptable & Ill probably be using OReillys from now on simply bc they respected my disability & was more than happy to help me get my truck running so I could get home.
