I paid almost $60 for an oil change I was told that I could get the Mobil One fully synthetic oil inside of my vehicle. My car was ready for quite some time I was never called I had to go back and check on my vehicle and I realize it was sitting right in front of the car care center. Then to my surprise when I paid that amazing price of almost $60 I looked on the floor on the passenger side and there where 5 quarts Castro full synthetic. So I was lied to about the oil that was being put in my car I was not notified that my car was ready and I was overpriced for a simple oil change just dont understand.

Service was great. I arrived at 7 and they were open and ready to go. The young lady at the register was very friendly and patient. The technicians did a great job as well. I will definitely go back to this location when I need my car serviced again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Associates were not knowledgeable about policies and gave me a run around.I purchased 2 tires back in December and purchased the warranty. I took my car back today because the tire was losing air. They said that it was something in the side wall and it couldnt be fixed that I would need a new tire and its covered under the warranty but they didnt have that tire in stock. I left and called other Walmart to see if they had the tire. I found one at olive branch Walmart and called the horn lake location to verify I could purchase the tire there and bring it to them to put it on and they would honor the warranty. I get there and they say no they cant do that I can return it to them and get my money back but they couldnt give that same tire back to me under the warranty. OB walmart couldnt put on today because they were by appointment only. The whole thing doesnt make since they said it would mess up inventory but its already messed up because it says online they have them in stock but they dont.

They have NO accommodations for the handicapped. You either stand and wait on your car. Or you have to have someone pick you up. Once they realized I needed a chair no one offered to get me one. So for 45 minutes of work I had to come here twice once depending on someone else to pick me up. Make arrangements for people to wait on their work to be done.

Lazy workers, half-did the job on my car. I cant stand this place. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone

They need more supplies in the automotive department. I usually have an issue looking for fram oil filters and sometimes transmission fluids. Not today though. But I do have problems with the gas pumps and cashiers not providing a receipt for gas purchases. This been going on for over a year.

Horn Lake Super Wal-Mart Auto had four new Douglas tires on the car in thirty minutes on Sunday morning at a great price with fabulous customer service. Thank you Walmart Auto staff!!!

Walmart sell good car batteries, I went and got me another one in 2 years.

I went to get new tires on the front and when i left there was an abvious noise coming from the passanger tire i told the mechanic it might be the wieght (not the first time this happened but it will be the last) and he said i needed front end work and that it was nothing they did. when i got home i took the tire off and the wieght they put on to balance the tire was hitting my spindle. not going here again.

I needed my oil changed and got new tires because i was already there on a Sunday. When leaving the ride felt bumpy and it wasnt til the next day going on the freeway i felt it more and knew something was wrong. One of my tires was extremely low so i went on Wednesday and the girl was rude and kinda laughed at my situation. I didnt pay anything because i just got them. Its now Saturday and i notice that my tires hubcap is missing. I went to work on Friday so it mustve fallen off otw to Memphis and i dont get off til late. They cant seem to do anything right.

No communications the staff will outright lie to your face and what should be simple services takes hours. Go anywhere else dont even bother with this useless place

The Mechanics are disturbing. To the public. Constant cussing and screaming you can hear inside the store. A lot of horseplay and unprofessionalism.

Had to get a battery and it took no time I was in and out within 30min.

The people in this department were so nice and even though this young lady was sick. She was still nice a f helpful as she could. Thank you guys

Walmart auto care a great as far as the tires, shopping, groceries. In the auto department are friendly fast courteous. The one in Horn Lake Mississippi you got to be careful with that one though. They did not put my warranty in the system and they gave me a hard time.

I wouldnt recommend any to get a car battery from any of the stores auto center?

I love the one one Horn lake. Its always a small wait time when i go there. Gotta get up early.

The girls at the register were really helpful and nice. My only complaint was it took way too long. It was Fathers day and a Sunday so I think that was really the issue... ***Edit***Tire flat the next day. I needed a valve stem replaced, but no one felt the need to mentioned it though they allegedly checked everything. Had to pay to replace it.

I cringe when I have to go to this particular Walmart. So the employees are very rude and are not very helpful. The checkout is atrocious because there is normally only one line out of 15 or so cashiers that should be open. Its not the products its the people that sell the products never or rarely a smile and very rarely do they offer any help they almost try to avoid speaking to you. Its what I have to contend with because I dont want to drive another 20 minutes to get to the next Walmart. I really think the mostly African-American staff is very rude towards Caucasian or european white skin people. I say them smile and help out other African American patrons but look at Caucasians like we are scum of the earth and dont deserve to be talked to its very aggravating

Will Never Ever come here again for anything concerning my car. They open up at 7 a.m. so i got here at 6:30 to avoid a line was third in line and the staff still didnt show up til about 7:15.Once they finally decided to come in they noticed the line and looked like they were irritated didnt say Goodmorning or anything. Once they got my information i sat down im still sitting here and its now 8:15 and they havent got to my car yet all i wanted was a tire put on and the two people infront of me just wanted an oil change. I cannot wait until the walmart in southaven auto care center open back up because if they were i would of been in and out. This location is very very very slow dont come here unless your schedule is completly clear.

Females and car novices beware. I went here several weeks ago to get a nail out of my tire. Moments after I turned over the keys they called me back to tell me the belt was broken. The belt in the tire. Well I sent a text to my dad to confirm my suspicions; I took my car and left as fast as I could because they tried to sell me a whole new tire. No thanks. What belt? The Steele reinforcements embedded in the rubber? Yeah, ok. Thing is I had seen the nail and it wasn’t really leaking so I was lucky enough to not actually need the patch job. Just something I thought I should get taken care of. When I took it to the Gateway, they told me the nail didn’t even go through since it was stuck in the tread. In conclusion, don’t go here, they will lie to you and try to sell you something you don’t need.

Yeah, they got tires and oil changes for the low low, but be prepared to kill some time. Better if you leave it but they do acceptable work.
