The manager there Jose, please don’t do business with him or the business there. He will exploit you and charge you a higher price. I went to look at an appliance which he was charging me the same price everywhere with a one year warranty we would still have to pay for someone to come and look at it if something went wrong. That’s another $70. Or bring it to the store abs they would just charge us for repairs. Plus, installation and accessories an extra $350 plus delivery charges of $70. I might as well go to a chain store but it for a little higher price with installation and delivery for free and they include the accessories. Manager is very shady. Seems like they have stolen goods.

I had a great experience working with Carlos. They stored my appliances until I was able to move into my new home, they delivered them from one day to the other, and he made sure that I got everything I needed after the appliances were delivered. This is my appliance store!!

The sale and service is better at more popular stores and the warranty is better where there are more to choose from.

I had a great experience with this company. The price was right, the service was excellent. They were friendly and attentive. Ill go again, because they have a huge selection of pretty cool things for your home.

This place is very rude. The first problem I had was with the directions. The address listed here is not the correct address so I drove to the wrong location. When I mentioned they may want to have someone change that after calling to find out the actual location the guy that answered the phone was like oh it’s only twenty minutes you can make that drive. No respect for others peoples time or gas. Secondly when I pulled into the lot it appeared that someone had their car window knocked out because it was glass in one of the parking spaces right by the front entrance. My advice go somewhere else for your appliance needs while it looked as if they had a great selection the customer service and respect for the business itself sucks. Thinking the owners may want to be new staff members.

BEWARE!!!! This not a good deal! Major retailers sales offer better prices and MUCH better service. Do not be fooled the products they sell have major flaws beyond the few dents and scratches.

Wish the reviews had a negative sign for the least unpleasant reviews. Purchased a Fridge Thursday, my luck I could not get it delivered til Friday. They told me it would take 24 hours before the fridge got cold. Ive never had to wait 24 hours. I waited til Saturday morning as I knew it would not cool. They could not issue a technician Saturday, I had to wait til Monday. After 11am, I had to contact the store to see ETA status of the technician & the rep who sold me the fridge said the manager advised they were going to have to schedule for tomorrow because the technician was fully booked. Mind you its been 5 days not fridge with 3 kids! I was not accepting that answered, got a call back shortly and technician was going to arrive in 15 minutes. He went, could not fix this never plugged in or used fridge So now he advised they will bring me another fridge but dont know when. I called the manager Cindy & so far she was going to get back within an hour... Im still waiting since they took my money with extra fees added with no problems... Only gave them the chance because they sold my husband a story! I do not recommend anyone.

I purchased a bundle of appliances for a rent home, and the dishwasher doesnt work. I truly hope this business dies soon! Again, people please dont even stop at their raunchy shop. Its best to go to SEARS scratch an dent if youre looking for reasonable appliances for a rent home.

Geoffery was awesome he was very understanding of my situation and knew the crook from scratch n dent was no good. I’m glad I called this store and dealt with him. He was kind, understanding, and got right down to helping me find the appliances that I needed. I recommend him and Jamie. They both greeted me and I felt welcomed after dealing with an unruly salesman at scratch n dent.

DISCOUNT APPLIANCES ON HOOVER RD I give this place 0 stars purchased a stove and bed, received the stove and was told the bed was coming the following day. a few days went buy and I received not one phone call, I reached out to the sales rep and he told me it was on back order I should receive it in a week.Spoke with mangers who also lied about delivery date. here it is a month in a half since purchase and i have not received my bed.Mind you they have a (all sales are final) so your unable to get your money back if you tried! I was told it was at the warehouse one week ago and Im now sleeping on my floor for going on two months!! this is supper sad and poor customer service and sales do not purchase anything from this place they are not worthy of anyones business!!!!

Purchased washer and dryer with matching pedestals, once delivered, only 1 pedestals and was told the other is on back order and will be in about 1 week, here we are 4 weeks later and just getting it delivered. Kept getting the run around about when it will be delivered, then was told they are waiting for another delivery in the area before they will deliver. Item that I paid for and have to wait until they get another delivery in the area before they can bring my paid for item. Managers word can not be trusted. Will never purchase from them again.

Got a washer and dryer, washer shakes bad dryer i have to put it over 6 times to dry my laundry, called and since i dont have my receipt, per Luis its hard cause they have alot of customers to find it. And on top of that a 75 dollar fee for a tech to come out, if i had it delivered what makes the company think i can take it in. Then when they delivered it, there is all black om top of my w&d combo which wont come off. Told em, and he brushed it off

These arent discounted prices at all. We went there hoping to buy a fridge, but their prices are the same as HD and theyre all ugly from being banged up. Salesman was nice, so I give this an extra star

PASADENA LOCATION-I wish this thing would allow you to leave NO stars. It is awful. I maybe write one or two reviews every year and when I say this business is AWFUL, it is pretty bad. I have had an issue with an appliance I bought in JULY and it is still ongoing. I have had a tech come out once, look at the machine and tell me I needed a part. Simple right? NO. I still to this day have not received a phone call, a follow up email or nothing unless I have physically gone to the store. I have stopped by the business and called multiple times. Good luck getting through to anyone on that note. I have given them the benefit of the doubt before I lost my sxxx. They will take your money and pretty much tell you to deal with your problem (even though you have warranty) once you actually get a hold of someone. Other than that, they send you to the owner, Carlos, who never returns phone calls either and schedules for something just for the tech to call after a 3 hour window and tell you they have no idea where your city is.... i mean, seriously? Do the majority of us not have google maps or something to look it up on? Considering the city is 10 minutes from your location, it inst hard to find with a little effort. Anyways, if you want a couple of months full of handing out money and run-arounds, this is the right place to buy from. If not, stay very clear of this place!

Definitely can agree on that this place needs negative stars. Steer clear of this Rusty character. He lied, sold/delivered wrong appliances and when I called him to solve the issue he treated me like I was the liar. Purchased a brand new washer delivered one with lots of dents and scratches- not what we paid for. Well this character had the courage to tell me to text him pictures of what I was talking about, mmmm. Text him pics and didnt get back with me for well over 45 mins. The delivery guys were waiting for him to get back with me so that they could know what to do. Long story short we ended going to this place to save money, but we didnt that same week we saw the same appliances cheaper at Lowes. Definitely never going back to this place nor do I recommend it.

My family and I were flooded, and missed all ours appliances, we went there and all the salesperson were carefully of me, the give me a good prices, for a package deal, with warranty and also do the delivery. GOOD PLACE

This is the most crooked place to buy from. They sell you broken appliances!! Beware! of all stores! And the customer service sucks!

We bought our washing machine here. It worked for maybe 3 months. Had to argue with them to send a tech to fix it. It worked okay for a couple more months and is broken again. Same thing happened to a friend that purchased from these guys. Not worth the “low” prices. Bad customer service.

Bought a fridge and stove and now apparently im leasing to buy and have monthly charges being charged to my account paid 2777$ and now my balance is 3098$ for scratch and dent appliances

Very bad experience Bought a table and 8 chairs, the chairs that they send me are 2 different styles. I have been calling for more than 1 month, I have gone 3 times to the premises, but never was able to talk to the manager. Either its not there or when I call, they cut my phone! Do not lose the money or the time to go!
