This is a very good collision repair company when it came to my car repairs and experience. From towing my car to the shop, to having a quality rental car upon arrive at the shop was done with care by Nasser. He kept me updated about the repair process til the end. My car looks and drives like the first day I bought it.

Very helpful and took care of the repairs on my Chrysler 300 quickly once insurance figured things out. The repairs look great. I would recommend them.

Allied did amazing work on my husbands car. They took care of everything, all we did was pay our copay and pick up the car. Their staff was super helpful, respectful and patient with me, I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Ive dealt with them before this incident too and it was the same kind of service, always going above and beyond to make sure I had all my questions answered, thats why this time we didnt hesitate to have them help us. No problems. They picked up the wrecked car and towed to the shop and had a rental ready for me when I arrived. Manager and staff were friendly and outgoing. I was going to have the vehicle taken to a authorized insurance body shop but decided to have the work done at Allied. Before the work was done they showed me my car on the lift and explained what all had to be done. They did a good job. I was pleasantly surprised when one of the body shop guys told me when I picked up the car that the car needed a oil change. Which tells me they checkout the vehicles from top to bottom. They also showed how they fixed the wheel alignment showing before and after as the paperwork was in the vehicle for my inspection. They had my car in and out in roughly 10 days... Ill bring more work to them no doubt. Very pleased with the work. Thanks Mike...

I had my 2000 Ford F-250 painted. They did a very good job and completed it in a timely fashion. My truck has a big lift on it and it wasn’t a problem for them to paint it. My truck looks new. I would definitely recommend.

Ive been using Allied Collision Center for several years. Ive looked around but it always comes down to their straight shooting approach. They inform you of exactly what needs to get done exactly what it cost, exactly how much time it will take, and then follow through on what theyve said they would do. Ive had cars fixed there that I never thought would run, look, or feel the same, but surprisingly, they return it to me good as new. Most recent visit was 9/8 for my wifes SUV... #-days promised and 3-days later, good as new. Mike is the owner. Great guy who hires honest and good labor. We forgot our iPad and some cash in the car after dropping it off. When we pick it up, everything was there (they do let you know not to leave valuables...). You wont be disappointed... Interesting that the reviews are either 5 or 1. It seems that the 1s typically have to do with wrecker drivers rather than the shop itself. Unfair to penalize the shop... Definitely a 5-Star place...

Allied did a really great job fixing my car after a bad accident. They were fast and even gave me a break when I kept their rental an extra 2 days. Probably the best thing is that they are full service so the towing, rental, body and repair are all done through one place. I highly recommend.

Says they close at 6pm, the lady was rude and said they close at 4:30pm no explanation, nothing.

Excellent service. Great customer service from Mr Ibrahim. My car got hit and one of the doors has one inch gap. I was worrying the rain water might go inside. He got my car fixed in 20 min and I was able to drive to work. Highly recommended!

Me and my wife brought my damaged car here and we were greeted by Saad. Saad promised us that he could get all the damages repaired in no time. I come back a week later and get my car the minute I sat in it and drove out the shop I noticed that it was driving better than it was from when I bought it

***BEWARE***This shop is quick to take your money. They are completely unprofessional in the way they speak to the customer. Very rude & insulting toward me while I was on the phone. Kept speaking over me & saying that I dont know what Im talking about. Ive been in he Automotive industry my entire life & I have never run across scammers like this. I am completely in stoke with how they attacked my wallet & how they spoke to me. I will NEVER go to this shop. If they are able to speak to a customer they way they did, how am I supposed to trust them to work on my vehicle? If I could give them a Negative Star Rating I would. The service here is excellent. This is our first accident, my husband and I was totally freaked out. I had a tow driver who is very helpful and calmed us with his advice. The staff in the office are also very nice, helpful and patient. Our car is fixed perfectly out of our expectation as it looks brand new. I would recommend this shop to anyone who need top service.

We are returning customers, and these people are great. My wife had an accident in her white BMW 328i 2011 and I tell you this car came back running and looking better than before it was wrecked. BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! I was in a wreck to no fault of my own, when I was hit by this lady who ran a stop sign. The wrecker driver who brought my car this body repair shop, was a nice gentleman and was very helpful when it came to giving information to officer about the lady being apologetic about her being at fault. Long story short, I asked the wrecker driver if he would be a witness if I wanted him to testify for me in court. After that he was unreachable. So when my car arrived to Allied Collision, I had talked with the manager about fees that will be accrued for leaving it there each day. I told him I would take it home, because I’m trying to see what the insurance company was going to do. Well everything was turned around to work in the favor of the woman who hit me, to a son who was not at the scene, had his mother lie to the police, who typed the report wrong to work in the woman’s favor. Both the woman and officer were foreigners, so their understanding was not good. The manager, who I also believe to be the owner of the company. The owner at Allied told me he would not charge me for a whole week. So I signed papers and consent for my car to be fixed, until I was told by my insurance company that this body shop was not in network, and it would not be covered. So I told Allied I would like to switch to a body shop in network. They argued with me, from the lady at the front desk who was rude, to one of the body shop mechanic who also acted rudely with me and said we will make it right. I told him I don’t have nothing against them, but I just want to be secure in knowing that I won’t be screwed again. So I was told by the same gentleman that, they had already ordered the parts, and had started the work on the vehicle. So when I talked to my insurance company, they said I will need to sign a release form for it to be released to the wrecker driver to pick up car and transfer it to a shop in network. They guy argued with me about not signing the form, and told me how many cars they have done through the years. So they lied to me, by saying they had already had the parts and started the work on the vehicle, but on the other hand was asking me not to sign the release form. What was really going on was, the parts was not there, and work was not being done. They wanted me to put it off by not signing, so the parts would get there, and start the work. I had to argue with them about the giving me the form. I told him I’m sorry about everything, and he told me if I sign that form, he’s sorry for me. I chose another body shop, and the work was phenomenal, 5 stars across the board. The gentleman bad mouth the other company, but I am well pleased and can’t be more satisfied!!!!!!! Everyone I come in contact with, tells me how beautiful my car looks!!! 👍👍👍And the people were very professional and kind!!! This place is a place where the people are unprofessional, if you choose to do business elsewhere. You should not destroy the image of your company by being angry and argumentative with the customer, because I chose not to do business with this company. The owner taxed on the fees he promised to waive and my insurance company received a bill of $2,000 extra dollars because I will not leave my vehicle with them. Stay away from this company, they will rip the socks off your feet!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently had repairs done to my 2013 LEXUS LS 460 by Allied CollisionThe staff was very caring and attentive to all my concerns. These guys are true professionals and will go the extra mile for their customers. The service along with repairs were expedited and I was constantly provided with a up to date status of my vehicle. I would recommend 100% for anyone looking for professional service to bring their vehicle to Allied Collision. They have integrity, do as they say and back their word on every vehicle. Sometimes we may have a delay in insurance claims but the staff their knows how to work with the insurance to hurry them up! The whole staff is magnificent! I have the worst insurance company in Houston (Fred Loya) to deal with but they made the experience a whole lot better. Kudos to Allied and their Peeps!! I was involved in an accident and was feeling very uneasy. It was my first time having to file a claim so I was really unsure of what to do. I never once heard from the insurance company but fortunately for me I didnt need to because the two girls at the front were there to answer any question I could have had and also kept me posted about what would be occurring and when to expect it. The customer service was tremendous, they were very helpful and friendly. They definitely did more than I couldve asked. They did EVERYTHING I needed them to do. I work in customer service and this is the way I would want my own employees to be toward customers!! And on top of that, I got my truck back very promptly, contrary to what I had heard. I left very impressed and will definitely recommend Allied to any and everyone! Thank you again Allied!!

I had an accident on thanksgiving eve 2018 my car was towed to Allied Collision Center.Mr Michael the owner was very helpful along with Ms. Veronica, the lady at the front desk they were so courteous and nice they help me with affordable car rental which they do right there on the spot I was lucky to get the last car while everywhere else was closed.the repairs to my 2018 Acura RDX were completed in a timely manner my car looks and drives like brand new I’m an older single woman who is set in her ways the people at Allied Collision Center treated me with respect and were always professional Mr.Michael went out of his way making sure the adjuster approved new parts for the repairs I am very happy with the work done and very. pleased with Allied Collision Center I will remain a costumer. I was involved in an accident on HWY 90 where I was rear ended in a 3 vehicle accident. My 2012 Honda Civic was smashed all the way through my driver side quarter panel. I have gotten very small repairs done at Allied before my accident, like scratches and dents. Thats why I decided to have it repaired there and plus its relevantly close to my job. They did a great job with the repairs, it took a little long but that was because the insurance that was at fault was a very small insurance who gave me a huge run around. but anyways, allied was awesome. The General manager was awesome and the chicks in the front were friendly. whenever i had a insurance question, they contacted the other party for me. i never had to deal with many people... so im glad this is where i do my business.

My niece was involved in a car accident, and I recommended Allied for her. She took my advise and had her car repaired there. She said that she was satisfied with the service received, and that her vehicle was repaired right the first time. In my opinion, repaired right what should matter the most! I dont understand why some people show unnecessary or excessive concern about how much time it takes for any shop to repair their wrecked cars. PEOPLE, your car was involved in an accident!!! Can you not get this through you thick skull? I mean what the heck? Do you really expect body shops to send your car to a press machine so it be ironed, creased and ready in a minute? Well, open your eyes folks; mechanic and body shops are not your neighborhood dry cleaning facility!!! If a car needs to be fixed, then it should not matter how long it takes as long as it is done right. I was in the automotive repair business for many years before, and from dealing with that same mentality, a couple of years ago I decided to give it all up and everyday I thank God that I did... I got sick and tired of dealing with ignorant people and unreasonable idiots. Allied, ignore the negative comments and stay focused on what you do best…keep up the good work. A garbage truck ran over my car and I thought my car would be a complete mess when returned to me. I had, in fact, considered buying another car because of this sentiment. To my surprise, my car is working better than it was before and I am very happy. I feel like I do not have to buy another car for quite some time. Thank you ALLIED COLLISION!!!!!

DO NOT GO HERE! How can this crook be in business? please do not ever go there. my car gave up on me on the highway and got it towed there. Two hours later a call from Allied and the manager Mike suggested we needed new battery, brakes, rotors and my axle was broken. Frightened by over $1200 estimate to fix car, we went for another shop. They found allied actually cut my axle and thats how it happened. Brakes and rotors are fine. This business deserves a shutdown.

I was in a wreck in the weekend and my experience was the same as all the other people who wrote to complain. While I was trying to get them to release my car, they convinced me to get the car repaired at their shop. And when they knew I was not going to have it fixed there, they changed their attitude 180 degree. The two front desk women are so rude, as well as the Middle Eastern manager. They simply took advantage of your unfortunate situation (accident) and have you signed documents then have you paid for crazy hidden fee such as tear down ($125), administration($125), notification($50), storage ($35/day - including the day you got accident and weekend although they dont open). The funny thing is they put the sign in the front saying that storage is $20/day, but when you actually paid them, it went up to $35 and they simply explained that price belongs to next door. They even covered the half top of the paper and asked me to sign the bottom. This place should not be allowed to be in business. Dont believe in the positive reviews on google as well as the thank you all they sticked on the wall, a friend of mine noticed the employees wrote them up.So if you ever got accident on Highway 6 and Beechnut and/or Bellaire or surrounding area, dont ever let the tow truck to your car to their shop, and dont ever sign ANYTHING otherwise youll end up paying some crazy hidden fees that they made up. Best thing to do is find a mechanic that you trust and he/she may know a good and reliable tow truck, and they can tow your car to the shop and it can stay there until the insurance company come down without any STORAGE fee. Or if it was your fault, you can deal with your mechanic/body shop yourself without any hidden fees.OR call the police and tow your car to the dealer !!Stay FAR FAR AWAY from ALLIED COLLISION CENTER. They are thieves !!*Note: they accept CASH only while their sign stating that they accept major credit cards.

I drive a Mercedez GL 450 (the car of my dreams) and there is only one place I trust to repair my Benz and that is at Allied Collision. The service that they provide is the best; hand down.I consider myself to be a picky person, this is why I trust Allied to repair my vehicle because they always inspect every inch and they always make sure everything functions properly this is why I highly recommend them!

Tow driver ran a stop sign in my neighborhood right in front of me. I called the business to let them know that they have a driver poorly representing their company by driving recklessly and they hung up on me. If a business behaves that way when they dont have your money, imagine what they do when they get it!! Dont use these guys.

Allied collision centers house of scams. Nothing is worse than getting rippedoff after an accident feeling vulnerable and at these cons mercy. Had my car towed 0.7 miles to get an estimate, 4 days later the manager called and gave a rediculous price of $359 for the Tow/ storage and 2700 hundred for the minor repairs!! Secured the bumper cover and drove to another repair shop, $1250 repair/paint done. Avoid!! I would leave no stars if possible

These people are scam artists!! They do work that was not consented and demand the payment or you will not receive the car back. They also have deals with tow trucks to take the cars there instead of where you asked for it to be towed. Bunch of FRAUDS!! I am reporting them everywhere I can. Every news station and BBB!

Mysterious my ez tag account for my undeliverable wrecked car was being used. Only found out cause I logged on to add my rental to my account. Instead of looking into it no receptionist doesnt know anything. I cant suck this one up. I would really like to talk to someone who does. After I did a little investigation I noticed that my tag started being used after my insurance adjuster totaled my car. Wow, such a coincidence..... zero stars on my account for lack of trust wothiness. Or simply ur facility is so unsecured that ppl have the time to sit in the car and scrape the tag off the windshield from the inside? Answers ppl?

First off I never authorized anything.SCAM ARTIST, FRAUDULENT COMPANY STAY AWAY.They are being investigated for fraud by the insurance companies.I Had my flooded car towed by their driver, I told him to take it to mac haik ford instead he took it to his shop and held it hostage. They lied to me about why it was at their shop and not where I told them to take it. Once we called to find out how much to get my car back they said $871 for 4 days storage ($35x4=$140) $375 tow fee for a 2 mile tow and $325 administrative fee to get my car out of there. After agreeing to pay said amount they went ahead and dissassembled my car without my consent and are now charging $1600 to get my car back. What they did was illegal. I am making complaints with the TDLR, BBB,Fox 26 news, KHOU news,I am also speaking with my lawyer, my insurance is investigating them for fraud as well. These low life scum need to be shut down. And I know the owner will respond to this making up some lie, no sir I am going to take you down for screwing all these flood victims and all your other victims.Edit: In response to owner message. You never had my consent to tow my vehicle to your shop i told your driver to take it to mac haik ford which he did not do. I have evidence of that saved on my phone that I have turned over to the TDLR. The rest of your PR message is false. I have made no false statements about your fraudulent business. After everything they refused to pay for my extra rental fees even though the delay was on their end. When i received it, it smelled like smoke. I dont smoke so either the wrecker or one of their employees was smoking in my carNever going back...
