After my first 5 star review, some 5 yrs ago, Im back to continue to compliment this place. 2nd time one of my cars is in for repairs and the work ethic and quality of repairs is top notch, no questions about it. Thank you Jesse and Travis for another excellent experience, even if it derived from a terrible one.

I used this company for an accident 6 months ago. Travis was excellent. Very professional. You are provided a warranty on the work completed. I noticed that some clips in a door panel popped off and needed to be replaced. I called the shop, lady at the front was excellent and had the paperwork for my previous work ready when I showed up. Steve took one look at the damage pulled it back and ordered the part. Part went to the wrong place and Steve personally went to pick it up. I’m here three days later and Steve had taken excellent care to fix this.I also want to mention the professionalism that Travis and the lady working the front desk have. A unruly customer came in, while I waited on my car, complaining over a term that is clearly stated in the paperwork signed. This lady was throwing an absolute fit over her own mistake. The staff made ever accommodation, going above and beyond for this nightmare of a human. I believe they should be recognized for maintaining their professionalism.

I called in for a rough estimate on my car bc someone hit my bumper, and my insurance was in network with them and referred me here. I spoke with Jesse, and he was very informative and patient. He explained everything thoroughly to me regarding how the fixture process works and how my insurance applies (as I’m not too familiar with auto insurance). Although I didn’t fix my car through them, I wanted to give them a 4/5 rating for the customer service for start.

My vehicle was stolen. This shop was recommended to me because this place is very familiar on repairing stolen vehicles. They did a very good job, my vehicle looks brand new (inside and out). Took a little longer than what they stated when they started working my vehicle but the wait was worth it. So far no problems on my vehicle after it was stolen.

First time coming to Westside Collision, I had a simple fix. Needed a side mirror installed. They were extremely friendly, fast and professional. They quoted me very reasonable for my repair. Westside Collision does good auto body work. But their website is deceptive. I need repair to the upholstery of my car. The Westside website indicates it provides auto upholstery repair. The website asked me to take pictures of the damage to forward by email or text for an estimate. I forwarded the requested information. Four days later I received a text that the pictures I took could not be written whatever that means. Would I be able to come in person for an estimate. This should have been the first red flag because it negated the website promise of a remote estimate. So I made an appointment and went to Westside Collision in person. The tech tells me THEY DO NOT PERFORM AUTO UPHOLSTERY REPAIR! Turns out this service is outsourced. At no time was it indicated on the website or by the person who set up my interview that the work I need could not be done onsite. I feel deceived. So, in sum, Westside Collision is good at what it does for body work, BUT DO NOT RELY ON ITS WEBSITE FOR ANY ACCURATE INFORMATION. IT IS DECEPTIVE. AND, WHATS WORSE, THE TECH DID NOT SEEM AWARE OF THE INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE OF THE COMPANY HE REPRESENTS. I wont be going there again in future, even for auto body repair.

Worst experience with a body shop ever. My new Ford F150 (6K miles) had to be repainted entirely due to a massive over spray situation. After over 50 days in Westside Collisions possession (3 separate times in the shop) my truck has major issues with scratches in the clear coat and the front bumper not matching the grill (like it did when I bought the truck).This company operates with zero integrity and there commitment to quality is non existent. The shop was recommended to me by Geico and choosing to leave my truck with the was a huge mistake. If fixing quality problems cost them too much expect them to spend a lot of resources trying to convince you that it doesnt get any better. Excuses and total BS is all I received from Travis and Drew.Do not make the same mistake I did. There are better options available.

This is not our first time to use 1st Choice Collision, and living in Houston, it probably wont be our last. They do great work, on time, and with no surprises.

Vehicle was not properly fixed the way IT was before... I came back multiple for my car too many issues also had excuses about a area on my car that did not involve where the collision was

Terrible service.Do not recommended. Save yourself time and headaches. Brought my vehicle in for repairs and had to come back over six times due to the poor quality work they did on my vehicle. They would repair one thing and mess up another. One time they damaged a part when replacing another. They thought I would not find out and tried to release my vehicle back to me with the damaged part. It was such a coincidence that they had the part in stock when I brought it up to their attention. I believe they ordered the part because they knew they damaged it but were not going to replace if I didnt say anything. Messy job all around. They tried to hold a part under my vehicle with a plastic screw instead of placing the correct metal clips. Geico issued me a check for appearance allowance for scratches under my bumper. They assured me that nothing was broken and the part could be reused. We later found that several tabs were broken and the part did need to be replaced. They replaced the broken part and requested the appearance allowance back. I paid it back to First Choice Collision. I believe this should not have been paid back since they wasted my time and they were aware of all the times they attempted to release my car back to me with all the damages. I cannot believe I had to inspect my vehicle every time to ensure all the damages were corrected before I left this place. I believe all repairs should have been inspected by them before attempting to return my vehicle to me. This complaint has been reported to Geico to ensure they are aware of the type of repair shop they are making business with.

It was my first time coming here and im super satisfied with their work. They turned in my car like new. I definitely do recommend people to come here. Their customer service was good. Also jesse is a great guy. His very polite respectful. Im glad i found you guys.

These guys are simply THE BEST. Got quoted $435 for rear brake pads and resurfaced rotors at the local oil change shop and decided to shop around. Glad I did because not only was Westside about $170 less expensive, but the also returned my car to me looking like brand new! Shampoo’d carpets, shiny paint and tires and all. I really like this place. They offer text message updates. I never went long without being updated via text or phone call the status of my car. They offer lifetime warranty on their paint job and Enterprise and All State are on-site. They really take pride in their work which certainly shows. Customer service was 100%. If I ever need work done on my car Im coming here no questions asked.

Great repairs done on wifes car after explosion

Honestly the best car repair center I have ever been to. No one stands up to these guys! The back left side of our car got smashed in & through our insurance, Westside Collision was suggested to us. They provided the most excellent care & always gave us texts & call updates about the service of the car. It was even finished 3 whole days before we were told to pick it up. For now on this is the only place I will come to when I have car problems.

Everyone I had the chance to interact with at this shop was great! From the time I walked in to drop off my vehicle to the time I walked out (the next day) after picking it up, everyone was extremely courteous and made me feel good about getting my repairs done there. Speaking of repairs, not only did they do an excellent job of fixing my damage, they were able to get it done by the next day. This was mainly rear bumper damage but Im sure most places would have taken close to a week to complete this repair. They had my vehicle done in two business days. I dont ever wish to be in another accident, but if I am this shop will be the one repairing my vehicle.

Was in and out quickly to pick up my car for some body work. So far the repairs are really good and you cant even tell there was work done.

West side has taken care of 3 of my company vans and my personal car.They are fast and professional. As long as I can, I will take my vehicles to them for body repairs.

I had a very difficult leak to track down and fix. They worked with me over several visits and didnt quit until the problem was fixed and the water was kept out! Great people and great service, theyve earned my business from here on out.

My vehicle was brought here for repairs after being in a head on collision. The vehicle lost coolant at the scene and the shop did not do any mechanical work or top off any fluid. When I picked up my vehicle it began to overheat within a mile from shop. After dropping of the vehicle they claimed it was the radiator cap. the next day i picked up my vehicle and it began to overheat again. After returning to the shop they re diagnosed the vehicle and claimed it was the clutch fan. My issue is still unresolved and GEICO is not being any more helpful than the shop. Very disappointed with the way this is being handled. i do not recommend anyone bring their vehicle here, given that they have been handling the situation very poorly.

2005 Honda Element - I had the passenger door repaired and encountered the following problems.- Over spray- Missing plastic cover inside door. (Missing completely)I paid good money and expected a better repair.

I am impressed with the results. I am a very particular (usually dealership only) type of girl and after examining closely for 2 days I have not found any issues. I had minor scratches and a bent rear quarter panel it took 3 days to repair just as they explained when I dropped my car off. Now I have to say I was a little disturbed with the customer service. My car was due for pickup on Tuesday, and by 4:30 I havent heard from the shop therefore I called them and in fact my car was ready so I questioned the delay in notifying me. I picked my vehicle up the next day and everything was fine..they even ran it thru the car wash! So the work is a 5 and the customer service is 4

I brought in my wrecked vehicle here after reading the positive reviews and because of the shops proximity. This turned out to be a mistake.As I walked into the shop, the first employee turned and looked at me, and quickly turned around without asking if I needed anything or even acknowledging that a customer had just walked in. A rude man at the front desk looked at me with disdain and asked Can I help you? - as if I was wasting his time.A representative did a quick estimate of how much the vehicle repairs would cost, and while it was a staggering amount, this car meant a lot to me. I bought this vehicle when I was stationed at Fort Bragg and drove it for almost two years before the wreck.I asked the representative several times if there was any possibility of more significant damage once they started taking the vehicle apart, but he assured me that it was fixable within the estimate range that he wrote up.Two hours after dropping it off, I receive a phone call from the representative stating that the car ended up having much more significant damage than initially estimated. I then went back to the shop only to hear him tell me that now the cost of repairs would be twice the amount that he estimated.I decided to cut my losses at that point. What I was left with was a bill of almost 400 dollars for them to simply take a few pieces off the car and call me two hours later to tell me that it would cost twice as much as they had estimated to repair the vehicle.After this experience, I sincerely believe that this establishment does not run an honest business. The customer service was horrendous. The way in which they handled my vehicle estimate and attempted repair was dishonest and unethical.I highly recommend that anyone considering this establishment for their vehicle repairs go elsewhere.

Well I came into westside collision kind of bummed because I wrecked my 2010 Dodge Ram but throughout the whole process they always gave me updates and had great customer service I didnt just feel like a customer I felt more like family. They not only did an amazing job but they got my truck back to me quick. I highly recommend westside collision to anyone who gets in an accident theyll have your car looking brand new. They even detail your car for free!

Took my Nissan Titan to Westside Collision for body work after a minor traffic accident Tuesday, Nov 18th. Was told that the truck will take about a week to repair. I get a call the next day from Westside Collision saying that my truck was ready. I was amazed at the time it took to repair the damage to my truck and the quality of said repair.They also have Enterprise rental car services there so you dont need to have someone wait to take you elsewhere. I would highly recommend giving these guys a call.

This place is a scam, they charged me 5,000 dollars just to take my car out because I didn’t want it fixed by them. They also take too long to respond to people and have terrible customer service.

Went there to get an estimate, after the guy looked at the damage he could not give me an estimate until we went in his office and he looked up the value of my vehicle then based the estimate of the value of the vehicle NOT the damage.... pretty much tells you what profession they are truly in!
