I was so impressed when I got my car back. I also enjoyed the experience I received from the receptionist. Again, pleasant, friendly, and able to take care of me in a professional manner even when I was confused. This is my 3rd time here and I will def be back when needed!

After coming to Custom 1, I realized that all other four local Houston Auto Body shops were trying to overcharge me on simple auto body work. I was even given a rental free of charge while my car was getting fixed. I couldn’t have got better service. Thanks so much for the quick turn around and outstanding precessional service!

6/18/2020 Update Posted Afterwards: I received a call from Sabrina that advice me about this place and what they offer. I made a decision to give this place a chance to work on my vehicle and first impression of service was great. I met the manager Raed, he explained the process. Cynthia help with all the paper and rental set up. The process was quick and I didnt have any hassle on the rental process and top of that Raed gave me a breakfast taco!!! Right now I feel comfortable leaving it there with them but I await to see the final touches workmanship and report back to update. Right now its 5 stare might change upon final results. #TrueRatingsByJay Please like and Share.****Update: I got my car back July 11and I am very satisfy with the workmanship they did on my car. Raed kept his word in fixing my car right and went beyond my expectations. I give this place more than 5 stars. Good staff and service...Good Job Guys!!!

I had an accident in my car and I work in katy. I was unable to get to the bodyshop before they closed because I was driving thru a thunderstorm and traffic, Raed was very kind enough to wait for me. When I met Raed and his staff I was very pleased with their professionalism and kindness. The staff and Raed have truly remarkeable customer service and I loved how quickly the parts came in and they fixed my car. I am very thankful for their service. I will definitaly use them again if I needed.

DO NOT COME HERE. They are not professional at all. Brought my car here, they didnt even do the initial inspection correctly and they missed several things... I had to point them out 1 month after the vehicle was fully repaired. The moment I picked it up I noticed scratches in places that were just replaced so I had to bring it back again to get those fixed. The person that I was dealing with, SEAN, was completely unprofessional... He just lied and lied and lied... Kept saying that the car was ready and just kept postponing week after week. Told him to file a supplement for the insurance guys and he said he did... Talked to the insurance and they told me they never received anything. He just kept lying about it... At the end he told me he didnt file it because he didnt want to file a supplement so I had to go to another shop to do the supplement for me. PLEASE save your time and money and go somewhere else....

Ray did an amazing job on my car. He was not only extremely professional, he honestly cared about what was going on with my car. I have not had that experience before. I had a fender bender on the front Driver side of my vehicle, and it looked bad enough that I needed repairs so I brought it to Custom 1 Auto.They were pretty fast, I had my car back less than a week and a half. This place is amazing! My car’s front bumper was taken off in a collision, so Custom 1 not only took my car, but they also got me a new factory made front bumper. While other shops mostly go to a junkyard to get the parts, they got mine from the car maker. Thank you all again for a great job, and for taking care of me. They also have a great rental program as well, so if you are ever in need of repairs, give them a call!

I bought my car here a couple of months ago I was called by someone saying they received my information from my insurance company which was not true. My car had a bumper damage but not to the extreme they said it was. They had my car a whole month and then when I got my car back the bumper came off not even 10 miles away they replaced the bumper and put the old bumper back on my vehicle.

Came to Custom 1 auto to replace my front grill on my Mercedes. In just minutes they had it done and ready to roll. Staff was very nice and made sure I was comfortable while I waited even though the wait was very short. I have found myself a Go To shop for all my car needs and I highly recommend this place for others.

Did like how the inside looked so unorganized. I just felt like they didnt take care of me when it came to helping me rent a car. They gave me no hope for saving my car. This is my experience in my opinion.

Great customer service and quality work!! I had some work done on my BMW 535 and they exceeded my expectations! They only use original BMW parts and their prices are very reasonable. I felt that they were very honest and addressed all my questions. Tania Montes is always very helpful and makes everything less stressful, which I appreciate since I have a busy work schedule. They were able to get me in quickly and provided a loaner car. They had my car ready on time and did an awesome job detailing it! You can’t tell I had any damage done, my car looks like it did originally. Ray, the owner, is very friendly and made sure I was satisfied with their work. The staff has great customer service! They were nice, professional, and answered all of my questions. I came here because I was in an a car accident. The paperwork was quick and easy. They also have a car rental service where you (or insurance) can rent from them on the spot; very convenient. Rental cars are nice cars too! They kept in touch with me about my car. Ray, the owner, even made sure my car was washed and detailed when I picked it up, as well as filled my tank up 🤗 I was extremely grateful considering the rough couple of weeks I had prior. When I spoke to Cynthia, I told myself God have you sent me an Angel to help me with this issue of my truck being wrecked. I have to admit I was concerned. I reached out to friends and family, checked on the BBB. But I didnt find anything. So I called her and took my truck in to be worked on. They were very nice, Cynthia and Ray made me feel very comfortable. Weeks later aft the Harvey Hurricane. I was able to pick up my truck. It looked brand new, they did a great job. They even washed it! I did not have to deal with the difficult Claims Representative or anything. I really appreciate all their hard work. Being a Customer Service Rep myself. I dont normally post reviews but I gotta say Im very happy with the service provided. They made the whole experience super easy, I was already stressed out by the accident but these guys are pros . They handled everything from A to Z and helped along the way, they put me in a rental and kept me updated about my repairs. The work done was perfect my car looks exactly as it did before the accident, and the paint job was fantastic. Thank you guys for everything youve got a customer for life !

The WORSE mechanic and collision shop to go to. Not only do they take your insurance money and pocket it after fixing your car for less than what the insurance gives them BUT they also commit insurance fraud by billing your insurance $2000 when the job is only $800. BEWARE OF THIS SHOP!!!! Raed or “Ray” is a narcissistic, controlling manipulator that does nothing but sells you dreams. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!!!!
