We took my daughters car there for repair after an accident and were referred by Geico. We dropped her car off on 9/22/21 and it was finally done on 10/16/2021...we kept getting the excuse that they were waiting on Geico or waiting on parts due to COVID. When I picked up the car on Saturday all of the contents from the glove box and center console were scattered throughout the car. I called my daughter and she said she just cleaned her car before we dropped it off. Once she picked up from our house she noticed her $350 sun glasses were missing from the glove box, that was the first thing. She then called me and said that her car was full of gas when she dropped it off and it was on 1/4 of a tank. I then checked the starting mileage on the check in ticket and it was 117,221 when dropped off and the current mileage was 118,849. They drove our car 1,628 miles while it was supposed to be getting repaired. I have already reported this to Geico and they have an investigator on it. This shop is hoodish...beware.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They use your car while it is being repaired like it is their own. They drove my daughters car 1628 miles while there for a rear door repair. It is an invasion of privacy. They would not give me their personal car and let me drive their car for three weeks. Do not use even if your insurance company refers you.
I had a significant scratch on the side of my car which they quickly fixed in 2 days. Getting the rental car on site was super easy and quick. Also they returned my car to me washed and vacuumed which was an additional touch that I wasn’t expecting. I highly recommend this place!
THIS BUSINESS IS SHADY. DO NOT US EVEN IF REFERRED BY INSURANCE COMPANY. They keep your car longer than required so they can use it as their personal vehicle. Drove our car for 1628 miles while taking three weeks for a three day repair while we drove a rental car. I picked up the car ransacked...they went through the glove box and center console and stole my daughters $350 sunglasses and returned the car with the contents on the seats and floor board.

GEICO recommended this shop and explained it would be a convenient process. They explained I would get the estimate, the car rental and the repairs in the same place (one stop shop). The experience was amazing! Mike was really kind and took the time to explain everything. In a few minutes a really kind lady came with a rental car. The car was impecable. The whole experience was great. The car was painted and repaired with no issues. The lady upfront Trish was really nice too. I had overall a great experience and would come back anytime!

I had to wait 1 month before doing a review because I was so dissatisfied with the service. Gieco recommended me this place after my claim was made. My gut feeling told me not to do any business with service king. They started to work on my vehicle 2 days after it was dropped it off and the excuse was that gieco did not send the paperwork. I called gieco and was told that the paperwork was sent one day prior to me leaving my vehicle with service king. I was told the initial repair would take 3 days but it took 10 days. When I went to retrieve my vehicle, I noticed over spray paint on the hood and passenger side. I also noticed two small dents on the right side fender. On my Gieco bill it shows that my right fender was replaced by a brand new one but it appears they attempted to modify the old one. Prior to dropping my vehicle off, I did not have any dents on my right passenger fender. I drove my 2021 vehicle off the show room floor 1 month prior to using service king. It was raining heavy on the initial day that I went to pick up my vehicle, therefore I did not notice any flaws until I got home later that night. I inspected the vehicle in my garage and noticed the overspray and two small dents in the right fender. I was also told that my vehicle would be washed before initial pick up and it wasn’t. I drove my vehicle back to service king to advise them about the over spray. A manager told me that he would get the issue fixed, in which they cleared up the overspray. I will replace the right fender on my own and have it painted by a separate shop because I do not want to do any further businesses with service king. I’m only giving a 2 because the manager cleared the over spray, if it wasn’t for that I would give a 1.
They rendered me good and quality services, but needs to work on their communication etiquette.
The customer service was great. They did an exceptional job on the paint and body work on the car I did and do have a problem with one thing about the car when driving but they Customer service on handling the matter is very good and did whatever it took to fix it.

I received outstanding customer service from Nathan Escobar during my last vehicle repair. I have a hectic schedule these days and he offered to come in on Saturday morning on his day off to deliver my vehicle. At a time when kindness seems in short supply, Nathan was generous with his time and really helped out my family.This is the second time Service King has fixed my vehicle, and both times the repair work was excellent. Because of the good folks like Nathan who work there and the quality of the work, I wont consider taking my vehicle anywhere else.Many thanks to Nathan and his team.
I took my Jeep into Service King for a repair service for body collision damage. Mike was the front desk clerk, he greeted me when I walked in the door and informed me he had a customer ahead of me but once he completed her check in I would be assisted next. Mike got me in and out and even arranged for me to be picked up by Enterprise agent Austin Smith. Those two gentlemen worked together very well and expeditiously to service both myself and the older lady in front of me. I was in and out of service king in under 15minutes. Throughout the time my vehicle was being repaired I received updates on the status of the vehicle, as well as having the store manager, Nathan who gave me a call to inform me of my completed service. Nathan also went above and beyond to assist me with my vehicle repairs and I highly recommend this service king location and I will be visiting again! The lady in front desk today (01/31/2020) was so unprofessional. She looked unhappy and unfriendly. She didn’t welcome her customer. And when I asked for an estimate for my car to get fixed, she just ask you will pay or insurance. I was surprised but still answered her that my insurance will take care. And she said it’s your insurance estimate. She didn’t even ask me if I still want to do it or not. It’s just an awkward conversation. After all that that, i just felt like she didn’t welcome a customer like me, so I just left. I’d rather bring my car to other shop who welcome me. Such a bad customer service!

Absolutely the worst repair shop Ive ever had any dealings with. I would not reccomend this business to my worst enemy. My friend had her truck taken here after an accident. Long story short after picking her truck up she had to take it to the dealership for a teardown diagnostic. When this was done it was discovered that the steering column was not installed correctly amount numerous other items that was supposedly fixed. This was after she took her truck back to them and they kept it an additional 2 weeks and did nothing. BE WEAR!

Completely disappointed. I went there because my insurance suggested this place but it’s a pure waste of time. They never finished to repair on my car. Even after bringing mar car a second time, still didn’t fix the issue. There is also a ver poor customer service. When they tell you they will call you back. They never do. They also lost my key lock to take off the wheel. As always they told me they would check and call me back. I’m still waiting for that call.I’ve never seen such an amount of incompetent people in one place.
This guys just dont value ppls time. I got to separate incidents reported on my truck, they gave me two separate appointments in two different dates. I told them I didnt want to lose two days in my work so they try to make it work, but the guy treatment changed and started to be rude. Well the second estimate was delivery after two weeks of coming back and forward with the shop and the insurance company. A totally waste of my time.
I would not recommended this shop to anyone. We were rear ended and decided to use a Geico preferred shop so we used this service king. Estimate and time frame given for the repair was about 2 week which was great! We went to pick up our vehicle and found that it was not fixed properly AT ALL. The rear lamp had about an inch gap from the bumper, the damaged mud flap was not replaced, the window seal that was replaced was torn and put in so poorly we could have ripped off the chrome easily, and the quarter panel that was repaired was not pulled out enough which caused the rear lamp to not fit right. After pointing out some of these things we were told that it was due to the previous accident that was repaired (we had been rear ended before) that it looked the way it did and that they did a lazy job so they could not fix that. I took my car to the previous shop and they printed out an entire report with photos of what they repaired. NONE of which was the area that Service king touched.In a nut shell please take your vehicle somewhere else. They make up excuses and lie blaming others to cover their poor service job. I took my vehicle back with evidence that they were the ones who messed up and they scrambled to try and fix it. Which took another 2 and a half weeks. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.
Took my car there for repairs a guy named Alex worked with me. Alex kept in touch with me with the repair process from start to end. Its people like him with excellent customer and professional service that makes business like service king great I give him the 5 stars I would recommend this shop to anyone.
I was really looking foward to bringing my car in to get repaired here. Went in for an estimate first and was told I was going receive it by email which is fine. I didnt receive it that day I assumed because they were close to closing. Called the following Monday and let them know what happened and was told that Id be taken care of and still nothing which was disappointing. I end going to another service king shop to get my estimate done.
Please do not be scared away by previous low ratings. This repair shop is under new management. They are tackling the bad stigma from the previous managent head on and boy do they deliver. The team was extremely helpful, polite, and my car was left better than before I had my collision. They also provide updates and even washed my car for me once it was completed.I highly recommend anyone to come and get their car serviced here.
This is a terrible place to take your car too. An 18 Wheeler hit me when I was 19 years old, my car was towed to my house. I went to seek legal help and the law office said my car had to be taken to this specific shop so my car could be repaired and that they would help me get more money. My house was about an hour 20 min from this location, once my car was with the shop they said my vehicle was a total loss. So I was confused if they knew it was a total loss my vehicle should had never been picked up from my home. I asked (David) multiple times to take my vehicle back home to avoid storage fees, and he refused to do so every time. Every time I called he said he couldnt take the car back home until the insurance paid him. I told him I would pay for the storage fees if that was what he wanted but he refused either way. I came to find out David who and the office I used for my accident and the office I worked for used me to get money. The insurance adjuster even stated they were doing fraud and using my accident to make money. When I finally got money from the insurance David took it and place it in his pocket. He never made a receipt on behalf of the company.
This is a great place to bring your car. I got into an accident and they fixed my car a lot faster than I expected. My car looks like new now.

The guys at Service King were amazing! This is the first time Ive had to take my car in since moving to TX & I am so glad I went here. They tried really hard to accommodate me with scheduling an appointment. It wasnt going to work, so one employee offered to get there earlier or give me a ride after dropping off my car.The manager decided to just take my car back and diagnose the issue without an appointment. Robert figured it out right away & unclogged my door drains so I was good to go. I am truly thankful for these guys, as they took a stressful situation and lifted the weight right off my shoulders. Thank you!
Brought my car here after an accident as advised by my insurance company. Whole fiasco ensues internally and they finally managed to get it together. I appreciated them taking me, but they need to get their processes in order.What I dont appreciate is one of their employees straight up LYING and bad mouthing me over a call with the claims adjuster. One of their employee loves to belittle and mock someone in a difficult position and assume Im incompetent. If youre reading this and have been instructed by your insurance company to go here, be VERY cautious.
Sooo annoying place,the so called manager could not even apologize for a missing part that was stolen by someone in their team. How can u take out a part that had nothing to do with an accident and not fix it back. BE CAREFUL WITH THEM. The manager is messed up rude. I REGRET stepping foot in that place. If I could leave no zero rating I would. The people that work here from the receptionist to the adjuster are beyond rude, unprofessional & disorganized. I brought my commuter car here to get an estimate after it had been hit parked in the designated parking area in from of my house. They automatically assumed that since my car was older that I must be a poor trashy person even though I was dressed appropriately. They have no idea that we own 1 2017 Corvette, a restored 1970 Covette & 2016 Jeep Wrangler. Which should not matter anyway. I let me leave in an car that is unsafe to try. I left feeling humiliated & in tears. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy

Got my car back with my carpet all wet, all they did when I took the car back was spray and vacum.. smell is still there ... when the car was picked up they said the car was flooded giving the run around.. i will be contacting the insurance company that referred me to this collision center at Service King Collision Repair Westpark Tollway and will be advising them of what happened...

Got my car there on 9/5/17 appointment through Allstate insurance direct to service King on alief clodine. Service King call me 3 days before to the date of my appointment and promised me setting up with car rental. Been there 8:30 am . Until 11:30 no car rental and no one told me either car rental is available or not. Bad customer service and no friendly. Not recommending to this place.
Bad service. Made appointment with them, I came 5 min earlier, receptionist said my technician will see me right away. 15 min past, he didn’t bother to come out to say hello and give a reason for me to continue to wait... I left.
