Genesis R. & Leo were the 💣 BOMB!! Genesis was very thorough in her service to me and Leo was a gentleman and carried four heavy boxes out to my car for me I have to say young people these days at most places I go are super rude and unattentive but these two people were awesome if I could give them 500 Stars ✨⭐🤩 ⭐✨ I would!!

Terrible customer service. While I don’t expect the employees to fully know every single car piece on the top of their head, just saying “we probably don’t have it” and then selling me an alternator band for the wrong car model is ridiculous. I asked to make sure if it was the same thing and the cashier kept rushing saying yeah it should work. I had to go to another Auto zone and believe me they knew customer service 1000x better than this location.

I usually have problems going to a auto zone, either it’s a long line short handed people with attitudes...etcI came to this location and no problems! Staff was friendly and helpful & answered all my questions with no hesitation! Definitely will be my go to!

Get what you need and save a little money. I gave a 4 star because sometimes the clerks call customers out of order n I gotta wait.

This store is the worst, a bunch if guys standing around not helping anyone, customers waiting in line for 30 minutes just to ask a question about an oil filter, go somewhere else youre better off

Its a basic AutoZone in a convenient location with good prices (go online or sign up for the best coupons).Some staff members arent as knowledgeable as at other stores, but they were pleasant, helpful, and quick. The store wasnt fully stocked, but this was the Sunday afternoon, a week before Fathers Day.Ill definitely go back.

Nice, clean AutoZone with prompt customer service

Went in this morning, Friday 14th, 2019. Both guy that worked was really rude. Treated as if I got no business there. Asked to check the battery, he said if i knew if i check it it lowers the battery life span? When finished, he shout got alternator problem and immediately walked right in the store leaving me outside. Then when i went in, he disappeared. Still heard his voice chatting with someone else in the back. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE IF POSSIBLE. AVOID!!!!!!

My brother ask me too take one of his car batteries to be checked. I took it too advance Auto Parts on West Bellfort and Gessner. I left the battery with them overnight I pick it up the next morning took it back to my brother we put in the car but the car still wouldnt start. My brother ask me did you take it to AutoZone no I didnt know it was a AutoZone battery. Nevertheless with in a hour the battery was ready that was three weeks ago . The battery work perfectly after I returned and we put it back in the vehicle. Never was a AutoZone customer but my brother is hands down . I have great respect for the business establishment now . At this location the employees are very pleasant helpful and professional.

This AutoZone has bilingual service rep to help Spanish speaking customers. They sell lots of stuff. A little slow in customer service but they are very knowledgeable. Its my goto place for auto parts.

They tested my friends battery and then her alternator for free.Update:. Their testing showed the battery OK and the alternator bad. A local mechanic hanging out by this location to help customers who need it said the alternator looks good, which annoyed the very nice AutoZone guy, but if we wanted him to change the alternator it was going to be $100 or so. Since he some little English, my friend decided to drive home on battery power. When her husband got home, he realized that both battery and alternator should still be under warranty. Turns out he was right and the dealer changed out the battery, not the alternator.So I am reducing the score to 3 stars from 4, because the diagnosis was wrong, but keeping it as 3 because the staff was nice tried to be helpful, but I suspect their testing equipment was faulty.

They have the worst phone service Ive ever seen. I called Tuesday morning 10 48 .they answer the phone and put it down.

Autozone has the worst employees ever and today is the last time I ever step foot in one. You spend tons of money at this establishment and they treat their customers like crap!! I rather spend a little more and go to OReilly or advance auto parts than to go here. I went to the this location and as Im asking the guy for help with my battery he looks at his watch like theyre about to close and than instead of assisting me with my issue. He asks all these irrelevant questions as to why I didnt come in earlier or why I didnt do this or why I didnt do that. I dont understand how a company like this can employ such horrible rude people like this old black guy name that starts with the letter Dwa...I hope everyone that gets treated badly here take their business somewhere else because we as paying customers definitely dont deserve this crap.

This location has almost everything that you would need for your vehicle, and the staff are kind if they have a chance to help. It is usually busy, and the bin for weekly discounts is always empty. There is a sense of insecurity and unease. However, I would return if necessary.
