I was quoted 800$ for a TUNE UP. They said I would be taken care of next and I was forced to wait around all day because they demanded 300$ upfront from me and refused to give it back without rendering any service. Got there the next day and it took them not even an hour to do my tune up. I have an 8cyl engine, tune up takes some time. They wouldnt let me go back & look it it while they were working. Now, heres the kicker. I took my truck in to my regular mechanic today...4 months after the tune up and he inspected my spark plugs. They only replaced HALF of them. The other half look like they came with the truck in 2006! Theres no way all new spark plugs would look like that after only four months! I only payed 500 instead of 800 but felt scammed still when I left. Now I KNOW for a fact that I was SCAMMED. Do not bring your vehicle here and NEVER pay upfront for mechanical services!

Very unorganized and wait time is ridiculous.

Scammers, did wheel alignment today and said I needed parts which I know I didnt so I said no they hurry up and took my car out and said it done. The paper they gave me say Date: 7/9/06. When I asked the mechanic why the date is not rite he said it the machine date and my car still was unaligned. Let that be the last time I take my car to these getto places. Be forewarned!
