Ive been taking my cars here for the seven years Ive been living in Bellaire. Their always accommodating and fast. The same guy always rings me up. My last visit, I noticed for the first time, that he has beautifully colored eyes.

I first took my car to a different shop. A mechanic shop that I had been going to since I started driving! Unfortunately, the first shop kept my car for four weeks and could not get the job done. I learned of ATR Auto Services through a friend and decided to give them a shot. I am glad I did! The guys at ATR Auto Services were able to figure out what was wrong with my car, fix it, and get me back on the road within one week!!! They were professional, communicative, and affordable. I recommend this shop to anyone needing good and honest car service.

Horrible experience and expensive. No parking lot and no rest area. I was told oil change would be done in 30 minutes. because of no rest area I left my car there and came back at 4:40. A guy was still there but just did not give back my car. Yes, he wanted extra 20 dollars to get my car back! He just finished his other work and didn’t mean to wait for me. But he charge that late time from me. Ridiculous! By the way, oil change is not as the price as showed. No faith and horrible service at all!

Went this morning to ATR Auto Service because my car kept stalling at lights when it was idling. Cesar, the owner got right on it and fixed the issue quickly. Unbeknownst to me, it was just the vacuum hose that needed adjusting. It was only 39.00! It’s refreshing that there are still hard working honest businesses out there that genuinely care about their customers and providing the best care possible. Recommended!Visited again today April 10th, 2021 and spoke w Cesar about my Toyota Camry and how the brake lights were not turning off after stepping off the brake pedal and how it was subsequently draining the battery since I could not turn the lights off. He quickly surveyed the issue and repaired the problem and replaced a broken module that disengages the brake pedal. All for 15.00! Place is amazing. They are always busy and deservedly so. Thanks ATR Auto Service and thank you Cesar! You guys embody what it means to provide excellent service at very reasonable prices.

Just got back from here after having issues with my car and let me just say that the guys working her are amazing. So nice and reasonable prices. This is my moms go to place for her car so she recommended them to me and Im glad she did. I highly recommend you coming here for all your car needs.

The technical experience that they have is great. Ive been coming here for over 10 years and never had any issues with anything they fix in my car. If something else needs to be fixed they will let you know without pushing you to fix it right away on the spot like some other places.
