My car been at shop for almost two weeks. The repaired was under warranty. I took it to Chevy. They found work done by CB. They found a crack in turbo to not do the warranty without getting paid. Ive had to call and call to keep up with nothing being done. Today I spoke with James and was told of more work . I had to call to get them to order part Im without my vehicle another weekend with no word . Dont go is where this going. If not for warranty I would never go

Great service at a reasonable price.
Trying to restore an old school car. 1 month ago spent 2500.00 because the car kept shutting off. Diagnosis? Replace fuel pump and various other problems. Yesterday, the car did the same thing. Diagnosis? Faulty ignition module. Cost? 720.00. Reason? The part costs over 500.00. I found the same ford factory part for 58.00. First, I was told they would price match. Then when I told them he said theres nothing they can do but at least you have a diagnosis. I went this morning to pick it up, was told I had to wait for them to put the car back together (about 30 minutes) and paid 124.00 for a diagnosis and asked for the estimate. Was told a copy was not saved but as soon as the tech comes in theyll send one. I said but you said it was going to take 30 minutes to put the car together, theyre like no its ready now. So I paid 124.00 and received no diagnostic sheet, estimate, anything. This is not right. In these trying times, people should be helping one another not trying to make a quick profit.
Great experience both times Iβve had my Mercedes serviced by Christian Brothers! Very polite and very professional. You donβt find that very often taking your car in for service much anymore. If you need a honest and reliable quote look no further! These guys will fix your car and always be there if you ever have any questions. The entire corporation is a joke and pretend to not work together but totally do. They help screw people over. This place is a complete joke. Dont even send your enemies here..Even the owners are rude and shady.
This week was our first opportunity to visit the recently opened (Oct 2019) Christian Brothers Automotive on Hickman in Clive. They were a life-saver. We had an issue with our car late in the day. Because we live just a few blocks away, I thought we would ask these new people for help getting us on the road. Although they were busy, they made room for us and in less than an hour they had our car off the hoist and we were on our way. They helped my family and earned my future business, all with a smile. An added plus is their new building. It is state of the art with all new equipment.Give them a try the next time your car need serviceβthey are nice folks and you will not be disappointed.
They were able to get my vehicle in quickly and provided me a ride to work and back when my vehicle was finished. They provided updates via text and phone calls and were always courteous and pleasant to work with. Price for the work was very reasonable. All around great experience.
Need rear brake pads and rotors. Quote beat all competitors in the area by at least $100! I dropped my vehicle off, they gave me ride to work with their shuttle service. I received updates on the progress. When they were completed with the repair they brought my vehicle to me. I was able to make the payment via phone. The team at CB works hard to make sure their customers are given 5 star treatment, pricing and results. Give Bill and Nick @ the new Clive location a call!!
This company is amazing!Theyre very friendly, thorough, and do exactly would you ask them to do. Theyre not pushy. And very competitive on pricing. I will be back with both of my vehicles to have service done. Its nice to see a trustworthy, friendly business in Waukee. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for honesty, great workmanship, and a friendly atmosphere.

They made it possible for us to drop our truck off after hours, fixed it and then is pick it up after hours too! They texted us with updates and sent is a detailed message with photos & videos, letting us know what they found and recommended. The guys were very nice chatting with me on the phone and assuring me that they would take care of my trucks issues. Great job guys!

I called at 8:30 am needing a new headlight. They got me right in & kept me posted with costs on other things besides headlight that I went in for that would potentially needed fixing. They brought me home from the shop . That was a nice service. Called me when it was ready before noon . I had told them I had to be at an appointment 12:30. They were very courteous & helpful.
I was referred to Christian Brothers by Jiffy Lube when I needed my serpentine belt replaced. I was very impressed with every aspect of my experience. I have since referred several family members & friends. Everyone agrees.
Earned a customer for life! Was having major coolant issues and they got me in next day, were very compassionate to my concerns and worked diligently to find problem. They provided ride to work, were cost friendly, and best of all, followed up 2 days later to check up on work and to see if further issues. Cannot reccomend enough! Could not have asked for better service from Bill and the crew! Iβm a college kid on a budget and have never left a auto shop with a good taste in my mouth, feeling like I got taken advantage of. What a turnaround at Christian Brothers! I felt like family there and was blown away with how much they really cared about fixing my car the right way and not pressuring me into unnecessary fixes. Bill was in constant contact with me via text sending me pictures of the issues in my car and telling me what they were going to be doing to it and I canβt thank him enough for that! My car was treated like one of their own there and can honestly say I wonβt be taking my car anywhere else from now on!
If you take your vehicle for repairs, be sure to take pictures before and after, document their work and keep paper work. I was so trusting and naive. I have learned my lesson well thanks to Christian Brothers.

They come to you in sheeps clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolvesBe careful this company are using religion to rip off ppI went to CB on Grand parkway to fix my coolant leak they replaced my water Pump, I paid almost $800 for my water pump 2 month later failed again lucky my Brother In law was in town he replaced for me but we discovered that they installed a XL pronto water pump instead an Original that I was told by Roger the manager of shop also told me that were using factory coolant which also another lie ..My brother in law is a certificated Auto Tech from Dallas, He discovered this scam
I would give no stars, if it was an option! The worst! This place preys on people (i.e. females, the automotive unknowledgeable) for higher sales! And when called out on it, all you get is a lot of backtracking. After a failed safety inspection I returned with another state inspector who challenged their results. The man obliged when I asked him to show me visually what their results were. After challenging the first default (windshield wipers) his reply was they werent like that yesterday. Manager started visibly getting irate when questioned on their results. It ended with him very rudely saying to go somewhere else then. This is the second occasion I have taken my car there and was told more work had to be done than what I went in for. I will never return. I wouldnt let them even work on a bicycle! Horrible.
Christian Brothers changed my oil yesterday. My cabin air filter was in terrible shape. I couldnt afford to replace it. The technician told me to bring it in today and they would change it with no labor charges!My car isnt going anywhere else but Christian Brothers Automotive! Thanks guys.
You will not find a more fair, principled, and customer service oriented Auto Repair Center in the USA. This entire organization has a quality focused philosophy from everything to the products that they use and the caring (christian) way they handle their customers. I am always willing to pay a little more to have the piece of mind you get when you do business with Christian Brothers Automotive!
Christian Brother is just another Repair shop that care about numbers and profit.Owners are pushed to generate 55% min of profit and mark up 70% of cheap china parts.You never will get Dealer parts except if Christian Brothers Cant find a china brandThis is not a Integrity or Honest repair shop just another business using faith as a good advertising
The corporate office has embarked upon what they call an Innovation Survey with psychological based questions personally identified to a specific customer. If I am in trouble, I can usually think of a solution, I can usually handle whatever comes my way, Time is something I wish I had more of, My thoughts are the most important thing about myself, and a host of others that somewhat resemble an employment personality profile.Even though someone named Dee Warmath received an email six weeks ago asking that I be removed from the mailing list, and objecting to the privacy issues of this survey, the second survey sent yesterday was the only response received.The Christian Brothers location that I have trusted with my vehicles for the last eight years just lost a customer. The decision to implement this survey was made at a Corporate level, and that reflects a changing Corporate culture which is inconsistent with my values.While I appreciate the corporate response apologizing for sending out a second survey, and the fact I have no obligation to complete this innovation survey, the bigger picture of invading customer privacy of thought in a marketing quest is a much larger issue.As the former Continental Airlines used to say during boarding, thank you for choosing Continental, we know you have a choice in airlines. The same is true when it comes to vehicle repairs and maintenance.
I am had issues with Christian Brothers fixing one problem on my Lincoln Continental and messing up as a things such as the evaporator evaporator system on my vehicle they replace the fuel pump and fuel filter but messed up the evaporate evaporator system so I cannot select my vehicle like I used to do that at the very possible slowest rate I will have to report this to the vehicle inspections up in Austin Texas to the license there shops and suggest that they fix and resolve the problem that they cause with my vehicle when they repaired it? you may have to read these reviews and make sure what shop you take your car to some Christian Brothers as Ive had this done before and never had anyone mess up the evaps system which allows air flow out of the system while youre putting gas in, I would not go back to Christian Brothers again because of this problem that they created
They have always done a great job with my familys vehicles. Quality work, great customer service, and a very comfortable lobby to wait in (if you have to wait). The shuttle is very convenient too.
Ive been dealing with Christian Brothers automotive for the last 8 years. Prior was dealers and other independent shops. I have found great quality service and care for my vechicles. Couldnt be happier to have a real Christian based company to help me when in need.

I agree With Mark!! Christian Brothers never will install a Factory OEM part ...Even when they lying to their costumers about parts quality ... They are charging close to dealer prices but super cheap low quality parts, Manager and Owner are pushed to make 65% profit the sale, Please Dont expect anything about faith there Its just another business using religion to make money By the way If Owner dont make the number that corporate office want they will be remove from the store.... Very Very Sad
They called us at 3 for a simple car alignment and quoted that should be out of there in less than an hour. Even after 1 and half hour and numerous times asking is it done they did not even took the car inside for check. Running out of patience we finally asked to give our keys back and then they started apologizing and took the car for alignment check. I am not sure whats the point of taking an appointment and paying premium price when you cannot get service and quality you expect.
I have been a customer at the Bedford and Valley Ranch locations and was treated like royalty. I especially enjoyed the shuttle service. Keep up the good work.
Well when I first took my car to Christian Brothers they told me that I needed to change some hoses on my car that they were brittle and ended up paying $644.00 for that the next time I took my car to them they said it is mis-firing and suggested a tune up, oil change, etc. in the mean time my car would also just die and you could not start it again all this cost me $1100.00 this last time took it to them for the same damn issue of it dying like I had told them from day 1 they decide to tell me that I need a fuel pump and now they said that I have to pay them $600.00 if I want to drive my car out of their parking lot today. I feel that you should have caught this problem from day one I have been saying from day one that my car has been dying and wouldnt start.

I authorized the replacement; however, I had no clue that the labor for a light bulb would be $11.20 + tax.I called Eddie to complain that $11 dollars for a light bulb was excessive. His response was:Did you expect us to do it for free?You authorized the replacement.My complaint is that I did not know that the light bulb labor would be $11.00. And NO, I did not expect it to be free. I know how to change a light bulb. Eddies response is that since I authorized the replacement, I should have known the labor cost...Every other time I have been to Christian Brothers I have received excellent service as well a full details of the work needed on my car including labor.Today I am very disappointed and am frustrated with the lack of acknowledgement from Eddie.At this moment, I have nothing good to say about Christian Brothers and the Staff.Thank you.Elena Skinner-Kleep.s. In the past, Eddie has changed a brake light bulb for free and no charge for the bulb. Be it a few years back. I especially liked the treatment and it was a reason to come back to Christian Brothers.

I gave this business a one star rating and made some negative comments last week. that I truly believed was the conduct of this business at the time. After communicating with the owner I changed my opinion I learned he explains things and communicates well and appears a professional. He put some doubt in me so I will give his business the benefit of the doubt. What I learned is ask more questions and dont automatically assume they are going to go easy on you on price when you return a car the business told was fixed the day before. They should but that is just me I guess.And I am referring to the Christian Brothers Automotive on McMullen Road in Riverview Florida.
I took my 2007 Cadillac to this CBA Waxahachie (CBAW) on multiple occasions to get my catalytic converter replaced. After thou$ands and multiple replacements of that SAME PART, CBAW stated that it was a manufacturers defect. CBA corporate refused to take responsibility for this since I brought the vehicle to 2 different locations for the same work. Upon my last attempt to fix ANYTHING wrong with my car and get an OEM converter installed, I was charged the additional hundreds even though CBA received their reimbursement money for the converter from their warranty coverage.The time before the last time I used CBAW, I went to retrieve my vehicle, it wasnt running properly. After speaking with management they assured me the vehicle was safe to drive. I drove off and brought the car back immediately. I called the store and stated what was wrong. They said the car was supposed to be fixed and they would have management look at the car to resolve what was wrong. Management called me and stated nothing was wrong. So I made a special trip to CBAW. After test driving it with the manager, he found nothing was wrong. Then I asked to drive the vehicle with a service technician. The technician immediately stated there was a problem with the car, but they wanted additional money to diagnose what specifically was wrong.I could understand wanting diagnostic money if this was the first time there or if I hadnt of already paid substantial monies to get the same problem fixed more than 1/2 dozen times in the past. I drove the vehicle off the lot quite angrily. The car made it almost home. I called a different mechanic to tow and fix the car. The new mechanic stated that the car was drained of oil. He knew this, because he had done my oil change a few weeks prior.Although they are friendly and somewhat knowledgeable, dont be swayed by this, as CBA is also quite deceptive and have solely THEIR interest in mind, and not the customers. Christian doesnt imply their behavior/religion, it is just a name.

Very bad customer service. I paid $1100 a week ago fixing my car and week later doesnt start up. My wife took it back and want to charge me $236 to change the battery. She replies NO, twice in the text messages and they still did the job and now want to charge me for the labor to remove it.
