I was here just for a nitrogen pump on my tires, but the usher told me I still have to get in line and the wait is 3 hours. Ok. I guess you have to go by the rules, but I asked him where I can get nitrogen air pump besides waiting here. He told me Discount Tires. If I didn’t make a call to Discount Tires, I would have driven 30 minutes to Discount Tires for nothing. If you don’t know something, just say you don’t know. Please don’t give customers wrong info! The mechanics were really nice and friendly though. One of the mechanics told me I didn’t have to wait 3 hours and just pull around the back for a nitrogen pump. I would have given a 5-star if it wasn’t for the usher. My family bought all our cars here at this dealership and we come here for all our services. This is not right.

They will tell you whatever it takes to sell you a vehicle. I recently purchased a 2014 super duty Ford truck from them which had a rolling truck bed cover and a console safe. The bed cover didnt seem to open and the safe combination was unknown. The truck also had no tailgate so the cover was kind of important. The director of used car sales promised me both of these problems would be resolved with a call to the previous owner and I would be on my way quickly. After 5 and a half hours of waiting I was told the bed cover was figured out, but they hadnt been able to contact the previous owner. After another hour of waiting, I was told that there was another manager that knew the previous owner and they would call me the next day withe the combination but the cover was resolved. Another another hours wait, they Finally gave me the keys and I just wanted to get home. The next day I figured out the cover was broken and called the director, no answer, but I left a message with my concerns and received no call back. I called the safe manufacturer and they gave me the default code which didnt work and the alternative was to drill out the lock and replace it. Another call to the director, by the way he wanted a Google review, and I basically told him get me the combo and Ill leave a decent review again no response. Im going to have to drill out the lock and order a new one. DONT LISTEN TO ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU, MAKE SURE YOU GET WHAT YOURE LOOKING FOR OR BETTER YET, GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO SOMEONE ELSE!!!
