DAVID ALBERT is the hardest working sales consultant I have dealt with out of a dozen+ different dealerships in Texas, Oklahoma and California. I spent weeks looking for the perfect JT and he made it all happen. I was in Dallas and the Truck was in Houston, within 48 hours I secured funds and flew down to pick it up. Those 48 hours were extremely time critical based on my Banks operating hours, as well as prior commitments I had. So, to have someone work from 9am until 11:30pm on Saturday to make this happen was a huge surprise and a breathe of fresh air. Mr Albert was nothing but professional, friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. He arranged for me to be picked up from the airport, waited for my flight delays, worked with my banks limited hours, pressured his Finance team, and got me an amazing deal I was unable to find anywhere else.I was pleasantly surprised with AutoNation on this one, I thought I would get a better deal at the smaller private dealerships, or the local guys, but NO way. They all had exorbitant hidden fees and the classic bait n switch add ons. AutoNation was clear and transparent from the start and offered me the lowest price I could find anywhere in the country. I was willing to go anywhere to get this truck for the right price, and they WON. Lesson learned from me: Never judge a book by its cover. This place is not worth the trouble. I had a nightmare of an experience with the “manager” Robin. She had the wrong tires installed on my vehicle and inconvenienced me. I requested shuttle service; after I realized HER mistake she refused to offer shuttle service because she didn’t want to inconvenience her staff. Well if I’m paying over $1200 for tires and wasted my whole day for a failed service you telling me about your staff being inconvenienced is the last thing I care about. Not to mention I was told that shuttle service would be available to me earlier that week when I scheduled the appointment. I will never pay for a service here again. I only came here for my complimentary oil changes that came with the purchase of a vehicle at a different auto nation dealership. I will find my tires elsewhere.Their so-called manager Robin definitely needs training in customer relations and her job in general. She didn’t even confirm the correct tires before having them installed.

I was greeted by a friendly face offering drop off if needed. I was then sent inside where another knowledgeable and friendly face took my information and gave me options as well for the wait. The wait time was not long since I had an appointment. When it was done the specialist called for me and walked me through check out process while making conversation that let me know he was actually listening when I checked in and told him my plans with my kids for the day. A1 service all around, my next vehicle will definitely be one they will continue to service!! AMAZING customer service.

First of all, the place is really clean. The employees dressed like professionals. They were attentive and even though I was staying late, they stayed with me. Even the GM, Martin, stayed to see me through the process. Ronnie in finance was friendly and did his job, saving me another few pennies on the financing. Nathan is a fine young man with a lot on the ball. I’d buy another car from him! Great customer service.

I paid over $100 for my diagnostic, and wasnt given much helpful information on the problem because the dealership wanted to charge $1000 just for labor to check out my vehicle some more. I know the diagnostic is about $100 and didnt have a problem with that as long as I received somewhat helpful information. I felt as if they were trying to get more money, but knew what the problem was all along.

The representative (Robin) was very helpful but overall, this was a disappointing experience. I brought my vehicle in for two issues. I was told I needed engine mounts (3 of which were replaced six months ago and had to be replaced again). My warranty paid for it though so that was okay. The frustrating part is the the two issues still continue. It was okay for about a day but my engine continues to rev when stopped and it continues to stutter when trying to accelerate. I was told the most recent repair would take care of both of these issues but I guess not. On top of all of this, I had an appointment for the repair but they didn’t even start looking at my car until almost 24 hours after my appointment time. When my car was done, Robin was out of the office and no one contacted me that my car was done. This meant more time without my car and my warranty won’t cover a rental so I was without a car 2 days longer than I needed to be. Honestly considering going elsewhere after this experience.

My roommate got service here. Charged her an additional $100 on top of what they told her price would be. And didn’t fix the brake problem. As an automotive technician, it is imperative to get these issues done correctly as it being a HAZARD, and against the law to not fix a major issue as such.

This place, especially the managers Jimmy and Martin, are incompetent in running a business. After a recall service for a computer component, my radio broke within a few days. I took it back and they charged me a diagnostic fee and tried to quote me for a new radio. I refused the radio and had to pay the fee in order to get my car back. After a few days of trying to reach out to them, finally they admitted to fault and agreed to replace my radio. I emailed multiple times to get my diagnostic fee refunded given they admitted to being the cause of the broken radio and no response. I got Jimmy on the phone and he refused to admit that it was the dealerships liability for the radio being broken and thus they shouldnt have to refund me - but they literally replaced my radio on their cost. He rudely hung up on me after I told him I will be escalating the matter if needed. These people will break your car, wont admit to it, then admit to it, and then turn around and say they didnt do it.

I want to thank William for a great job on helping me get a AC Compressor. He had the part shipped within 2 hours of me calling and even called me when the part was there. The whole time William was very kind. Phil in the other hand attended me when I picked the part up and returned the core. Unfortunately the experience was the opposite. Dealt with Fernando. Great guy. He got my wife into a pre-owned Jeep Grand Cherokee that she loves. Definitely the best car buying experience Ive had. Upfront and honest. He did everything we asked of him and they let us use our credit union. The price they say is what you pay. No couple extra thousands for stupid stuff you dont want or need when they give you the numbers. Unlike the other guys. Would definitely buy here again.

I called around 8:30 AM Thursday and spoke to Juan Reyna. I wanted to make sure that the maintenance warranty plan I purchased when I bought the car was on record and that it would be applicable to this first oil change at 5K miles. Juan stated that it is/was and that he could fit me in at 9:45 AM that morning. I took that time slot and showed up on time. Through the whole event, Juan (and others there) was helpful, courteous, and friendly. Id definitely recommend him and the service department, based on my recent experience.

I have been bringing my hero to this dealership for oil changes and I have noticed on several occasions that the mechanic doesn’t check his work after he is done. For example, one one occasion they didn’t fasten the latch to the hood of my jeep. If I wasn’t paying attention, that would have been a disaster. I recently had an oil change and they said my battery was good (which was given to me in writing) and two days later my car wouldn’t start. So, the battery was NO GOOD and when my hood was open, the mechanic didn’t fasten the cover and a tube wasn’t placed back. Such incompetence!!

Service department sucks!!!We had an appointment 8 am. Our truck is still not in the bay for oil change at 11 am. Got late for work and still without oil change. WHY GIVE APPOINTMENT if you guys cant fulfill. Totally unprofessional. Looked like some unskilled and untrained people running the shop. The customer service is terrible, the staff is not helpful or engaging and they’re extremely slow. I love my vehicle but hate having to go there for service. When I spoke to the manager about my experience that day and previously, he said thank you for letting me know and that was it. There was no follow up. I only go there because my oil changes are included in my package, but I’ve seriously considered going somewhere else and just pay.

The service department of this dealership is crooked! I venture that most people posting positive reviews do not know anything about cars or maintenance. They will charge you for repairs that they do not perform and argue the opposite! Ex: how can you change oil without removing the drain plug and filter? If you use this dealership, I would ask to see your vehicle being serviced at some point during the performance. I have worked on vehicles for years, and only used this dealership for warranty service on two new vehicles I own. I stand behind this post and hope management take it into consideration.

Overall, I was happy with service. I was able to make appointment via online.I reached out to dealership to verify my appointment and that parts were available for my service regarding recalls, because when I visited service department5 days prior they did not have parts and was not certain of arrival.It took me over 30 minutes to get a live person. She was able to verify that parts were available and my appointment will stand, but when I asked about a loaner/rental car for $35/day that was an option I said yes to she said she could not say, and I would need to speak with my assigned service rep.on day of drop off.Her deflect to service rep, Robin, was annoying to me when she knew that you all did not have loaners/rentals available at dealership.Why was she not upfront????Anyway, car was ready ahead of time Robin quoted me and was happy with that.

Slightly irritated that I paid for a new vehicle to already have to be replacing and patching tires. When I originally picked up the truck the tire low light was on, so they put some air in and checked it out. They said it was good to go, but here I am 2 weeks since I purchased it with another tire light on my dash. Less than 24 hours after I bought it I had to take it back in because the 4WD didnt engage properly which is something I though they should have found on their initial inspection of the vehicle.Removed another star because I just found a chip in the windshield that would be very noticeable on their inspection.Frustrates me because this used to be my go-to place for vehicles, but I think Ill deal with the normal dealership at this point.Edit: Downgraded to 1-star because they didnt file my paperwork until almost 2 months. Its not more than 60 days since purchase and I am driving around with an out-of-date paper tag. I will never buy another vehicle from these crooks.

Throughout the past 4 years Ive primarily used this location to service my Jeep. I never felt inclined to write a review much less pay the compliment in person until my most recent visit. Granted, none of my visits have been bad, but also, nothing about them had been remarkable. I was fortunate to have Yuri assist me during my last visit. Will not recommend Ram, nor would I recommend this specific dealership for any service issues. Our radio on our 2020 Dadge Ram Laramie cuts off completely daily. Initially, service couldn’t get it to recreate the problem while in their possession. I get it, it’s spontaneous. But after 3 visits, one of them they had it for a week, showing them a video and then again on the 4th visit bringing it back to them while it was occurring they still did not want to replace the radio. After contacting corporate and continuing to press the issue, they finally agreed to make us yet another appointment. But wait, that’s not it. They called us the morning of, after 2 months of dealing with a radio that completely shuts off, and said “we had to give your loaner away to someone else for an emergency, we’ll let you know when we get another one”. Horrible communication, bad customer service and faulty product. Would not recommend you even look at this place, keep driving.

An oil change and tire rotation on my dodge 1500 took 4.5 hours with a scheduled appointment I was 15 minutes early to. I will not be returning to this location. With that said, Autonation Katy has always provided a 5 star service.

I was surprised to find out from a reliable tire company that this vehicle has FRONT STRUT, TIE ROD DAMAGE AND NEED AN ALIGNMENT.( GOD WILL, I plan on having a Diagnostic Test done soon...I will post the results soon!)I heard the low noise coming from Stafford, Texas. Mr. Jose Turious drove the 2015 Compass Jeep to Stafford . I drove it back to Houston. He heard the noise. He also saw the Tire Light on! (He finally acknowledged he heard the noise after we drove the car around, the day I made the final trade!)The car also has a slow leak on front tire!The company who examined told me even if I bought new tires THE FRONT STRUT AND ROD DAMAGED...WHILE ALIGNMENT would ruin the tire on the worse side of DAMAGE!I went back to AUTONATION (that Friday, days after trading my 2018 Compass Jeep for this model).They REFUSED to do anything about the problem.The NOISE is LOUDER now from the DAMAGE!Its a loud clacking, poping noise!Im really hurt and confused because They told me this was a Good car!I also noticed when I got home from AUTONATION (When I first drove car home...They were charging me $22,000 for this used 2015 Jeep Compass with over 130,000 MILES on it.THE car I bought BRAND NEW in 2018 cost $27,000. I thought was peculiar!Im really hurt behind this trade!The main reason I did the trade is THE PANDEMIC! NOW IS THE TIME SACRIFICES have to be made!My Elderly Mother lives with me! We need money to prepare for the worse! I want her to be comfortable even in these hard times, This fading world! .We dont need a new car!But, we do need a DEPENDABLE CAR!I trusted AUTONATION! Let me start by saying I think in the end there was a fair deal made on both sides for a nice truck but there was a few struggles along the way to get there. I was coming from Louisiana so i sent pictures and an honest description of the truck I was wanting to trade in. I did not include a cracked windshield in the description but that happened after I took the pictures but I found the second set of keys that were not included in on the original appraisal. Upon arrival the dealership presented me an offer that was less than 50% of the offer that was made to me via email. This dealership is a set price dealership so there is no negotiation on price so negotiations ensued on the trade in. Eventually they did offer me just over 80% of what they had offered via email and I purchased the truck. I would do business again but I was just very frustrated with how this was handled. I truly wish my experience was as great as everyone else’s. I went there to buy my Jeep Wrangler with Fernando. My car wasn’t there, it was at a different dealership. It almost would’ve been smarter for me to go there and get it rather than stay at this location, but I digress. After taking the car, Fernando called me the next day to check on the car - I let him know I felt uncomfortable with the brakes. He let me know “that’s just how Jeeps drive” and he’ll take a look at it but “no promises” were made even though I’d bought the car with a warranty. 10 days after purchasing, a metal part was hanging from my car. I texted Fernando letting him know, sent him a picture, and still complained about the brakes issue - Fernando never responded. I took it to the service desk the next day. They stated the damage is from impact, however I did not get into any accidents or made any impacts that would cause damage on the car. I filed an insurance claim that’s going to charge me and my insurance company up to $4,000 in damages. They have had my car over 14 days attempting to fix it, which is even longer than I had possession of it!! I haven’t even had a chance to enjoy my own car even after they stated it was from an impact that didn’t happen. I’m only giving them 2 stars because Juan has been nice enough to help but this has been such a disappointing experience.

I have taken my vehicle back here 4 times in 1 month and every time I tell them what’s wrong with the vehicle they attempt to fix it say it’s fixed and my vehicle is still not fixed!!!! I’ve spent so much money for the problem to still not be fixed!! I have spoken with technical support they tell me the same thing every time! They tell me once my parts get here they will give me a call and it’s been several months and no update at all!!! I’m still waiting and no one is available to help me every time I speak to someone!!

This place does wonders. I took my Jeep in because it kept going into Limp Mode and i couldnt figure out why. I took it in and in less than a week i had my car back. Juan was super nice and handled the services very well, I will definitely be using AutoNation more in the future.

Classic bate and switch dealership. Advertised a a 2017 as a Lariat, Crew Cab, Long Bed. I got there and it was a 2017 XLT, short bed, with cloth interior, coffee stains all over the seats, filthy, with a cheap lift kit on it! I left because they wasted my time. I called and spoke with Ming the Sales Manager, let him know I didnt appreciate the Bait and Switch routine and asked him to fix it for future customers. Later in the day checked the website and the information hasnt been changed. Classic or should I say classless bait and switch routine... Avoid this dealership!

I had an appointment at 8am to drop my car off. I’ve been using this location for years with issues starting to get worse and worse each time I bring my car in. By 8:45, a guy walked in, said he had an appointment at 8:30 and was served immediately. Meanwhile, I didn’t get to talk to a service agent until 8:50. All this made me late for work since I didn’t leave until 9:03.And this has nothing on the “shuttle service” they provide. I was told the shuttle driver would come get me from the waiting area in about 15 minutes. Three hours later, I’m still there. I ask about the shuttle service and am asked what service? Finally a manager took me back home himself.So if you want slow service, this is your place. If not, find somewhere else.

I took my car here because the check engine light came on. I just got the car so I wanted to only have the dealership work on my car. I changed my mind about all this after my visit. I had a 8am appoint with a shuttle pick up. I informed them that I already knew the codes and everything wrong with my car because I had took it somewhere else and they informed me what it was. I was out of town at the time and this location was not able to fix what was wrong. After I was checked I informed them that I needed the shuttle. I waited in the lobby almost an hour before he came. After a full day I received a text letting me know that they have figured out what was wrong with my car. She quoted me a price. After weighing all my options I decided to get some service done. The next morning I must have texted the woman about 3 time before I decided to call. I called and they informed me that she was not in today. The gentleman talked the the tech to was working on my car and asked him was my car ready. The said no. I gave the tech an ok to work on my car. I was then informed that my word wasnt good enough and that I had to wait on the woman to come back before the tech could touch my car. I was so confused. I told the man why do u need to wait for her its my car and Im telling you now that it is ok to do the services. he said that is not how we do thing here. My hands were tied. The next day i decided that I didnt want the service done here anymore. They have had my car for 3 days and nothing was done to it but the recalls. When I came to pick it up the woman who gave the OK for my car seem to have a n attitude, hell so did I. I paid $100 for them to check my car (I already told them what was wrong) I was also charged for the shuttle. I paid my bill and left. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK HERE. I normally take my car to FIRESTONE I went back there and got my car fixed. Use at your own risk. The only reason why they have 2 stars because the young lady that check my in was nice and inviting.

My experience since I’ve gotten my car has been nothing short of amazing. The service center are very polite, very helping and listen to their customers concerns or issues their having with their vehicles. Ms. Robin is very amazing as well. I left my wallet at home and she had no problem asking someone to drive me home to get it and come back. She never once’s showed agitation or any sign of irritation. The whole staff in the service center showed great attitudes to make sure their customers got the help they needed at the drop of a hat.

Really was disappointed in the end. If you want to get screwed definitely go here. Got a used truck here and they said they would service and fix any repairs needing to be taken care of. We ended up having to pick it up 5 days later because it was in their shop... you would think they would’ve fixed it all. Instead they didn’t and when we went to the Auto Nation in NRH to fix our AC, they said we had to pay for it ourselves, even though we were told everything was taken care of in Houston. Really don’t recommend Auto Nation since 3 different locations told us 3 different things...

I was made to wait for a long time, but I understood when I was told for that day dealership was short staffed. I feel bad saying this, but the sales man had no idea of the vehicle and its features, most of my questions were answered with just yes/no answer. I was given no options in terms of whether I have to bear any shipping cost in case the vehicle that I need gets shipped from somewhere else. No options on my financing were given. When I was ready to leave I was asked to wait to get introduced to a sales manager, I waited and waited, no one came and I left. Only good thing about the visit was that I got to test drive.

She met all my needs and I very happy my overall experience. Jose was the guy that handled my finance paperwork and he was very quick and helpful at explaining me my warranty and finance paperwork. I didnt feel pressured or hustled and that I appreciate!Update(3/17/2021): I had to come back and add to my review after my most recent experience with the vehicle I purchased on Feb. 25, 2021. I took my vehicle in to get the tire sensor and windshield wiper fluid nozzle fixed. Unfortunately, that wasnt the only thing wrong with the vehicle. I totally understand that I purchased a used vehicle, however, I was also told that the vehicle was AutoNation Certified, which means that it went through a thorough inspection and was good to go. Luckily, I took the vehicle in when I did because I was allowed to purchase and leave the dealership with what I deem a dangerous vehicle. I have children and it would have been totally unfortunate for me to have had an accident because of the things wrong with my vehicle when it was sold to me.The brakes were completely worn, there was an oil coolant leak as well as a leak in the thermostat coolant. There is no way that I wore out the brakes in 3 weeks, which means it was sold to me in that condition. Like, I stated earlier, I wasnt expecting a perfect car, but I surely wasnt expecting an AutoNation Certified car to the issues that have occurred with my vehicle, 3 week after purchase.My original review still stands, I had a good experience initially.One thing I will say is this, AutoNation thus far has accommodated me as far as correcting the issues. It would have been nice had these things been handled in the first round of inspection of the vehicle.

I had a concern about a prior visit to AutoNation for brake service. My Service Advisor Cory set up an appointment the next day to come in and talk with the Service Manager Jimmy Gonzales. Mr. Gonzales listened to my concerns and promptly came up with a no haggle solution that we both considered fair.I left the dealership feeling pleased that my problem was solved, my car was running great and I resolved to continue doing business with AutoNation CDJ due to the fair and honest attitude of Mr. Gonzales.

I am warning you Do NOT buy here. If you do you need to check all the items on the vehicle thoroughly. Because what you see when you look at it may not be there when you pick it up. My husband and I bought a truck there last night. We looked at it on the Saturday before. There were rollers in the back along the sides. My husband asked the sales man about them. The sales man told him they were to hook up items to lock in place(Roll and Lock Cargo rollers). This morning my husband sees that they are not there. He calls the sales man and the sales man doesnt know what hes talking about. He said he never seen them in there. I was standing there when my husband asked him about them and they were there!! Also the sales manager answered my phone call once. When I asked about their interest rates he told me to get my own that he couldnt beat it. Then twice after that I left him messages and he would never return my call or call my loan specialist back. When we got our own loan from our credit union all of a sudden the finance guy wants to better it for us. Crazy! I wish I would have talked my husband out of buying here because I had a gut feeling about this place and it seems I was correct. SO BEWARE!!
