MY car had a check engine light and was acting sluggish. Took it to another mechanic and was the problem kept returning. I took it to John and his team, they took the time the properly diagnose my car and tell me what the exact was triggering my knock sensor. They also informed me that was covered under my power train warranty. They printed the all the information and I needed to take the car to the dealer. Thanks John.

He was able to get my car done and taken care of in a timely manner; which we were in desperate need of. I took my car to Easy Honda and they diagnosed my car with two issues and wanted to give me after market parts with no warranty and charge me over $1300. I called John and he as well as his team actually inspected the issue and it turned out to only be the master cylinder and not the brake booster as well and I have warranty. I’m greatly thankful for the work they did as well as the integrity and professionalism that they displayed. I saved so much money coming here. AGAIN, I highly recommend bringing your vehicle to John and his team; he won’t let you down!

Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Was able to replace my faulty car Interstate battery under warranty. The battery had to be special ordered but John kept me informed by phone regarding the status. Will take the Honda to him next week for additional mechanic-ing, for sure.

On a single trip to their shop, they accurately diagnosed multiple issues other shops had missed. My only regret is that I didnt go to this shop sooner when I had the money to spend on the car and when it didnt impact my ability to work. I did not have a lot of work done here, but the work was done well, at a fair price, and with a level of professionalism I havent seen in long while. Do yourself a favor, go here first.

I have a 2009 dodge ram 2500 5.7 hemi, i brought it to these guys and they were able to find out it was the valve lifters in just 3 days!! Very nice guys and very knowledgeable. Although I know i probably annoyed them by asking so many questions and calling so much but they gave me knowledge i didnt know and will use in the future. They even let me see the damage the lifters have caused and gave me updates as soon as they found out anything else. I HIGHLY recommend these guys. My truck is still currently there but I am sure they will do a amazing job when finished.

Great Automotive shop! I took a new to me car to be looked at for any repairs needed. I was given a list of all recommend repairs and services needed. They even split the services into what can wait and be done later. There a slight set back on a part, but John and Co took the time to pin point the exact root of the issue instead of swapping out parts freely. I was given updates throughout the whole process. No need to go to big name auto shops. This is what you imagine when youre told to go to a Trusted Mechanic. Ill definitely be back for any future work. Dont just THINK about going here. JUST DO IT!

John at Bear Creek Car provided EXCELLENT service by looking over my vehicle to ensure it was safe to drive (July 2019). I had been given a quote from Jeff Haas Mazda a few months prior (April 2019) which showed a few items marked red (Requires Immediate Attention). Mazdas quote showed Shock Absorbers / Suspension, Brake Linings Left and Right Front (3MM), Front Lower Control Arm and an alignment. Because the Mazda pricing was so high I decided to take my vehicle to Bear Creek. I explained that I had been laid off from my job but needed a safe vehicle to drive during my job search and to last until I could afford a car payment. John looked over my vehicle and showed similar findings. However, none were of immediate repair and actually have some miles left to go before repairs were needed AND explained that none of the items would cause an unsafe condition. He also took the time to explain to me what to pay attention such as noises, etc. John saved me hundreds of dollars at a critical time and eased my worries about my vehicle. Thank you John!
