My Car was a stock 2017 GTI SE PP with 60,000 on the clock. I though I was cool with my Red Neuspeed Charge pipes, Blow Off Valve and Stage 1+ Unitronic Tune. I had no Idea that I was in for so much more. Modifications include Sway Bar, Sport Springs, High-Carbon Rotors, EBC Pads, 034 Motorsports Stage 1 Engine, Trans, Sub-frame and Dogbone Mounts, Catch Can, Downpipe, Intercooler, Hybrid IS38 Turbo,Upgraded HPFP, Coil Packs, Spark Plugs. Anthony also took the time to fine tune the Hybrid ECU and DSG Tunes to pull it all together. It has been an fun couple of months, now its time to gap some folks !!! Anthony has always kept me up to date on scheduling which is really important to me. He responds to all my questions within minutes too. He is extremely knowledgeable and always lets me know about the benefits that each performance part will give and explains how they work. Anthony always took care of me and made sure my car was running right or the installs went well, even if it meant taking out of his own free time to do so. I can’t recommend his shop enough for anyone as he is experienced enough to do practically any job on your cars.

I always have a good experience at AU Motorsports. My 2010 Volkswagen purrs like a Lion on Steroids. Anthony always takes the time to diagnose the problem and gets it fix for a very good price. If it is a minor problem he can usually have it fixed the same day. Five Stars from me over 2 years now.

This is the second time I have had my car in there to be tuned (switched from revo to eurodyne) and the third time in general. Hands down best service I have had. Always quality work and no bs prices! This is the only performance shop I will use in houston.

I would never take my A8 here again! My problem was never solved after spending almost $3,000! My car air ride is still leaning to the right. He hires incompetent techs and workers, and barely there himself. I did better going to another dealership!

Expensive nightmare. Awful customer service, beyond disrespectful, does not respect customer’s time or property, does not take responsibility for service mishaps and vehicle damage while in his possession. Narcissistic and unstable, way beyond any attitude or anger problem. Dealership would have been better, safer, and cheaper...sad and entirely disappointed in every way...Update:BEWARE! Acts like your best friend until it comes to standing by his damage to a vehicle or Mis-service.Owner lies lies lies. I have not created fake account to give bad reviews as you have stated Is it really hard to believe you have this many dissatisfied customers?I was told that none of the work would be warrantied unless I bought the $500 DSG tune.After the owners fictional reply I have dropped my review to 1-star....I have done no work on the car since I brought it in to AU Motorsports and all Mechatronics work was done before the clutch repair, and all of this was communicated before the clutch repair was completed and you accepted the job still. The leak was coming not coming from the Mechatronics cover seal, but rather the bellhousing of the transmission where you used shorter bolts than were there before and the as a fix, you decided to use recycled “non-toreque to yield bolts” saying that “it’s not falling apart so it will be fine” as far as the last time I was in the shop you were the ONLY ONE YELLING and made several references to the last person who upset you, you put a hole in the wall. Every time I brought up a Legitimate warranty claim you have the sob story about you financial and family troubles and how you can’t afford it. Sir, please be professional with your future customers and don’t bring other issues into it, and certainly don’t tell the customer they’re being unprofessional for holding you to a warranty.When I saw the was a fault code after picking the car up I was told it was probably just a vacuum leak, but the electrical harness in front of the transmission for O2 sensor was never reconnected and had a broken clip, there were issues with the clutch and driveability and the arm fault code pre-clutch repair reappearing, you told be I wasn’t running logs, and fault codes don’t mean anything and told me to bring it in, I scheduled an appointment that was most convenient for you, and took off work. I showed up and you admitted that you forgot about the appointment. After wasting hours of my time complaining about your computer problems and more family/relationship problems you offer to take a look at the car. The lift is occupied so you Jack one side of the car up 3-4 feet until the steel under the car twists and the jack falls, breaking the trim piece. You laugh it off and spend the next hour trying to glue the trim piece back on. Finally you got under the car and said there was oil coming from the mech cover seal, which I later confirmed was BS and you obviously didn’t want to take anything responsibility. You were very happy though to quote me on a new Mechatronics unit for a high rate and high time estimate. After the second appointment I changed my oil and saw a wrong length bolt had been used at the bellhousing by the dogbone with transmission oil dripping. Mechatronics unit cover and seal were in great condition with no oil.I was always was courteous and gave you the benefit of the doubt on constantly rescheduling our appointments, even when the were lies and you left me waiting in you parking lot for over and hour until I called to “wake you up” after raving until 4am..The part that scares me is when you offered to rotate my warn tires in the front to the rear and said “don’t they typically keep the good tires in the back to prevent losing control? (Tires 101) to which you disagreed and said better tires should be in the front instead of rear. I wasn’t going to give this level of depth and even gave you 2-stars, but you replied with straight lies to dismiss my poor experience. Shame on you Sir!

First and for must. Pleas do not go to this shop if you value your, viehcle, and customer service. He not only discriminate. He has serious integrity issues. Read all reviews for real work, not a tune up, oil change, or a simple computer flash. If that’s what you want then good look, but the guy should not be in businessIssues i had.I went for a water meth install, and his worker, like said in the previous review doesnt know what hes doing. He destroyed my interior, and did not mountThe tank propely, it fell down the next day.Also after the work, i asked for the kit to be tested. The owner anthony lucas was outraged and qoute told his worker, test the ×@@@ . He later apologized that he was having a bad day.Once i left my paddle shifters and meth pod was not working so i came back. he asked the same worker to check, and they both agreed my steering column and guage was no good. And said they need to order parts which totalled around. 1k. So i left and did my own research and it was simply a fuse. I tought 2 experts would catch that.Issue 2I felt that i didnt want to deal with him anymore so i ordered a sps controller so i can manage my revo tune. Being thst he is the only revo dealer in my home town. Guess what 4 weeks no controller.Issue 3My car was leaking oil, and fluids, so i took it to him and not the dealer because of my mods and revo tune. Also i had credit i asked for my sps controller it was not offered.So he said i needed a piston and ring job, and it wouldTake a week and a half. The average time is a 12 hour job. I also aked him if he could keep my car inside to avoid theft. He agreed. So guess whst he left my car out side it was broken into. He later blamed me. When my car should not have been outside in the first place. He also another garage with space. So why would he not put it in.So after a month and a half i went to pick up, and the brakes did not work. Yet he said he test drove it. Which is not true i traked the miles, and it was the same. He lied. Also i forgot to mention he said that his tech quit on him which is why it was taking so long. So after he charged me for a vacume pump, which is why he said my brakes were not working( my vacume pump worked prior) so i drove my car home and fluids and codes were going like crazy.My driveway was soaked. So i called him and he said hes on vacation that i need to wait 2 weeks for him to get back. I said could i go somewere to get it fixed since hes gone, just the leak, and he said absolutelyNot. Who goes on vacation when they have a garage full of cars. So i had to pay 200$ to towe my car and he did not offer any financial assistance.Fast forward . So now im at 2 months, and he said that im lucky, other people were waiting longer. Is that a good thing. So over all i paid 5,325 for service and 2,000 for rental and clean up fees. Also he said i could not get my car until i pay him the second half, i paid. I just had a leak and heavy oil consumption .This was the most unprofessional, and worst experience of my life. Im warning you guys in advance .He also said he wouldnt realease my key unless i sign a waver. Because my revo tune was on my car. I thought he was a revo dealer. I was entrapped to do so.Read other reviews, not the ones were people do computer tunes, and brake jobs.

Anthony is an honest business owner. He knows how to take care of his customers and he is an expert with everything VW/Audi.
