Pedro was very friendly and professional. I thought that my car had a lot of issues but he helped me decide which ones made sense to fix and which werent, and I felt that he gave me a good price on the things that we did decide to fix.

Amazing auto shop. These guys work efficiently, give good honest information to help you make a decision and are easy to work with. The work they do is solid. Took my 2013 Veloster in and it came out performing better than before. Tested it by taking it out on a 8000 mile drive and had no issues with it. Have to give these guys credit for doing such a good job and allowing me to depend on my vehicle to get me all the way through those 8000 miles.

Been working with the same people for a long time and they have never disappointed. This time I installed a taillight on my WRX and it was done QUICK and looks totally stock. Even the wiring on the inside looked like it was shipped that way, even though its an aftermarket part. Would recommend to anyone based on price and the quality of service :)

Went for a tune-up and the people were really helpful. My front tires were worn out and the manager (Pete), went above and beyond in the service and recommend it me to do a rotation instead of buying new tires. Definitely recommend the place for good quality work at a fair price.

Before I talk about how amazing the auto repair shop is let me share some background. My AC in my 2011 Audi A6 hasnt been working for awhile and Ive always been hesitant about scammy mechanics. First I tried an auto chain called Louettas and they told me it was a part that required the entire dash to be removed and would take days to repair with a quote around $2k...so I thought Id get audis opinion since their audi and after their diagnosis they were at almost $4k and wanted to replace the entire AC system?! Feeling like I was being taken advantage of I waited and did research online to find a local auto shop who specializes in European vehicles. After online research I decided on two local small businesses but ultimately chose This shop as they had high quality and genuine reviews and figured Id give them a shot. I dropped off my car with Pedro who was kind and professional and explained my issue and within an hr or so he was able to diagnose the issue. I dropped off the car on Friday and it was done on Mon as they were closed on the weekend but if I had dropped it off earlier in the week theyd have completed well within a day! I cant say enough about this shop as they diagnosed my car quick, efficiently and didnt try and upsell or lead me on like Audi and Louettas. Pedro got it done and at a fraction of the cost. Im happy to finally have cold AC again and even more important and probably hard to believe but I dont feel like they tried to pull a fast one on me. Im happy to finally have a shop I can trust, charges a fair price and provided high quality work. Ill be a customer for life and if you use them youll see why as well. From start to finish it was top of the line. I am as cheap as they come and this is the best price for value. Was never pressured to get more then was needed and the customer service above and being.Update customer service went down hill with the desk clerk. She is just rude. She treats people as if we are privileged to go there and spend our money. As long as she is there we are not going back. Which sucks because Pedro is still the best in mechanical service and customer service.

This is not your typical automotive shop. They diagnosed my cars problem immediately. During my wait I had the option of coffee or water while I watched a movie of my choice. Customer service is beyond excellent and the prices a reasonable. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Great customer service and fair honest pricing. I shopped around for quotes and Euro Plus was very competitive in their pricing and the work was superb. They went out of their way to make to make sure I was comfortable. They offered water and had Netflix. They even offered to drive me home if I didnt want to wait in the shop while the repair was being performed. They drove me to the auto parts store so I could buy an additional part while they began work on my car. I highly recommend Euro Plus and will visit them for my future auto care needs.

Have been eyeballing this place since it opened up, and had been meaning to bring my car in for whatever came up with it. Well, my brake pads were shot, and I needed a new rotors. After pricing different places I remembered this place, and came in for a quote. Prices were very very fair, and the service was friendly. Left my car at 1030, and it was done by 145. Only reason it took a little longer was because I told them it was the front brake pads, when It was the rear ones. Had they not had to take off my tires and see for themselves, I would have had my car in even less time.Overall, great service. Im coming back here for anything I might encounter with my vehicle in the future.

I came in doomed because my drivetrain broke on my Mercedes. The people are very helpful, customer service is an A-1 experience. They provide you with WiFi, a charge station for your phone, Netflix, and also offered me a ride to the bus station so I would not have to walk. Very speedy with their repair services for my car was ready the next day. Definitely an expertise at what they do with European cars for no one wanted to really work on a luxury car because they didn’t want to be liable if they damaged something extra other than the aforementioned problem.

I brought my car to Euro Plus Automotive after I pulled out my car from The Mercedes Benz Sugar Land on the weekend of Mid May this year. I used to go to the Dealership, but lately I was NOT happy the way Cederic, the Service Advisor treated me as a customer. He was suggesting more tests after charging me from the Diagnostic Test of $170 and to think they already knew the problem of my car. In short, the dealerships wants to charge me more money. That’s the time, I searched from Google the best european car mechanics in Houston, then I found Euro Plus Automotive. I’ve talked to Pedro and Dang, they are both owners. They are honest people and suggested what is best for my car. They did a big time work on my car which was the timing chain and it’s under the warranty for six months. There are still other problems with my car after that, but whenever I bring my car on their shop, Dang and Pedro will attend on my car problem right away. They give importance and value to their customers. They are charging fair price for European cars. I will highly recommend Euro Plus Automotive to my friends and to other customers who are looking for the honest and great mechanic like Pedro and Dang including Dang’s son, Andrew. Their Receptionist, Daniella is also nice. She’s updating me about my car when they had it for two weeks. I have peace of mind now, I found the great mechanics. A few months ago my dads 06 hyundai was having issues. We went to other local repair shops and neither wanted to look at it.
