Consulted with both Troy and Glenn. They recommended a basic 6 lift kit from Fabtech (based on what I wanted to do with the truck, which is of ultimate importance). You MUST have a goal for what you want your truck to do before making decisions like this. They had answers for all my questions and treated me like a friend who loves trucks just as much as they do. My new at the time Nissan Titan was 2WD but still looked great with the kit they installed. They helped match me up with great looking wheels and tires. I showed them a photo of how I wanted it to look and they nailed it. Ive sold the Titan and my new Z71 is going back to them for a larger kit that will be exactly what I need! They do not have a luster office or shop. They dont need it. They have hands that have been doing this a long time, and for me.... Id rather not pay for the wallpaper or expensive product displays.

Cutten Customs did a great job on my RAM REBEL Truck. 6” lift with 37” tires and 22” wheels. Looks awesome and so far rides excellent. Also the work was done very quickly.

These guys are awesome, passing through/visiting the area and felt it was time for upgraded shocks (Texas roads were beating me up) and had them install an exhaust too. They got me in and did an amazing job making sure it was done the right way and took a couple of extra steps with the exhaust to solve some of the questionable instructions. Overall I would definitely recommend and I know if Im visiting here for any amount of time again and wanting something done I know who to call.

Cutten customs did a shock/strut leveling service on my 2014 Titan. They did a fantastic job and at a fair price. They are very knowledgeable and professional folks. I will be back.

I had Cutten Customs install a BDS 6 lift on my 2019 Ram 1500. I discussed the project with Troy who was very knowledgeable and offered his advice regarding additional parts to be installed with lift (rear sway bar and control arms).They were great to work with, very professional, transparent, and had the lift kit installed within the timeline they quoted. I received a great deal on the parts and labor.Id recommend them to anyone in the Houston area needing a suspension shop for their truck.

I bought a 4 BDS Basic lift kit for my 2018 Ford F150 online because I can loan the lift kit and new wheels/tires through Affirm. Since Cutten Customs is a local distributor of BDS lift kit I chose them to install if for me and they did a good job. I think they are the expert in BDS lift kit on the northern part of town and their installation price is reasonable. They said they need 1.5 days to install it so I drop off my truck Monday in the morning and I expected to pick it up Tuesday afternoon but when I call them back to rebalance my tires I was informed that my truck will be ready before the end of the day. Overall, they have done a good job and I came back to their shop to re-torque the connection bolts for free after the 500 miles which is the recommendation of BDS.

These guys did a great job on my truck. I installed a 2.5 leveling kit and the truck looks and drives great. I would definitely recommend Cutten Customs.

I had my 19 F350 leveled (3.5) and 37 tires with 20 wheels put on and they did it very quickly. There is zero rubbing anywhere. They did a great job.

Amazing place!!!

The people are really nice and thats not the problem. The problem is after paying over $200 for installation service and sitting there for over 4hours the mirrors are installed but the lights dont work on them. I was told they couldnt figure it out and I would have to come back. I went to another place and got it looked at and was told all they did was install the mirrors and did not do the wiring which explains why the lights dont work! I now have to pay another $200 to another place to do it the right way. I hate the fact that they took my money and really didnt know what to do. What a way to be treated as a United States Military member. I should have done my research!

I usually don’t leave reviews, but these guys have done both of my trucks now and have done a fantastic job each time.On the second truck I had someone else do the struts and that was a mistake. They went back and fixed everything. Later it needed some retorquing and they worked me in when they were slammed.Great guys. My vehicles will always go back to them.

Poor customer service. My first attempt to get information/pricing a gentlemen answered the phone very unprofessional like, he was extremely rude, didnt want to discuss anything with me and then hung up on me while I was talking. Second attempt (everyone has bad days) Sara took my call..again poor customer service. She was rushing through the conversation not giving me details or caring to explain anything. We will not use this company simply based on how they treat potential customers. I recommend they brush up on their CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.

They did a great job on my Tundra and met my deadline for when I needed my truck back for work. These guys have pride in what they do and they have friendly, knowledgeable kick ass team!!! Great job guys and thanks for kicking ass!!!
