This at home location probably has everything you will need to decorate your home. It is probably the flagship location that has the largest collections in the largest square footage among all locations.

I am new to the area, so this was my first time visiting an At Home Superstore. The store was clean and organized. There is something in this store for everyone. The prices seem reasonable. OMG! The Christmas items are my favorite. Please put on your walking shoes and have plenty of patience when you are visiting this store because there is so much to see!!. Love it!!

The only reason this location is getting a one star is because I can’t leave a review without it. So the reason I’m so upset with the customer service at this store is because I have been shopping at At Home for years. In all of my many visits I’ve never felt so mistreated and undervalued as a consumer. Here’s the scenario: I went to this At Home on Saturday on two separate occasions. I recently moved so my kids and I are decorating our new place. The first visit I spent $230 then I went back for an accent chair I saw on the first visit. The second purchase was $310. So I finally have time last night to set up my table only to find out one of the place settings from the tableware set I purchased was missing. Picture attached so you can see one setting is missing. I’m thinking no problem I need more plates so I’ll go purchase another set and just get that one discounted since I’m short from the other one. I could have boxed everything back up and asked for an exchange but after lugging furniture up two flights of stairs all weekend I was over it. So I said I’ll keep what I have and just buy another set since I need additional plates anyway. I have my receipt and the picture above to show the manager my issue and I asked for a discount on the other set. I was originally told this could be done by one manager then another one said that it couldn’t. She insisted that I had to go home and bring back the original box with the missing items before she could give me a discount. I was confused because I’m literally trying to spend more money because I need more plates and just asked for a discount for what I was shorted. My request was denied and the stated I’d have to bring the dishes back which I agreed to do but this time I wanted my money back and I would purchase my plates elsewhere. All of this could have been avoided with a simple 10% discount but on principle alone I drove back to my house loaded up the set and took it back getting my refund. I’m typically a reasonable person but this experience proved that customer service has gone down the tube. Needless to say I won’t be spending another dime at this store.

Let me start by saying I absolutely love this store and the prices and selection. I currently am having severe health issues that make walking sometimes very difficult so I was excited that they did curbside.... except not really apparently. I followed the email directions, notified when I arrived...waited 15 minutes....did it again, waited another 10 or so. Then did the text thing to a phone number on a sign...again, waited and waited. Ended up walking into where it says pick up, but the lady was ringing out other customers. Waited, barely able to stand....they finally called and it took another 5 min or so for someone to FINALLY bring my stuff up front. How long would I have waited had I not walked in? Im a rather patient person, but over a half hour for curbside to not even had been started on is unacceptable. I feel for anyone actually disabled and not just temporarily. Very disappointed.

I love huge stores like this, but it seems to be pretty empty and unorganized. I’ve found some good stuff in there, but everything just seems randomly placed and a lot of 1of1 items. Not a huge inventory for such a big store space. I hope that changes.

I love shopping at At Home, but the customer service at this particular location is honestly horrible. I wanted to purchase a marble coffee table as well as a marble accent table. Both were super heavy. I asked an employee if I could please get some help with the tables in the back and she honestly looked annoyed that I had asked and told me to go ask at the register. Waited in line and the young woman at the register called and requested for me to be helped in the back. I wanted by the tables for 10 minutes And no one came. I went back to the front and waited in line again. Cashier called for help again. Waited another 10-15 minutes and no one came. So I walked throughout the store and the only person willing to help me was an elderly employee. I only wanted for her to call another employee because I knew the tables would be too heavy for her. She insisted she help anyway. I could have done it myself, however I had my 2 month old and 7 ye old sons with me. I ended up just getting the marble accent table aloneand said Id come back another day with my husband to purchase the coffee table because I just didnt want to make it too hard on her. This kind employee helped me bring the table to the front to check out. No one helped me take the table to my car. I pushed the cart with my sons car seat and other purchased items in one hand and in the other, I pulled the long cart with the heavy accent table. Just horrible. I was honestly just so tired by the end of it.

At Home is always amazing! You can always find great stuff! Staff is always super friendly and thoughtful. It’s like a treasure hunt! You can always find something! They have really cool metal art! I found this sun! Super cool place!

Nice selection of home decor, but the prices are high for what you get. If you dont want to shop around for a better deal, this is the store for you.

Get ready to wait. And wait. And wait.........

The curbside /online order is so much faster at this location! Will be making this my go to location (even tho it’s further out of the way for me)

Like the variety of what they have, nice selections. Only bad thing I can say so far is when it is time to switch items out, (for a new season i.e. Summer, Fall ect the shelves that were full is slightly bare. So if I saw something that I wanted and it was fully stocked is now gone to make way for the next Season that is MONTHS away.

At home is a great place to shop and get ideas for your home!

THIS IS SOMETHING THATS DEFINITELY IMPORTANT BEING 5HAT ITS HARD TO GET AROUND. I love this place! It used to facilitate Garden Ridges Supercenter.....so expect to be a while because it is huge. You will find a ton of great options of furniture, and decor for every room.

I always love this store. For someone with slight bit of OCD I would highly suggest this store. Everything is color coded and organized to a T. Always enjoy going and reasonable prices for what is being offered. Very clean. Anything you need or want for your home you can find here! Took a trip to the store today and almost ended up in the urgent care! My toddler accidentally picked up a piece of broken vase on the floor and was bleeding badly. I looked like a lunatic looking everywhere for help but there were not enough employees. I finally found one by the cashier and she gave band aid. I did not want to go through the route of making a big fuss over a deep cut, but safety should be a priority! She is still bleeding after we got home.On the other hand, my husband liked shopping. Hence the 3 stars. He bought stuff and they were affordable.

What a great place to find just about anything for home decor! Their rug selection is amazing and they have 5 aisles of comforter and quit sets.

Good selection and prices some items up to 50%off clean and well organized

I had an absolutely awful experience with Athome. I went to this Athome location, found a patio set I liked, but it wasnt in stock. They told me I could order it online, so I went home, found it at another store (much further away), and bought it. I received an email a few days later saying it was prepared for pickup, so I drove 30 minutes to the other store to pick it up. When I got to there they told me they didnt have it. There was no explanation. They just didnt have it. I asked if they could call another store to see if someone else had it. They said they couldnt do that. No explanation as to why not. Apparently the different stores have no way to communicate with each other (???). They then canceled my order (without asking me if I wanted to cancel). The manager never came out to communicate any of this to me. He or she sent an employee who didn’t know up from down to apologize to me. He or she then gave me a one-time 20% discount to buy anything that day. So I bought a few items and saved a few dollars, but it wasn’t worth the 1 hour of driving and gas that I burned in the process.The obvious disorganization and lack of customer service were among the worst I’ve ever experienced. I’m never going to another Athome store again.

Worst customer service, rude cashier, no one on the floor and if you’re able to find someone, they’re of no help!“Store Director “ refused to sell us a floor model desk which had a tag stating if no boxes left, the floor model can be purchased. There were signs all over the store and products stating the same and he still wouldn’t sell it!Most of the products in which we were interested were damaged. I would give 0 stars if I could! The store you would think would be a mess but every time I go in its kept. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Social distancing Mmm I would have to say is minimal. My wife loves this place but I am not a big fan. You feel like they tried to put as much stuff they can in the store and you get squeezed between the shelves. Some products have defects and packing is damaged. I know better stores.

Wonderful selections.. so much to choose from. I bought some home decor which included faux plants, clearance items and wall art. All the wall art was advertised as 50 percent off.. however, at checkout I paid much more than I expected. I didn’t realize this until walking out the door and checking my receipt. The cashier asked me for my name phone number, email address and date of birth to sign up for member perks and 10 percent off for my next visit. So my assumption is that the 50 percent off was for members only. Pay attention to the small details! I can’t say I didn’t get my money’s worth, I just didn’t expect to spend over $500 lol.

Normally a very clean, well organized place to shop. At this time of year, its a little bit of a chaotic experience. Spent nearly 30 minutes in line due to only a few registers open, but... The cashiers were very pleasant and honestly... It wasnt their fault.

My walls needed decorating so I went looking for nice mirrors. I found that and more :). I loved the Halloween decorations, nice frames to decorate my closet too. Plus Alina, at the register, has a great attitude and friendly when meeting the customers. I will definitely go back I recommend this location.

Worst customer service ever. I asked one of the employees for help and she was pathetically rude and did not help and said we dont shop for customers. I went to call manager so i could record my complain, happened to be the lady i asked for help earlier was the manager herself. In retail stores if there is no customer service then its not a place to go. I could not get her name since she walked away while i was still asking her for help and there was no badge either. She is an African American heavy lady with blue hair. I wish i could give zero stars. I called customer service and nobody is picking up. Now i dont know where should i record my complain.

Awful customer service for curbside. I got a text and email confirming order was ready. The text notice curbside doesn’t work at all. Once inside nobody knows what is going on. Was told a refund could take 14 days. Manager could not help.

The associate who rung me up offered me a 10% discount if I applied for a store credit card. The manger came behind me and told her to not offer that 10% discount to me. I will be bringing this to the corporate manger. Why was everyone offered this and when I came up she signaled behind my back for her not to do it. Very poor customer service and discrimination.

Today at 1pm the line to check out had at least 40 people in front of me. There was nothing special going on. Just a normal Friday afternoon. Only 3 employees checking people out. It was awful. The line was moving so slow I finally just walked out leaving all my stuff behind. Ill NEVER EVER step foot in this store again.

At Home used to have fairly good pricing for incidentals, but prices have been inching up lately. Staff is usually pleasant though.
