The Sleep Number associate that I received excellent service from, Nadyia Gee, was VERY helpful and knowledgeable about which bed I should get. She helped me narrow my choices down based on what I like and don’t like and what she recommended as well. I’m so excited and can’t wait to receive my Sleep Number bed!

Do not buy a sleep number. It is nothing but an over priced air mattress, also the hidden fees are crazy!!! They claim that you will only be charged 200 fee for delivery but if you cancel within 100 night days, they give you be prepared to be hit with multiple hidden fees. Rip off, stay away!!!

The customer service at this store is amazing. I am speaking specifically about the sales rep George. George was very knowledgeable of the beds, and was very honest with me when answering my questions. He was friendly, personable, and professional. I havent gotten my bed just yet, so stay tune for a review of the Sleep Number Smart Bed P6 with the Flex Fit 3 base, but wanted to write a review on the amazing customer service!

Chamber And motor went out just after 2 years and I was charged to replace and ship them. Another $200 down the drain! Shouldve gotten a bed that didnt have to deal with all the possible faults. These beds are expensive too! Warranty is prorated after 2 years so be careful! And, you have to pay to ship it back after the trial period so, again, I dont recommend them. Im not sleeping any better than before either.

Sales expert was very friendly and informative. Took the time to explain the various options as we tried many of the beds. She did not rush us and she even helped us set up our online accounts while we were there. Our Sleep Number bed arrived this week—and we LOVE IT!

Scam. If you decide to return keep in mind the $200 dollar charge plus $40 shipping label for the mattress cover. Also if you buy an adjustable frame - youre stuck with it. (Im glad I didnt buy that)
