My experience at the Montrose/Westheimer store was a very pleasant as well as rewarding. Johanna was our salesperson and provided us with knowledgeable and professional service. I went to the store searching for a mattress that would provide a comfortable sleep. I did my initial bed hopping, searching for the right feel. After narrowing down to my final two selections, there was one that I couldnt seem to get off of. Not even being aware of the price the comfort was AMAZING. I had purchased a mattress a couple of years ago but didn’t purchase the foundation. Now I decided I wanted the standard Sealy foundation so I just called the store. I did it over the phone and it went very smoothly. I will receive my foundation tomorrow.

I placed an order online Sunday, I got an email saying the mattress would be delivered Tuesday. No delivery or phone call Tuesday or Wednesday. It is now Thursday and I am not feeling very positive about delivery I get a email now its going to be a week later, and I have to wait for up to 13 hours for delivery
