They offered us some money back, but my husband isnt really about the money so he requested a couple of sheet sets, which they were glad to send along. The delivery folks were friendly and professional, and had the bed set up and ready to go really quickly. Were now satisfied with our experience. Thank you for your attention to the issue, and efforts to remedy the situation!Bed was supposed to be delivered September 25th. They called and said the frame was out of stock, but they could still bring the mattresses if we wanted. We declined. It seemed like a better idea to accept a small delay and not have to sleep on a mattress on the floor for 2 weeks. We thought it was odd they didnt call to finalize delivery today, but they ALSO didnt call to say there was a problem so great! We woke up early, moved some stuff in the hallway that might be in the way and waited... and waited... and... waited. It was getting close to the end of the delivery window so we called them back. NOW they say they dont have the MATTRESS and they wont have one in stock for ANOTHER 2 weeks. Excuse me? How long do we have to wait for them to have BOTH the mattress and the frame at the same time?

The store manager is a very good and honorable man, I almost ended up not to purchasing the mattress and the adjustable base, I called him to cancel the order just because of some dollars differences but he did worked out some miracle and called me back to come finalize the deal. He said he cannot allow me to go without purchasing the mattress that i like. His experience in dealing with customer is top notched and I give me 100% for customer relationships. Despite my anger while speaking to him because of the dollar differences we had, he didn’t get angry, he was calm and well explanatory and worked out a deal that made me happy at last.
