I walked in after a long stressful day, with complaints of neck and lower back pain. I had issues falling asleep and staying comfortable through the night ever since my last child. We have been long over due for a new mattress. Who knew mattress shopping could be so easy! After hearing it was harder than buying a car… I was so glad I chose this store. I was greeted by a sweet lady named Penny. She was very informative and helpful. I was so impressed. Very knowledgeable on the products and helped me pick the right mattress. Buyer Beware **The youngman informed me of the warranty. Once I had claim. I was ignored. I contacted the District manager & samething. Matress Firm is a hit & run. They just want your money. A quick review of my recent purchase from Mattress firm. John Perretta did a great job showing me and explaining the many differences between all of the mattresses in the showroom. After much deliberation, I made my selection. John explained to me that I would have 120 days to verify that I made the correct choice. Unfortunately, after a month, I was not happy with the mattress. I went back to the shop, and John greeted me by name. I explained all to John, and his comment to me was, No worries lets find a mattress that will work for you. After making my new selection, John wrote up the invoice. As explained by John on my original purchase, I paid the difference between my original mattress and the new mattress. Which only makes sense! What John then did is where he went above and beyond what is required. John waved the restocking fee and discounted the delivery. If you are looking for a no-hassle experience with a solid guy, I recommend John Perretta at Mattress Firm. I almost forgot, John also made me a great deal on a great memory foam pillow.

DO NOT SHOP HERE> DO NOT TRUST JOHN PERRETTA!!!We went in on black Friday looking to buy a new mattress, john helped us. he put on a show of great customer service.As you may know, buying such a expensive mattress can be stressful so we made sure to ask all the questions we had, one of them being if we were not satisfied with the purple 2 would we just have to pay the price difference for the purple 3. John told us not necessarily, if your not happy with the 2 just pay me 40 bucks for handling because i want to keep you happy, because a happy customer will tell others about the great experience and customer service that we provide here. Both me and my husband heard him say this. We even bought mattress firms adjustable mf900 base (1600 bucks) and 10 year warranty (250 bucks) solely because of the awesome customer service we were receiving. well a few weeks of sleeping on the purple 2, it was way to firm for us and we were getting a good nights sleep. we went back in person to talk to john about moving up to the purple 3 he claims that he would never say such a thing. He suggested that we give the new bed time to break in.after some time had passed, my husband sent him a message explaining how we felt and gave him the opportunity to honor his word before returning the bed for a full refund since keeping customers happy was his number one priority. He then states maybe i did say that but i cant do that well my husband let it slide and opted just to return the mattress for a full refund without commotion or attitude. (come to find out we cant even return the adjustable base). john then goes as far to say your integrity is questionable to my husband because we were unsure if we had to return the purple pillows, sheets, and mattress protector we bought. John claimed we did not buy them with a terrible attitude (even tho we did) saying they were a gift from him to us!!!??? we paid 200 for the bundle deal that was showcased on the front door of the store for Christ sake as a door buster for black Friday. We are not unfair people we were not trying to take advantage of the situation we honestly just wanted some good sleep. We never talked to him without respect and even allowed him to eat in front of our family while selling us the mattress and base. not only did he go back on his word but he also acted very unprofessional and made out with a easy sale with the base that we can not return. I can not recommend anyone spending any hard earned money here. Buyers beware!!!
