Needed a foundation for my new king size bed that was delivered this afternoon and was hoping I could get it by this evening. I called Mattress firm - the salesperson took my order - sent me a link via text for me to enter my credit card info - and he scheduled the delivery for this evening. After I made payment I received a call within 20 minutes saying they were 20 minutes away and they arrived as scheduled. So pleased I was able to get it all accomplished within an hour. Originally purchased Tempur Pro Adapt (too soft for me) and upgraded to Tempur Pro Breeze (firm but yielding). The Pro Breeze (Hybrid) is awesome - I fall asleep within 15 minutes and stay asleep for hours. Interestingly, after about a month with the new mattress, I realize I am waking up refreshed after only 6-7 hours of sleep, often less! Sales associate Tracy was very professional and accommodating with the upgrade. And within the 120 day return period they honored a lower sales price by giving me credit for the differenc in what I paid. Recommend.

Overall great experience at the Mattress Firm on Shepard. The agent (Fahad, I believe) was great at narrowing down our choices. He appeared to be relatively unattached to the outcome and how much money we spent, which can sometimes be the case with mattress stores. Walked out with a new mattress!! The only reason I gave 4/5 stars was because I wish I had a little more space to discuss privately with my partner before making a purchase. We had to go outside to discuss privately.

Great customer service and selection.

Beware- although the service at this location was great, unfortunately the company model is not. The Mattress Firm Mystery is solved- the reason they have so many usually empty stores and stay afloat is due to their predatory lending model. Synchrony Bank- who they use for financing- is a terrible company. I made the mistake of missing one single payment and the consequences went far beyond the unreasonably high late fee. My credit score took a ding every month thereafter due to them lowering my limit on the line of financing to just a few dollars above my balance. I made extra payments to increase the difference, I called the store to reverse these actions, I called Synchrony to fix it. But the only result was an additional, UNAUTHORIZED hard check which resulted in another ding to my credit. And the limit continued to shrink and cause my score to lower even though I was paying at least double the minimum payment each month.So long story short- if you are determined to shop here definitely pay cash. But my recommendation is to shop somewhere that takes better care of their customers even behind the scenes.

Labor Day sale is a steel! Tracy was so helpful and informative. She communicates and knows the products well! One think a love about shopping in someone who gives you time (walks away for a few minutes) and checks on you without pressure. Tracy focuses on comfort first then let us mention our budget. I recommend purchasing a protector since I found out if your mattress has liquid damage it won’t be covered with the warranty.

I was looking for a new guest room mattress for the holidays. After looking online at the options, mattress firm had the best deal with included delivery and taking away the old mattress! I went to the Heights Mattress firm to “try” them out before blindly buying one. They are able to price match online prices. Turns out I chose. a different mattress but didn’t pay anymore than i would have. Highly recommend going into the store to see the options. Post - updated : (see below) I’ve been over shopping mattress option and it became overwhelming. Jeremy helped me narrow it down to the beauty rest Aubrie with adjustable base. Originally I was leaning towards the hybrids but after test driving and feeling how cool the Aubrey was, I was sold. I feel great about knowing that if anything goes wrong they have my back with a great exchange or return policy. Highly recommended. --- Updated : Its been over a month with Aubrie memory foam mattress. Its not for me. It still slept hot in my opinion. At first its cool, but after you are on it for a little while, that is gone. You have to move around to keep the same cool. This mattress is very firm. Well i called the store and they made this return process very easy. No hassle at all. And in 3 days the mattress was picked up. (10% restock fee) but I knew that going in. Im going to back to all latex but I feel great about Mattress firm, their people, convenience, selection and return process.
