We purchased our Sterns and Foster with bed frame and mattress pad in May of 2015. Service was wonderful process was easy and when delivered and they even removed the old, very heavy Tempur pedic! The mattress pad did come with a 10 yr warranty in which after 5 I started noticing it cracking and flaking on the protecting membrane side and was thinking OH NO its been 5 yrs. Ive gotten married and even bought a house, where the heck is the receipt and info. So I decided maybe if I call they can help... Boban Zivovic took the time and helped find my order information (different name, phone number and even address) after all this time, walked warranty claim process and even was able to email me the receipt! I am hoping that Protect-A-Bed approves the claim and I can continue to enjoy our mattress for another 5!

I was having issues with deciding on a mattress, called and spoke with Trevor The Mattress Plug who stated that they were open but were taking precautions. Upon entering he greeted myself and my bf and was eager to answer any questions we had. He showed us several beds and gave an honest opinion for the ones I had seen online. He didnt rush us in making our decisions and allowed us to take our time. He didnt seem annoyed with all the questions and I would 100% recommend anyone to his store!

I bought a king size bed and the gentleman who tended to us was incredibly attentive and walked us trough the process incredibly efficiently. He was informative and very transparent something you don’t see everyday! The product is what it’s you choose the best fit for you.... but he was very knowledgeable the only reason I gave 4 stars was due to inventory availability and having to wait a week for delivery. But that’s not Baub the sales manager .

This is my first time shopping for a mattress at an actual location. Boban Zivovic was very welcoming as soon as I walked in and did not hesitate to assist. It was amazing how he was also able to assist everyone at the store without making us wait. He gave me a lot of helpful tips when it came choosing the right bed such as the firmness of it and the pros and cons of each. I also liked how he didn’t push to have you buy a very expensive mattress either. He worked with the budget you give him and insisted you to try them and to take your time on making a decision. I felt bad since he took his time on assisting me and making my experience the best that I ended holding up past the store hours. With his help I was able to select the perfect mattress for me and my liking. At this location there were also amazing deal that you could not pass up! I am very grateful and can not wait for my mattress to arrive with its adjustable base. I will definitely come back here if I ever need anything else. Shopping at the store is a different experience compared to online shopping. I will update this review once I do get the mattress and provide images if I can.

Boban was very friendly (and speaks 4 languages!) I tried a few mattresses before deciding on the Beautyrest. Boban then checked the price online to price match the lowest one and it was actually 50% off rather than the $200 or $300 off it showed in the store. So make sure to check when you think you’ve decided because it may be an even better deal! I did go on Black Friday so that could be why it was extra.
