Before placing an online order, I called customer support. Shonn answered and became my personal support person. Very thorough and knowledgeable about selecting the right mattress based on sleeping style and body build. Explained warranty. Will follow up with us every 30 days to make sure we are not having any issues with mattress. Will also help coordinate delivery date. Could not be more pleased with the process so far. Now waiting to receive mattress.

This is my first purchase of an adjustable bed. In an online chat, Jefree was very helpfull and patient explaining various features and differences. We love, love, love this mattress! I did a lot of research, being nervous about buying a mattress online. I looked at several things, others feedback, complaints with the BBB, online comparisons, grilling friends that have bought online, warranty and trial periods, etc. The final decision maker was the phone experience with Kevin Haynes. I contacted Amerisleep to inquire about the return process, should I need it, due to the rural area where I live. I was pretty sure of the mattress I wanted, but since I had a live person to chat with, we did. He was so helpful and knowledgeable, by the end of the conversation, I did purchase the mattress I had picked, the AS3, Hybrid. He answered all my questions, he asked me about me and my husbands sleep habits and confirmed that my choice was a good fit. I could not believe that we were on the phone for 45+ minutes. Never did I feel rushed or pressured to purchase.My husband can sleep anywhere, and he loves this mattress. I on the other hand, have been waking up with neck and back pain for longer than I can remember. We received the free pillows before the mattress. The very first night with that pillow, I woke the next morning pain free. The mattress is the same. No lower back pain, no neck pain. I could not be happier. So far, its been a week. Kevin checked with me in today to see how things were going and he said he will call again around 30 day mark. I have no doubt he will. Absolutely exceptional customer service by Shonn! I came here after a quick online search for “best mattress for lightweight side sleeper” recommend the A4. I recently ordered a different mattress online that turned out to be way too firm, so this time I wanted to be able to try it out before ordering so I was happy to see there was a physical store. I went to 3 other mattress stores before coming here, and honestly I hate dealing with the Galleria area, so I was already tired & not expecting much when I came in. That changed pretty quickly once Shonn started helping me. He did show me the A4, but then also told me about the AS5. I love that they really encourage you to lay on the bed for a full 10 minutes, and also that you’re left alone during this! It gives you the time to actually think about how it feels instead of feeling rushed and having to listen to a sales pitch while laying there. The bed felt amazing, but it was definitely my conversation with Shonn that convinced me to make the purchase that day. He answered every question I had, explained everything about the mattress, ordering process, return process, etc, and I never felt pressured at all. This was the only store I went to where I didn’t feel like picking out a mattress was a chore. I was surprised to learn they don’t keep any mattresses “in stock” and instead all are made to order, which is actually nice so you don’t get a mattress that had been sitting in a warehouse for however long, and also better for the environment to only produce as many products are purchased. I also love that they use a plant-based foam. The mattress took a little over a week to ship, and the day I got the notice that it was shipped was the same day it was delivered. Easy to set up aside from the weight of it. If you’re looking for a mattress, you’d be doing yourself a disservice if you don’t visit here.

Jefree has been so helpful in answering all of my extensive questions! He and Kelvin both went above and beyond. Some others have answered my questions TECHNICALLY, yes, but they were very brief and their answers. Jefree and Kelvin gave me the why behind the what and I so appreciated it!

I ordered a King on the website but then had some questions about delivery date so I called and was connected with Kevin Haynes. I can’t say enough about how great a job he did not just with initially answering my question but then the follow-up. He checked in with me frequently and helped me make sure I got the bed delivered when we were going to be there. I had also mentioned that we would be buying some twins. Kevin noted that and specifically reached out to me the day that the 30% off sale was ending (I had no idea they were even having that) so that I would not miss the discount. Great service Ive had at a mattress store. I worked with Kevin H. One of the first things he asked us to do was take at least 5 minutes per bed to get use to it. So many other times you feel rushed to look at different beds that you cant even relax. My wife and were there for over an hour trying the beds and laying on them until we decided to go with the AS3.Only downside is that they ship the mattress to you taking a longer time for you to get the mattress. Not this locations fault and they are up front with you in regards to that.

Shonn Goddard was a pleasure to work with. There had been a glitch in their system on pricing, but Shonn didnt just say sorry, theres nothing I can do. He went to his boss and was able to get me a great price on my mattress. He called me back within an hour to follow up on the pricing. My wife and I have been searching for a solution to our current mattress situation. We need a King mattress that will meet our specific sleep pattern: Side Sleepers. I recently had shoulder replacement and it was suggested by my Orthaepedic surgeon that I needed to sleep on my back for the next 30 days, at minimum, to get a better healing. It was miserable! So, after the 30 days were over, we went shopping for a “medium firmness” mattress that was constructed for side sleeping. Our current King mattress is the type where you “dial up your preferred firmness.” Unfortunately we have struggled with that manufacturer having a faulty pump that did not maintain the required comfort, consistently, night after night.Enter AmeriSleep and Shonn at the TX Galleria. The sale of the bed was fabulous. I bragged on Shonn Goddard to anyone who would listen. He was 💯 responsive to all my calls and texts even on his days off. I posted a raving review about him on this site. However, I am amending it because when the bed was delivered, it was a disaster. And, he was unresponsive to my calls and emails. My son ended up fixing all the issues with the bed delivery so that my $4500 investment was functional. An associate at the store helped me with technical support and I still never heard from Mr. Goddard as the manager of the store. I am anything but pleased with the service now since the sale appears to be all that matters to him.

Hi,I was in the middle of ordering a mattress when a dilemma came up. I wasnt in the country at the time and my relatives have already received a lot of my shipments on my behalf. I didnt want to bother them any further, especially since theyre starting to get a little older. I was searching for ways to delay a shipment, since the 4th of July sale would only last two more days, and I would like to save as much money as I could. Luckily, Jefree Lares was there to provide assistance. While it wouldnt be possible to delay the arrival date, he gave me a quote in order for me to use the sale at a later date within two months! Our experience on the phone with shonn was very good and I especially liked how he took the time to educate us, explaining many things that were not on the website like how the frames will be shipped and set up, that we can schedule a time and that it will be me job to carry in and place the mattresses. ( no problem as long as I know) I feel like I can recommend Amerisleep to anyone knowing they will be well informed because of sales people like shonn.

First of all, I didnt know there was a walk-in Amerisleep store front. So convenient! Secondly, I was also pleasantly surprised with the service and care (also, the jazzy lounge music). Shonn was my personal bedding assistant from the start and he made every service request I was concerned about seem so easy. He got everything I needed done that day. Not all pushy, very helpful, and easy to talk to. I definitely feel comfortable going to them with any future mattress needs. :)
